Although TTS, didn't like the look of these on my fit. They are comfortable though.

I followed the instructions for determining my foot size on the Birkenstock website and ordered a 6/6.5 Regular (I am a 7.5W in every other brand). These shoes were the correct size and technically fit, but they were too "big" looking on my feet. I'm a 7.5, and I felt like I was wearing men's shoes. I will be returning these for another style that is more delicate.

If I was rich I would have Birkenstock in 43 for my left foot and 42 for my right.

Well. After ordering a bunch of different sizes and two different styles, I finally figured out what was the best fit for me. I'm a size 6.75, so i never know if i need to go up or down and most of the time I'm conflicted with how sizes fit. I have regular width feet-- definitely not narrow. I went with the 37 Narrow. The 37 Regular's straps were HUGE. So i couldn't have kept them if i wanted to. I dunno... maybe they were defective, but i didn't have it in me to place another order. Originally I had purchased the Arizona Softbed but the fit of the sizes left me so confused. They seemed like they all fit but didn't feel right for different reasons. Tried the classic foot bed and it was easier to pick a size. What did i have to compare this style to? Target brand knock offs that were super cute and comfy and won't last past this season. Crossing my fingers these bad boys break in perfectly!

I’ve tried this brand before. Actually this was the 2nd pair I bought in the last few weeks, hoping it was better then the first pair. My toes are long & would extend over the end of the sandals when my foot was completely in place. The shoes are fine, it was just my long toes.

I ordered the Havana (dark) brown color but the shoe is not dark brown at all. It looks like they mistakenly sent me the tabacoo color or it is just a severely lightened brown. Really disappointed with the color. It does not match the color on the website.

The size was right and it fit well. But the color was not what was shown online. I think I got a very light brown color. They were not oiled leather tobacco

Runs tight & small. I had ordered birkenstock Arizonas in the poly material. They stretched out nicely. These are snug. Plus I’m an 11 1/2, and these are just a little snug on the length. Overall they are great looking shoes and I’m sure with where they will break in nicely.

I love the quality but they are way too wide and the buckle rubbed on my toe because I was trying to hold them on.

Very comfortable and cute. I usually wear regular width but ordered narrow in my normal size. Fit perfectly. Returning though because they made a “fart” sound with every step. Couldn’t get past it, but really sad because they were otherwise fantastic sandals.

This was cute, nice distressed leather look but the leather was hard and stiff, unlike the other Arizona I ordered (which I'm keeping). The strap edge closest to my toes hurt. So back they go. Zappos is the best, you can get the shoe that fits!

I purchased these as a gift and when they opened them, the leather was very scuffed and rubbed. The recipient felt bad asking me to return them and just kept them.

This is my first time purchasing and wearing a Birk, and I must say that I am quite satisfied with the craftsmanship involved in making this sandals. Overall I don’t necessarily have a problem with the size ( it’s okay) but after fitting it on I felt that I should have taken a 43 (men) rather than a 44 (men), but I think I can work with that size.

SIzing is off. Ran small compared to other pairs I have of the exact same shoe. I’m always a 38, and these are too short.

These were oddly large. I always wear a 38 in Birks and these were at least a half size, maybe a full size bigger than normal. The straps were also loose even when on the tightest settings.

Clunky on my skinny feet. Says narrow but they're really not (when they say "unisex narrow") misleading

You sent me two different pairs

I love Birkenstock shoes but this pair does not live up to the comfort standard. The buckle on the shoe digs into my toes and this was not realized until worn. I have since purchased a different style which is much for comfortable.

I got Birkenstocks because I had read that they’re a good sandal for those who have flat feet. I’m not sure if I have some getting used to the shoes a bit more or if it’s something else. First off, I got them in narrow and the definitely fit better than the regular width (I have a narrow fit and like that there was even an option). The color was not black, however, it’s more like a deep grey or faded black at best. Also, sometimes the straps sorta pinch me but I’ve loosened them. Not really sure what that’s about. Maybe I didn’t break them in completely, but I hope they get better with time. As for style, I’m not the biggest fan. I got this more for functionality rather than the look.

Quality of shoe is not the same versus years back.

I’m usually an 8.5(wide)-9(narrow) so I ordered a 40 narrow and they were way too big. These shoes are made so that your toes and heel should fit into specific places, so adjusting the straps doesn’t fix the sizing problem at all. I will definitely need a smaller size.

I usually wear women’s 10 or 41. Ordered 41 in these and my toes were right at the edge when standing still and over the edge when walking. Returned and am trying 42. Also, leather straps are stuff; I can picture blisters before shoes feel broken in.

I love my taupe suede arizonas but they get dirty and stained easily. I thought the tobacco leather would be a home run, but the leather is very stiff. I understand there's a break-in period as I have the gizeh style in tobacco, but returned these due to discomfort. I wish Arizona's came in more suede colors that were not either the soft footbed or narrow fit. Birkenstock is really letting down it's long time customers.

Ordered these in Tabacco Oiled Leather. The color is not at all like the photo. They are much darker, and almost the same dark brown as my daughter's other pair (Birko-Flor in Brown). They also came unbuckled and the tops appeared worn already. These were an Easter gift for her, so that was a disappointment, but as always Zappo's return policy is golden. These are going back.
