This is my third identical pair since 1991. The first two lasted about 15, yes fifteen, years each. These are now four years old and show some dirt, but no wear. The soles are intact. The leather is intact. Not so a competitive look-alike that is only 18 Months old. I recently washed them with saddle soap and applied neatsfoot to them, so the appearance has been renewed. Great sandals. really.

Love the Fuschia!! Fit great like normal Birks. But the Fuschia doesn’t come with the soft footbed I’ve grown accustomed to. Still great tho!

Definitely worth the price. It fits the bill for comfort, quality and style. These birks will make the your outfit, dressed up or down. This is the summer staple for my teenage daughter - the only needed sandal for her beach vacation. It went with all her outfits casual and dressy.

I absolutely love these! They are a replacement for my 1991 blue Arizonas…. The color is fabulous! Toe box is a little short for my long toes so I did not keep the narrow ones. Wider foot bed gives me a bit more room for my toes and bunions. I gave comfort 4 stars because I am finding the leather straps on mid foot a bit stiff and I believe I need to break them in a bit ie wear them with bandaids until my feet and the sandal get used to each other. I’ve already gotten many compliments on them…. Especially the fun color that goes with everything!I wearing them pretty much daily.

They fit perfectly just as my other Arizona and Mayari sandals do. I didn't take away any stars for it, but my only complaint (or warning) about this particular color is that the pink will rub off onto your feet for a bit. It easily washes off, but the first time I took off my sandals the strap areas on my feet were slightly pink and I was surprised. Today I wore them out and about for the third time and the pink transfer is still happening a little bit, but not as badly as the first time.

True to size, comfy as can be, durable and will have for years.

my first pair of Birks - v pleased! also pleased w/zappo's easy return policy as I had to go down one size for the right fit. I have bunions, but not a wide foot, so i hesitated to go down an entire size, or even to get a 'narrow'. For reference: I am a size 7 in Born brand (occasionally a 7.5). In Birks, I took a size 37(women's 6, regular), a whole size down from my usual. so far they are easier to break in than expected. v pleased!

Birkenstocks are just comfortable and reliable, as everyone knows who has ever gotten Birks. What I appreciate most is how easy it is to work with Zappos. First size wasn't great and sometimes if I order through certain companies it's expensive or such a hassle to return or exchange. I almost just bought the shoes directly through Birkenstock.com but I didnt feel like reading and figuring out the return policy. Really like how quicky Zappos ships and exchanges and that I dont have to do any of the thinking. Keeps me coming back
