My old favorite, the Arizonia sandal by Birkenstock with the new Big Buckle was a great disappointment. The big buckle requires a larger side "panel" for the buckle. The larger leather side panel felt like it cut the inside of my foot. It was so uncomfortable. I have bought this sandal style for years and have never had a problem. It is the large buckle, large stiff leather inside of the shoe which is the problem. I would not recommend this large buckle style for anyone. I am returning this shoe. Please continue to make this sandel with the smaller buckel.

The birks are a 10/10, but zappos shipped them without a box. They are severely scratched now so I am forced to return. Customer service could not care less. I think it’s time I stop shopping at Zappos now

Could not believe these shoes were Burkenstocks. Looked and felt like a cheap pair substituted!! Too expensive for what I saw. Actually Kohls has an all leather pair that looks better, is much more comfortable!! And a lot less money. Leather too. The ones you sent were cheap looking too.

These came without the box. This is completely unsatisfactory as they are a gift. It also leads me to think that maybe they aren’t the real thing even though they are $130.

Zappos did not send the item that was ordered. They sent the wrong size, the wrong color and the wrong Birkenstocks model, and without the original Birkenstocks box. Everything was a miss.

I was really disappointed with these shoes. I have several similar pairs I've owned for years. Eventually the heels do wear down & I need new ones. In the past few years, all the Birkenstocks I've purchased, I've returned. The soles are too slippery and the edges too sharp. The quality that used to be there has gone. On line, this pair looked better, so I gave them a try. Nope, the old, well-crafted Birkenstocks are a thing of the past. Disappointing.

Horrible. These arrived in a plain cardboard box not the branded blue Birkenstock box. Furthermore, there were imprints of someones foot and toes on the footbed of both sandals. They were also delivered by Amazon, not the regular Zappos box. Disgusting.

I ordered these in size 43, the same size I have ordered twice before for Birkenstock Sandler. The precious two pairs fit perfectly. I still wear them, although they are very worn out. I was hoping this pair would fit, but it did not. They are marked size 43, but are easily two sizes too big and unwearable. I have sent them back for a refund. I will look in a brick and mortar store when I have time so I can try them on before I buy them.

I own several pairs of Birks and never had this happen before. This pair (Tobacco oiled leather, regular footbed Arizonas) REEKS OF CHEMICALS! It is not a leather smell, it is a toxic chemical smell. I thought maybe it was a tanning ingredient, but it did not dissipate even after airing out a few days. They don't look fake, but who knows. They definitely smell fake. They are also a much lighter color than the photo - not brown at all but a pale tan. A real disappointment.

This shoe was suppose to be oiled leather, but felt and looked like birko-flor synthetic material. Disappointed in the look and feel.

The soles are such poor quality that after only 3 months I had to get them replaced.

The soles of every pair of Birkenstocks that I buy from Zappos wears out within 5 months. CHEAP materials!!! Go to Birkenstock directly to buy your shoes there.

The leather on this shoe was scuffed all over and looked like a cheap knock-off. They were returned.

I ordered a leather shoe. What I received was of man-made material. Often the BirkoFlor sandals are being shipped out as leather. So disappointed.

So disappointed these did not fit me the top strap was too wide for me could not adjust to my foot I loved the look but just didn't fit my feet

I was sent a clearly used pair of birks. Lots of distressing and marring on both shoes. Perhaps they have been resoled and then sold again as a "new" pair to me. Not impressed, I will definitely not be ordering from Zappos ever again!

Exchanging these! The dye on the leather bands turned my feet black!!!

I had been wearing the soft bed birks and can't believe how much better and more supportive these feel. I've barely taken them off! They felt a little stiff on day one but as soon as the leather softened up a bit form wearing, they were ready for all day use.

I wear an 8 in most shoes and these I bought in 38 and they fit perfectly! The most comfortable sandals out there... Go get some :)

Bought these for my son for Christmas. Birkenstock Arizonas are a classic - comfortable and in style.

These are a Christmas gift for my husband. He decided on our beach vacation this year that he needed better sandals. Started with the Birk EVA's and I'm moving him up to these. Can't go wrong with Birkenstocks!

No telling how many pairs of Birks I have owned over the years. Somehow, they are trendy again, but I wore them just fine when they were not. It's hard to find more perfect footwear. I have walked 30,000 step days in them without a hithc.
