I love these but need to exchange sizes. The toe box was snug which has never been the case prior in the Klog brand. The instep is snug, too. I will try the next size up hoping that they will work - I love the style and arch support, very much like how Dansko used to be.

I have a very, very wide foot. With a freakishly high instep. Shoes marked "wide" are never wide enough. Sometimes, shoes sold as "WW" are wide enough if I order a size larger (7 instead of 6) but those are usually the really ugly "old lady" or sensible styles. Since there were comments from other buyers as well as from the vendor stated that these run wider than marked, I felt there was a good chance these would work for me. I was hoping to finally have a cuter dress shoe to replace my old clogs with so I was excited to order these. Surprisingly, these have an ample toe box! About as wide as my crocs (the original style with the "roomy" fit), I could actually get my foot completely into the shoe and it wasn't being crushed from the sides. Sadly though, the criss-cross on the top of the shoe dug into the top of my foot across my high instep. The bones right under that cross area hurt with every step, so these are going back. Keeping in mind that it is MY foot that is the problem rather than the shoe, I rated the comfort for what it would have been if not for that one issue rather the ONE STAR of comfort my feet experienced. The shoe appears to be very sturdy and well made, and these have a great cushion built into them. In fact, they remind me somewhat of a really good athletic shoe in that regard.

Bought these in brown half size smaller than my usual size due to the reviews. I felt they were a little big, so I have to exchange them for the full size smaller ones. I have wide, flat feet and I tend to walk on the outside of them (the opposite of what most flat footers do, I'm told) so it is VERY hard to find good shoes for 10hr shifts on hard hospital floors. Klogs are THE ONE. They are GREAT shoes! And Zappos, as usual, is absolutely the BEST internet shopping that exists!

I love these shoes. I have neuropathy in my toes and they are so roomy they do not bother my feet at all. They provide good arch support! They did run a little big in the length, but the width was perfect.

Super comfy right out of the box like walking on a cloud. They are a little clunky but the cute cross straps and detailing make up for it. Plenty wide. I'm between a M and a W, and these felt roomy without being sloppy or slipping off.

These were a great purchase although I should have heeded the other reviews. They run wide. I originally ordered the wide but had to return them for the regular. It was not a problem, though...zappos.com makes it so easy to exchange and return. I have been wearing these with jeans and pants and am looking forward to wearing them with tights and skirts in the fall. The only slight problem with them is that the straps cut into my feet a little bit but as I've been wearing them, they have started to stretch. They should be fine in a couple of more wears.

Felt great, loved the insole. Went to work and the criss-cross kept somehow pinching the top of my foot. Overall I love the shoe, may choose a different style next time. Zappos service was great. Super fast!

I wanted to love this shoe -- and if my feet were healthy right now, I would. But my plantar fasciitis could not get along with the shape of the insole. Also, this shoe runs large in width and was very loose over the arch, although it did seem to stay on okay. Might look at other Klogs styles.

I loved the look and color of these clogs. Unfortunately, even though I have flat feet, the top of my arch was too high for these and within the 1st few minutes of wearing them in the house I had indentations on the top of my feet. If only...

Really love how this shoe looks. Unfortunately the top of my foot sits high and the top straps bit in a bit to tightly. I'm looking for another shoe now, but would have loved to keep these.

I love clogs and these were so cute! My problem was that when I ordered a standard width, it was too tight across the top and when I ordered a wide, it was too wide and not comfortable to walk in. They are great if you do a lot of standing, but when I walked they fell off my feet. Very disappointing for a very cute shoe. Also, they seemed to be kind of weighty compared to other shoes of the same type. So disappointing!

Really like this shoe! My standard is Dansko, but this is every bit as comfy. Fits well, plenty of toe wiggle room, and has great arch support. Only negative is the leather scuffs quickly on the toe.

These shoes are adorable. I bought them as an alternative to the standard clog because they will accommodate my orthotics. I tried them out inside and was excited they fit. However, when I wore them running errands for several hours one day, I discovered my foot constantly slides and pushes deep into the toe box, squeezing my toes. And yes, I ordered Wide. My feet were very sore and I wished I had worn them inside longer. Since I wore them outside they are now "mine" so I will probably wear them when I don't plan to do a lot of walking! I really wanted them to work for me; they are so cute! If your feet are not wide, you will probably love them!

got this in Wide due to my clunky feet. It is so comfortable! It is a little heavy/blocky but it still looks cute with tights and a skirt. Great with jeans. Overall, I would buy it again.

I bought them in wide and I'm very happy with the width. My only issue is they are very tight across the instep straps that cross over the top of the foot. They are very tight on me! Very comfortable in every other way, though.

Not the most elegant, but darned comfortable! These shoes are a bit clunky looking, but you can't beat Klogs for comfort. I have 2 pair now - they are my go-to shoes for all day comfort, all day walking.

Very cute clog but not a great fit. These shoes run very large and are quite heavy. I wear a solid size 8 and these were at least a half size too large. I gave them to a friend that wears a wide 8 1/2.The quality is great. The arch support is fantastic. I did not reorder.

These are lovely for standing on one's feet all day. They are very cushion. It's nice to find clogs in a wide size, too. For a day of walking, I'll choose something else because I need a better arch support (I have high arches, high instep). They're a little clunky looking, which fit my laid-back style just fine.

I bought these because I'm pregnant and need shoes that are easy to slip on/off, supportive, and comfortable. From just walking around office, I think they totally fit the bill. My normal size is 7.5 Med, but my feet have swollen so I ordered the 8 Wide. Without any socks, the length is a bit long, but the width is quite comfortable. I think with socks, the length will be okay, but hopefully that won't make it too tight around the top of the foot. Arch support is great and there is a subtle bump between the ball of the foot and behind the toes that really add to the comfort and ease of walking in a backless shoe. They are a bit pricey, but worth it when you consider the comfort and support alone, not to mention how cute they are!

A bit stiff for being very comfortable, but is doable.

Though a Dansko addict, I decided to give Klogs a chance. While I was very satisfied with the comfort and the craftsmanship, this pair or perhaps the entire line of Klogs would have been much better had it been lined with real leather. My feet are not very happy in that respect; I had to buy a real leather insole...big disadvantage. I normally wear size 7 to 7.5, these run at least .5 size larger.

Great style, and the length was fine, but not roomy enough across toes. Also felt a bit heavy and stiff.

Very cute shoe and the detail cut outs were lovely. A little clunkier than Dansko in looks. I felt like the arch support was a little more towards the back of shoe for what I need. Unfortunately, I had to return the shoe because of the arch support challenge. Thank you Zappos for being so easy to work with!

Loved the look of this shoe. Unfortunately, the tops of my toes rubbed the inside top of the shoe. I consistently wear an 8.5, and that is what I ordered. Sending back.

My first pair of Klogs. They feel heavenly on my feet! I got the fawn color and it's the perfect shade of brown. I love a wide toe box and after reading a lot of reviews here, I ordered my normal size: a 9W. They were wider than a regular W but the shoes are wide to begin with so that's on me. However, there was at least a half-inch space between my heel and the edge of the shoe. I couldn't walk without stepping out of the shoe entirely. I ordered a 9M (regular width) and they feel great and my heel sits nicely in the back. All that to say I think the wide is wider than a normal wide so maybe try the M first.
