size too small compared to older version . my old 13s were bigger than the 14 I ordered

Too small

It's puzzling to me how you can advertise this footwear as "Cushioned". Over your entire product line of sandals, the most cushion you have is this "EVA footbed". You used to make flip flops (I'm wearing a pair) that were truly spongy. Apparently no longer. The Smoothy is on it's way back to you. I'd love to hear from you when, or if, you resume manufacturing a truly cushioned footbed. Bob Bacon

Order a size 10 an they feel like a 9

Im still wearing my pair from like 2000 but my husband just got a pair and his warped and curled up the first time he got them wet (just around the house!) instant garbage.

I have always bought reefs. 20 years maybe? What happened to the sizing? Where are these being produced! My same size 9 men's is about an inch and a half shorter and less wide. Are you cheaping out?

Who knows what sizing chart they were using when they were producing these shoes. I own a pair of Reefs They fit my foot appropriate to my shoe size. These reefs do not fit according to your known shoe size. Completely awful .

This product is about a size smaller than the advertised which causes major discomfort and the straps are way smaller than they should be. I ordered mine online and threw them away. Very disappointing for the cost.

Not satisfied

This is the third pair of these I have ordered in the last two weeks and the last. Reef changed their sizing and the last pair was Zappos fault. They sent me a used pair that should have never been resold. I am disappointed in Zappos for not checking their returns more closely and I am disappointed in Reef because the first pair I bought in 2010 were great but the quality has gone down and the price went up. No more Reefs more me!

Old pair was a 10, had to send my new 10s back for 11s as they were a full size too small. Not sure if Reef has someone else making these now or not, but the old pairs I've had (I'm on pair 4 or 5 now) felt super comfortable from the beginning. The new ones don't seem to have the support/padding the old ones did and kind of hurt my feet after being in them for only a short time. Would have rated my old pair 5 stars, the new ones unfortunatly just aren't that good. Unless something changes, I probably won't buy another pair.

I used to really like Reef Sandals. I bought 3 pair in the second half of last year alone ( I tried buying more but something happened - they either switched manufacturing plants or somebody decided "hey if we trim a little off of the length and a little off of the width we will make an extra 3.2 cents per pair". I bought a pair of smoothies last summer (I absoultey loved them) and I bought another pair last week. The first pair fit great but not the new pair. I put them sole to sole and you can really tell the differnce between the two. Too bad , they really had great sandals with a great fit but not anymore. This will be the second pair I send back. I was hoping the first bad pair was a fluke. Oh well, nothing lasts forever. Time to look elsewhere. Bad move Reef!!

Usually wear a 12 but the 12 was way too small. Had to return.
