Loved these, takes some getting used to the hard sole at first. But they look great on.

These are very cute but for me I needed a shoe that has more width on top to hold my foot in the shoe. I went with the big buckle Madrid and they were perfect, just wish they made them in black. The silver with the silver buckle are a great combo. Thank you Zappos for your wonderful help and patience with your customers when they are trying to find the right shoes. Much appreciated!

Shoes fit well and are super light as well, they do not feel heavy. Super comfy to wear and I feel fully supported in these shoes.

This was my first pair of Birkenstocks and I love them. They cover up my unsightly bunion and are so comfortable. I prefer this single-strap style over the double strap.

I love these and thought they would have been too narrow for my 40R Birkenstock size. I have been wearing them around the house to make sure, but I believe these are a keeper. They are adorable and will go with everything. I got them in black.

I don't tend to think I have wide feet, but the narrow sizing on these was just a bit too narrow to be comfortable. I also felt the soles were too heavy for the single band at the top of the foot, creating a heavy flip flop effect. Too much flop, not enough flip. Back they went.

Fit with Birkenstocks is always consistent. The footbed takes a little while to conform to your foot, so be sure to break them in gradually—after a week, they are perfect! I always get the narrow because they look less clunky and unless you have a super wide foot, a narrow fits most. The strap on the Madrid covers and supports my ugly bunions. No knows I have such huge bunions when I wear these!

These are the old footbed which is lightyears better than the new white footbed Birkenstock is using. I'm afraid it is being fazed out so I grabbed these when I could. I have a very narrow foot and use the first hole to buckle them. They fit great.

I thought the straps would be too tight at first, but after a few wears, they loosened up.

I'm so happy Zappos has the white patent in my size. They are the most comfortable slides ever and this is my third pair.

It’s a clean look and feels a little dressier than my other Birks. Happy I got them!

I have narrow feet and wear an 8 1/2. In these I order a 38 (size 8) and they fit perfectly. I can literally walk hours in these, due to their hard footbed support. (I just wore them for 3 months straight during my travels to SE asia. My feet never hurt in these and they were the only shoes I wore.) I can't do this in even tennis shoes, because the level support does not exist, in comparison to these. The only downside is that if you submerge them in water for too long, too many times, the rubber bottom will eventually unglue and come apart. But obviously, they are not water shoes and don't worry, rain/puddles do not hurt them. This is my third pair.

Love these Birks! I have a couple different styles of Birkenstocks, but these are the only ones I can wear to work. They are a nice balance of dressy and casual and they are super comfortable and adorable!

I love these! Compared to regular Birkenstock widths, the narrows fit my foot much better. I love these for everyday wear, they are comfortable and form to my foot. I ordered one size smaller than suggested on the sizing chart and it fits perfectly.

I have been wearing Birkenstocks for 30 years and am in love with my Madrids! They are light and minimal, perfect for summertime. I noticed lots of folks mentioning that these run big and did not find that to be true. I am a size 7 and always wear a 38 in Birkenstocks. These size 38s fit just as great as all my others. This is my first time ordering the Birko-Flor vs leather and I have to say I like it! It looks nice, they're lighter weight than leather and I like the fact that I don't have to worry much about them getting wet. Now I want these in more colors!

This is my third pair of Birkenstocks, and they fit very much the same as my others. I knew which size to get that would fit my foot best, so that helped. The style is different from most of their shoes, because the band is so close to the toes and there is no other place that secures the shoe to your foot like other versions, so it took some getting used to at first. Now I love them and they're my go to summer sandal. They're slightly more "dressy" looking than the other Birkenstock versions, but still super comfortable and durable. So far, I'm in love! I did have a little sore spot on my small toe after the first couple of wears, as my foot adjusted to this type of sandal and how it fit to my foot, but since then I've had no issues.

Very comfortable even without the soft footbed. One more for my collection ;)
