These sandals were comfortable immediately. I had a pair of Birks a long time ago and was a little concerned because the arch support on the previous pair had been too high. The Granadas were just right and relieved the heel pain I have had recently due to plantar fasciitis. Also, I have a wide foot, but this narrow shoe is fine after adjusting the uppers. The footbed is wide enough and does not pinch. These are also nicer looking than my old style Birks. I am very happy with these.

According to the calculations by Zappos I should have ordered a 38 narrow, but since I already have this and a similar style in other colors I stuck with a 37 N. I'm a 7.5 in most shoes, but in Birks I wear a 37N in open shoes and a 38N in closed ones that I use socks with. I like the Birkibuc and how pliable it is--makes them comfier from the start than the regular leather, and I like the matte finish of the nubuc.

Most comfortable sandal -- my second pair. I had plantar fasciitis & these sandals give my feet the support they need. I only wish there was some way to 'clean' the cork. It gets 'toe marks' really fast & then they kind of look dirty.

Very comfy shoe, however, the strap closest to the toes broke after I'd had them only a year. They shouldn't have worn out that fast. Usually Birks last much longer.

I love Birkenstock shoes. I have several pair. The Granada has a more feminine look than some of the others. I always order the narrow and they are perfect.

I wear “good feet” inserts in my tennis shoes. I’ve had to wear only tennis shoes for a couple years because my left foot would be on fire otherwise. But, it was suggested by friends that I needed to give Birkenstock’s a chance. I finally gave in, I can wear them all day, for days. And I do not have any discomfort, it’s the same as if I wear my tennis shoes with the orthopedic supports.

The product I wanted was not in stock when I called, but I was notified when it was (about 5 days later), and there was next day delivery. It arrived exactly as illustrated, fits well, and is extremely comfortable.

Zappos is the best internet shopping site. I've gotten orders 1-2 days after placing them. The best part is that they don't charge for shipping to get or to return purchases. They sell good quality merchandise, however sometimes clothes are pricey, so you need to know what you're ordering. Their personnel are not only helpful but cheery as well.

I have several pairs of Birkenstocks, so was sure of size I needed. The color I wanted was not available, but am satisfied with this one.

Love them! Very comfortable. I does take a few wears for them to feel just right. I am a "high heel" kind of gal, but I love giving my feet a break with these sandals.

I love these shoes. When I get up in the morning and put my feet on the floor, I immediately put on these shoes. They are better than slippers. I wear them everywhere.

This is the second pair of this style I've bought. Love Birkenstocks, the only shoes I wear. Zappos couldn't be any easier to order from. I recently moved and bank addresses and such delayed my order. Zappos handled it quickly and upgraded my shipping to next day. Will order more Birkenstocks in the future and of course only from Zappos.

I am happy with my purchase, other than I wish I would have selected a smaller size. They are very cute and comfortable. I work a job where I stand on my feet for most of the day and Birkenstock's are the only shoes I can wear that at the end of the day my feet and legs don't ache. I love them!

Great shoe that has helped with my plantar fasciitis. I don't normally wear a narrow shoe, but this one fit me perfectly. The only reason I gave it a 4 was because the top strap hurt the top of my foot for a long time. I wore them around the house with socks to break them in which helped. This shoe has great support and has a little more style than the traditional Birk.

I like this style of Birk so much thought I've bought these a second time in another color. I feel like they are a little dressier and I can wear them more places.

The foot bed was very comfortable and the fit was good, but the upper strap rubbed against my foot. I would not be able to wear these shoes all day without pain. Not what I want in a Birkenstock. I will return them.

The shoe fits like a typical Birkenstock. I bought a narrow but it is still a little bit wider than I expected. The straps make it easy to adjust the width.

They are comfy, but not what I was looking for. I wanted something a little less woodsy. It also was very large on my foot. It kept on falling off. But very comfy.

Nice shoes, roomy for Birks but good for my narrow feet. Cuter design than most similarly-made sandals.

Love Birks and thought I'd try a new style. Same fit and comfort as my Mayari's -which I have in several colors. Even though not a thong, I think they will work for my little bit narrow foot.

Pretty Birkies! Who knew? I've gone through 3 pairs of Arizonas for their comfort, but these are just as comfortable and pretty enough to wear with a summer dress. Great service from Zappos.

Love these shoes. I have been wearing Birkies for a long time and these are especially stylish and can be used as dress shoes as well as every day. Would purchase them again and again.

Fast summer I got the silver Madrid Birkenstock and this year I decided I needed a second style, because they are just the absolute most comfortable shoes. I brought them along when I was running a 16 mile race as recovery shoes, and they were so soothing on my tired feet. I like the styles that are a little more fashiony and cute. I wear them with skirts too. My foot is on the narrow side, so the Narrow width fits perfectly. And of course Zappos shipped them unbelievably fast. Could not be happier!

THESE ARE NARROW! I didn't notice that and had to return them, as I wear regular or wide only. My toes wouldn't fit under the first strap. The only choice they had was narrow, so the computer doesn't ask you to select a width.
