Never dreamed the narrow would fit my wide (due to bunions) feet but it did! Beautifully. Seems like an Arizona type fit. Very happy with my purchase.

I love these! They are just as I expected them to be! They give great comfort and they are super cute! 5 star for sure!

I have five other pairs of Birks, but these are the only pretty ones. I'm saving them for "dress up".

I love these shoes. I have a real narrow foot and finding shoes can be a problem. These came in narrow and fit perfect. Finally a pair of slides that my toes don't slide out the end! They look great!

This is my 3rd pair of Birkenstock Granada Birkibuc. I purchased my first pair 10 years ago and still wear them. I was very happy to find this style on Zappo's in the Birkibuc as that is more comfortable than oiled leather on my feet. I have a narrow foot and the strap adjustability ensures they always fit. I have many pairs of Birkenstock in various styles and colors I've purchased over the years. It's one of my favorite brands for comfort and fit. I like this style as it's a bit more feminine.

Black leather very soft. Wear size USA 7.5/8 M & the Euro #38M was perfect. Exchanging for the "soft bed" because this will be the 1st time tying Birkenstock

I bought these for my 15 year old daughter. She absolutely loves them! They fit perfectly, feel great, and I think they look absolutely adorable on her. They aren't the clunky looking Woodstock sandals I thought they would be. I was afraid she would get blisters because they seemed so ridged but she tells me they feel very soft & comfortable. I guess it's time for this old lady to get some "Birks"

The shoes came in record time, and they fit perfectly. Loved knowing that if they did not fit the way I wanted them to I could return them.

As Birkenstocks go, these are the most feminine style I've found and the comfort is unbeatable. My pair has worn incredibly well, especially considering I wear them all year round (indoors only in winter). They are excellent for travel, have terrific support and make my feet happy.

Exactly what I expect from birkenstock! I wear a 37 consistently in the Gizeh and Mayari, and this is no different. If anything, I feel like it fits even truer to size, as I don't have as much hanging off my heel. It has the adjustable straps to fit even better, and has the great arch support I love. Another great style from birkenstock!

I have to wear either sneakers with orthotics or Birkenstocks to get the arch support I require. I am so glad Birks come in different styles! I have 8 pair!

Have been wearing these for years, comfortable, last forever and look nice for casual. I have trouble with my feet and I can wear these all day with no problem.

Unfortunatly the Granada isn't availabe in regular width, only narrow. I got these anyway and, while I haven't broken them in yet, I really can't tell any different.

I'm 55 and have probably had 10 pairs of Birkenstocks. Never have I had compliments like with these. They came in one day. Can't imagine how it could have been better.

These are great shoes even for a wide foot. Unfortunately I have bunions on both my feet and the sides of the shoes are very uncomfortable. I am very sad.

Zappos is the greatest! They helped me with a return of the Arizona style which was just not the right fit for me. Don't hesitate on the Birkibuc upper, it doesn't feel a bit different.

I haven't worn these much since I just got them, but so far I really like them. The mocha color is perfect! I bought the narrow and they fit great. I felt like this style was a little wider than the some others that I tried on, so the narrow was a good width for me. I'm really excited to wear them more!

First I bought a pair that was a size too big (I think that Birks run big, I'm usually a U.S. 10, but the size 41 was too big for me). Zappos was very speedy with my return, and I was able to get a new, smaller size right away. I'm very happy with the service Zappos provided. And my new sandals are the best!

First pair of Birks. Don't know what took me so long. I am a senior citizen and happily retired. That being said, I love these shoes. Took no time to get adjusted to them and they are true to size. Love, love, love the Zappos service!

WOW! I am so thoroughly impressed with Zappos, first of all. Ordered them on Monday, chose free shipping, and now it's Thursday and I'm wearing them! Definitely buying from Zappos in the future. The shoes fit PERFECTLY (was worried about the narrow not being narrow enough) for my long and skinny feet and are super comfortable. YAY!

I love these shoes! They are comfy and easy and actually go with everything! They were a little pricey but definitely worth it.

I bought these for my daughter and she loves them. The size was true and she loves the feel of them.

I love Birkenstock sandals had this shoe for a long time but unfortunately my son's dog chewed them up. I will only wear Birkenstock. Never ordered off Zappos before and they are awesome. Ordered a different style with a thong for them the next day (yay) but didn't like the thong. Called Customer service was able to order another pair and I just received them today even though they haven't received the other pair yet. So that is a big plus in my book. And customer service is awesome they work with you and made me feel comfortable with the process. Definitely will be ordering from them again.
