It's so nice to see an athletic shoe company offering a classic, light sneaker with a low profile in EE. In this respect, New Balance stands alone. Quality-made, iconic shoe at a great price.

Solid, reliable pair of sneakers. I always get a 15 wide in sneakers, despite being 14D in shoes. The 15W in this sneaker is fine - no break-in issues, they were comfortable out of the box. I did replace the very bright, white laces with a matching grey pair of laces. I hated the way the looked with the white laces, but that is my own pickiness, I'm sure others will be fine with it. These are cheap but great New Balance quality. I would work out with these, but for treadmill/running, I'd use another shoe from New Balance that was constructed for running. I'm sure you can run in these, but not sure they'd offer much support.

It was great shipped right away, right size and color. Just what my son wanted. My other son ordered three pairs off shoes and received them right away. They all worked for him also. Another great thing was no shipping charge. Will continue to order from Zappos.

I love these shoes. But I knew I would because I have had many pairs just like it. I will only buy shoes online if I am familiar with the shoe. I have had bad experience buying shoes online and they don't fit correctly.

Simple, classic and still well made. A little lower profile than similar styles, but not too flat, either.

A quality, solid shoe. So far, so good. A tad narrow, but still comfortable.

Look great, and feel great. New Balance sneakers are my go-to for sneakers, since I know a 9.5 will fit me perfectly every time. I have to use some Superfeet inserts, since my feet are flat and I pronate, but they pop into these sneakers perfectly.

I haven't had a pair of New Balance shoes that I didn't love. These are no exception. Simple, comfortable and lightweight. Glad I bought 'em!

Great shoe. Very comfortable and nice design and color. I changed the white laces with bright blue laces to give the show a nice pop. Highly recommended for a sporty comfortable shoe.

Great shoe for those wanting a athletic shoe with a retro feel. Neutral color goes well with most casual clothing. The EE width allows for a more natural foot plant while walking. Thick sole provides ample cushion, and exterior feels and is very sturdy.

I always wore gray Saucony Jazz sneakers and but they seemed to be making my feet hurt after only a few weeks of wearing them. Someone recommended the New Balance Classics M373, I liked the style, bought a pair from Zappos (my first purchase from them), put a cheap pair of Dr. Scholls insole and could not be happier. They were at a great price, they look good, they are versatile, they are durable, and, most importantly, they are comfortable.

I didn't like their updated version of the black 420's, these make a good substitute and are actually more comfortable.

Zappos' pricing and service rule; this is my first pair of shoes from them but definitely not my last. Definitely recommend these guys (and gals). The shoe itself has proven to be a good running shoe (I run about 18 miles a week) and feel great in most casual social situations as well. Definitely recommend the shoe as well, especially at this price point.

Shoes were not available in my size. I left a request to be notified when they were. Next day I was told they were in stock. Shoes came promptly and I am very happy with them. Zappos provides unbelievable selections, free shipping and free return shipping, if needed. You can't do better than that.

Great shoes. Comfortable. Run a little big so go for the smaller size if you are an in-betweener like me. Zappos has super fast shipping and will 100% buy from them again.

This was my first order from Zappos and I was very impressed. The shoes are great, they arrived in no time, and the price was outstanding. I wear these casually and they are exactly what I was hoping for.

Love these. All the classics are great, but these are lightweight and almost lower profile than some of the others. Highly recommend if you like the other classics.

These sneakers are awesome. They provide decent support, look great, and hold together great. My only complaint is that the insole wears out rather quickly and the actual rubber sole wears out before the rest of the shoes show any major signs of wear. I log about 2.5-3 miles on my shoes per day between walking to/from the train and all around the city. Otherwise, I love these shoes and I want them in every colorway. If you get a pair and do any major walking around in them, I highly recommend some different insoles for them. I’m a big fan of the Dr Scholls sport gel inserts because they fit well.

These shoes look great! They are quite comfortable too; perfect for urban trekking.

This is a great shoe for thumpin around in. I don’t recommend for running or any specific purpose except for everyday use. I have these and a pair of Marroon 574s. I recommend ordering a half size down! I wear an eleven in almost every brand except New balance I buy a 10 or 10.5 Zappos customer service is better than any brick and mortar retailer or online site hands down!

Great Shoes! They look good , fit good, and are very comfortable. Every shoe I've ordered from Zappos is on my doorstep within 2 business days tops with UPS ground. These maybe the best shoes I have owned so far. What a deal for these.
