If you don\'t know about Zappos, you haven\'t ordered on line. Not only are they the best service oriented company but they stock shoes or find shoes for you! New Balance is my shoe of choice(wide toebox and SL-2) I have a very wide foot and walk, run and work out. When I saw this shoe it was not available at the time, but guess what! Zappos found it, notified me it was in and shipped overnight! What else can you ask for? The shoe is great, comfortable, light weight and "wide" enough for my short foot. Thanks Zappos, you did it again.

I give them 2 thumbs up. I bought 3 pair shoes but they did not fit comfortably and even though it was 3 months later, they gave me a return address label and a full refund, no problems at all. I'd certainly use them again.

Purchased these for my elderly mother. They provide great support and stability while being light weight. The fit was perfect and she can easily put them on and off herself. They clean up very well. Excellent shoe for our need!

This is my second pair of this particular pair of NB.I needed an 8 D because of the orthotic I wear in tennis shoes. Also this shoe is light and bells and whistles are not needed with the orthotic for my collapsing arches when upon standing.

This is the shoe for a long narrow foot! I wear 11AA and many 11's are too short. This has ample toe room, the heel has a good fit and cushioning is great. Good fit right out of the box.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I have bought this particular shoe. It has a roomy toe box and is actually a runner's shoe. I use it for walking (exercise) and it's extremely comfortable for this use. I originally bought it in a New Balance store, but find it much more convenient to order online from Zappos, with no tax or shipping. (At least this first time). I highly recommend this shoe, as well as Zappos.com.

Finally, a woman's shoe that fits my long narrow feet! I have been wearing men's athletic shoes a but they are so deep that I have to use extra padding with my orthotic. The WR883 is long enough (most size 13's aren't) and it fits my orthotic.

These are the best pair of tennis shoes I have ever had. They are the second pair of this model I've purchased. The others were well worn and worth every penny. The wide toe box is great for me since I tend to get pain in the ball of my foot with long periods of walking/jogging. It allows for good front foot movement without the compression caused by more "pointed" running shoes. Just wish they came in more colors.

Great shoe. I wear these all the time, including for some serious walking daily. With an extra wide foot, it's hard to find a comfortable fit and I find myself returning to New Balance again and again. I've always been satisfied.

Love that the toe box is very roomy which helps someone who was a previous ballet dancer. The insole that comes with the shoe is rubbing my left heel which has to with the lip but I'm sure once I replace the insole there will be no more rubbing. The shoelaces are awesome since they stay put no matter if I tie a very loose knot. Wish these were made available in different colors.

I ordered these shoes on a whim. When I tried them on they felt so comfortable. From previous surgery on my feet, orthopedic should be worn in my shoes, especially sneakers. These are the first pair of workout shoes that the orthopedic fit, and are stylish as well. I highly recommend the New Balance WR883 for those who need a supportive shoe that can accompany any workout routine. I love Zappos!

I've had the entire New Balance WR880 series, and this model is okay, though I find it the least comfortable of the series. The 882 was the best of all; I was disappointed to find that the 883 had a less generous toebox. I wish New Balance would go back to the 882 design. All the series were fine for accommodating my custom orthotics, however. And Zappos' customer service was phenomenal, as always!

I love this shoe! I suppinate and need a neutral shoe that will not allow my foot to roll out or I start having knee issues. The WR88* series is incredible. I also have a wide foot and find that this toe box is perfect and haven't lost a toe-nail yet!

This is my second pair of this shoe. I'm a casual runner with slightly narrow feet and a high arch. I do buy inserts for these but I have really high arches. I think for the price this is a good running shoe.

This shoe really seems to help stabilize my foot and create proper leg alignment for flat footed people trying to be runners. If you're like me with flat-as-a-pancake feet that aren't particularly wide or narrow, you will probably like this shoe. I don't care for the color scheme, but will put up with it to avoid foot pain. Now if we could get Zappos to create a "flat foot" section that has dress shoes designed to support flat feet I would be thrilled!
