My first experience with Zappos has been wonderful! I usually do not write reviews but because my transaction has been so gratifying I had to take the time to let others know. I ordered three pair of shoes for my three granddaughters and one pair was too small. They immediately sent out another pair and told me to just send back the ones that did not fit within two weeks! Amazing! They did not charge my account for the new shoes, just transferred what I had already paid.They did not charge me for the return, unlike Amazon. I will recommend this company to all of my family and friends.

Love these shoes. They fit my daughter's narrow foot. They match everything. The leather is easy to clean with a baby wipe each day after preschool. Highly recommend Keds!

We bough these in the Big Kid size 4.5 medium width and they were true to size. This brand of shoe is good for people with narrow heels. The leather has been easy for my child to wipe clean when needed.

LOVE Zappos and love Keds for my granddaughter! She wears them to school with her cheerleader suit, her jeans, and her shorts. They seem to be very comfortable on her also.

A bit expensive but we needed them. They did ship really fast! I have ordered them before and they are a great product!

My five year old needed cute sneakers to wear with her dresses at camp. She is a 12½W and these were perfect. They look great, are high quality and will last all summer. As always great Zappos service.

I really like these sneakers, I always have. They look so cute on her feet. What I have found that these sneakers run small, they always have. Whatever your daughter's shoe size is, get a 1/2 size bigger. My granddaughter wears a 13 and she has long feet, so I got a 13.5. Great sneaker.

This is a very cute shoe and even in wide width it looks narrow. My daughter said it feels great and she isn't comfortable in medium width shoes. The leather is very nice and looks super cute on.

These shoes are hard to find in any store especially wide width. I ordered them from Zappos and I received them the very next day. I was very impressed! The shoes are the real deal. I will continue to order from Zappos!

These shoes are a staple on our home. Every time anyone of us needs a new pair of lightweight walking shoes this is what we buy. They are comfortable and good for any weather.

I wore this as a kid, now my daughter is doing the same. Still a very affordable, comfortable pair of everyday shoes!

My granddaughter looks so sweet in these. They are very comfy she said. She has to wear sneakers everyday at school. Not all sneakers look good with dresses. These are perfect,they are dressy and will match anything. The also are acceptable for church. We have got on quite a few positive comments on them. I would definitely purchase again,they clean so nicely.

These are not as hefty as the Keds I remember from my childhood (I'm 68) but I like the rounded toe and the fact that they come in a wide width, which is not easy to find. I wish they came in all the colors of the past (red was always my favorite) but I will order more when I wear these out!

It was great except ,it should have had rubber on top over the toes so that the white canves dont get dirty easily. Thats how originally it used to be. So, dont call it original unless it has everything original.

I got these shoes because my kiddo is in a tie-dying phase. They’re super classic looking. They fit a size down - be aware! Easy (of course) exchange and we’re back in action.

You can't go wrong with classic Keds. Not as much support as a 'running' shoe but adequate for a dressier, 'tennis' shoe. I wear a women's size 6 in nike/new balance and the 3 1/2 fit fine.

Definitely seemed smaller than others. We ordered a half size down and still had plenty of room to grow.

Size 1W was a true to size fit with the room to grow that children need. My daughter hasn't worn them for her dance performance yet but said they were comfortable as she modeled them around the house. Love that the foot bed is memory foam. Will see how the leather holds up to wear.

Fun, nice casual shoe but a little wide! I usually wear a size 6 in women and found the size 4 a bit wide around the ankles. Sized down to a 3.5 and they were still a bit wide but snug around my toes, so unfortunately I think that's just how the shoe goes lol. Otherwise I love how the shoe looks!
