Great shoe and durable. It does seem to run 1/2 to a whole size larger than my child would normally wear (i.e. 3 in Keds would be 3.5 or 4 in other brands).

Actually I am very disappointed with my purchase. My daughter has owned these shoes for less than two months and they are falling apart. The main reason we bought the Keds name was because we thought they were good quality but we were very wrong!

They are exactly what we wanted/needed. I searched several stores. I should have just gone to Zappos.com! It was beyond easy. And the price was just right.

I love Keds champion for dancing and trap shooting. Great shoe when I need total flat shoe. I have wide feet and these are excellent width. Wish I could get them in a smaller size in wide, I am really a size 4, but this still works out OK Zappos is the only place I can find them, and they ship promptly and easy to deal with

I bought all my six granchildren sneakers and they loved them. One mailed her pair back for a different kind and there was no problem involved in the exchange.

I'm an adult (with a small foot) and it's been 4 years since I first purchased these so I figured it was time to give them a review since I STILL wear them! Obviously it was not an everyday shoe for that time period but they have lasted such a long time. Easy to clean because of the leather! I'm usually a 5-5.5 in women but always a size 4 in kids, so I'd say these are true to size!

Daughter needed these for dancing in a 50's musical. The leather version was perfect for providing flexibility and good fit.

This shoe fit well and looks great with shorts as well as dresses...very versatile.

My 10 year old daughter loves these shoes. Very comfortable and the color is unique and looks great with all her outfits. She says they look good with her red hair and blue eyes. Great shoes!

Great shoe - I bought this shoe for my 9 year old daughter. They fit true to size and are practical and go with everything. She is very picky and loves them. The fact that they are leather makes them easy to keep clean.

We got this shoe for a summer camp musical theater production. Great for an inexpensive shoe that could be dyed. However, it is a 1/2-size to 1 full size bigger how other shoes fit my child.

Keds ran true to size, made do durable leather. They are a flat shoe shoe. Great buy.

Great pair of shoes. Only thing I wish I knew, after wearing these shoes a few times, the leather looks so wrinkled and unattractive. Next time I'm definitely going to buy the cloth material.

I am disappointed. These are not wide enough at all for my daughter's feet. I bought a 1W, and it most definitely was not wide.

My daughter wore these several times in a span of about a month when the left shoe fell completely apart at the toe. We've worn Keds for years and never seen this happen. Hoping Zappos will replace these.

I bought the canvas keds. These shoes are falling apart after 2 months of wear. I remember wearing these sneakers as a child and they lasted until I outgrew them. I am dissatisfied with the quality of this item.

My daughter wears these as uniform shoes everyday. We are on our second pair since January. The sole separated on the first pair. The same thing is happening to the second pair that Zappos graciously sent in replacement for the first pair. Now it is April and school is out in 1 1/2 months. I don't want to have to buy another pair of shoes....disappointing for Keds. I wore Keds growing up and didn't remember this happening.

I am a womens 7.5/8 and ordered a Big Kid 6, which is typically my move with a certain sheepskin boot brand. However, these Big Kid 6 shoes were huge! I was surprised, they were also much wider than I expected for being a kids shoe. I had to return them.

After three months of use my daughter's shoes both started coming apart. The shoes started separating from the base of the shoe in the front. Both girls are age 10, and 12. My youngest is in elementary school and is constantly running and I can attribute those to that. But my middle school child hardly ever used hers in gym and they did the same thing. I guess they do not make them like they use too. That is such a shame because they are so cute.
