I agree with other viewers about the shoe leaving blisters on the back of the heel. I had the same problem. I put some shoe trees in these shoes for a couple of days, and problem was alleviated. These shoes are well made, have great support, and I have received many compliments on them. Of course, I sent them to Zappos!

These shoes are great! I bought them for a 2 week vacation that included all day, everyday walking. My feet didn't hurt once! They were so comfortable and supportive, I've been wearing them daily. If you're looking for a supportive shoe that doesn't look like a sneaker, this is the one.

As always, I can't say enough about Zappos and their great service. I also cannot say enough about these shoes. If you have a wider forefoot and narrower heel, these shoes are awesome. This is my fourth pair and the first is still as good looking at the last. Way to go Zappos!

I like the comfort of these shoes. Sometimes the heel gets a little tight but there is an adjustable strap on the back so it's fixable. Nice for when you wear different sox. These came in really handy for some mild hikes in Alaska. Glad I purchased them.

These are awesome shoes. For an outdoor shoe it is somewhat 'dressy' and feminine without being frilly. It can be worn around town and the house comfortably due to the lightweight fit and super heavy duty construction. These shoes can be used for cycling due to its stiff shank and toe box. Yahoo! And the sole has incredible traction and meat to it for any kind of hiking terrain.

I have been looking for a shoe that doesn't aggravate my plantar fasciitis. This is it. I wear a 7.5 and the 7.5 fit perfectly. I also have a high arch and short toes and a kind of wide foot in the front (I know - weird feet!). Anyway, these are cute and comfy and I want more of them! I got the black but I wish they had a dark blue or red.

I wear a 10 1/2N shoes and the Kenosha feels so good, with great traction and looks so cute to go to town or to take a walk. I tighten the strap to the end of the velcro and wear a light pair of cotton socks. I'm stylin' and comfortable.

This is a very well made shoe. For me it runs bigger than expected. I am hoping to find it 1/2 size down from the 10 1/2 that I ordered.

I ordered 7 pairs and returned 6. This is the keeper. Plenty of support, supper comfy and very well made. I wear it every day and my knee never felt better. Love it!

These shoes are great, very comfortable. I'm a hairstylist and needed a shoe I could stand in all day that would look ok with dress pants and jeans. They feel true to size. I also have custom orthodics and have yet to even need them in these shoes.

I bought these to wear on my recent vacation. They were perfect! They are very comfortable, lightweight and easy to slip on and off. They looked good with all my casual outfits. My feet never felt sore or tired from all the walking. The fit was true to size. I love them and glad I bought them.

I love this shoe. I bought it specifically for a trip to Croatia. People recommended vibram soles for wet cobblestones and tile. It didn't rain while we were there so I didn't get to test the sole, but I wore the shoe every other day. Comfortable, cool (no socks needed) and great support.

I looked for the right travel shoe for three months -- all through Zappos (which has been remarkably patient during the process). The shoe had to be as comfortable as my athletic shoes for lots of walking, easy on-off for airport security, cute with both pants and skirts, lightweight, easy to clean, and okay with or without socks. Added complications were my duck-shaped feet, bunions, and low-ish arches. After trying many shoes, my last hope was this one. It is everything I wanted, and I love it so much I bought it in all three colors. Love these shoes, love Zappos!

Great cute and comfortable walking shoe. Plenty wide, runs a little long, so if between sizes, go to smaller of 2. Love them!

Excellent! So comfortable, great support and feel. This is my first pair of Patagonia Kenosha, but not my last. No break in, perfect right out of the box.

The most comfortable shoe ever. I have severe knee pain and a these shoes provide maximum cushioning, allowing me to function despite the knee problem. I’m always looking for the most comfortable shoe and this is it!

I bought this shoe because I wanted a comfortable, walking shoe that did not look like a sneaker, and also because the reviews by other customers were so outstanding. These shoes exceeded my expectations. I wear a 6.5 but ordered a 7.0 because I insert orthotics. They seemed slightly big at the heel, but there is a velcro strip on the back that enables you to tighten them. Perfect! Thanks, Zappos, for the outstanding service and selections.

Comfortable shoe right out of the box! These shoes will be cruising to Alaska in about two more weeks. I have Morton's neuroma and have a hard time finding shoes that prevent pressure on the nerves in my foot. These have just the right amount of arch support that I need along with support at the ball of my foot. And I got some free flip flops with my order. Zappos you rock!

Very comfortable shoes for spring/summer time in Southern California. I bought these shoes as part of preparation for my wrist surgery. Hook and loop closure is extremely convenient for those who don't have two hands available.

Wide feet? This shoe is for you! Wanted an athletic walking shoe that was feminine and not a sandal. Yes, it's a Mary Jane but that's what you're going to have to get, or ballet style, if you want a feminine look. I also wanted easy on and off. They run slightly big but that is okay because I'm going to wear socks with them. My left foot is a 9.5 and my right foot a 9, so I ordered the 9.5 and will just wear a thicker sock on my right or put a liner in it. Very comfortable and has an excellent arch support. If you're not sure about sizes, order your regular size and a half size down. You can always return the pair that doesn't work. Hope this helps.

Bought these for a trip to Italy. Have been wearing them to break them in, but not really necessary. They were comfortable right away and fit my slighty wide foot nicely. I just wish there were some way to wear Mary Janes with socks without looking like a dork. They are quite comfortable without socks though and cute. I also purchased a pair of lace up Clarks Waves which I also recommend and look nicer with socks. I am confident they will both be great on the trip.

If I could marry these shoes, I would. I've tried Merrells (fell apart), Ahnus (weird fit, had to return them), Keens (got some awesome winter hikers but Mary Janes didn't fit right) and these Patagonias are 100% better. Very cool and airy, look great, and are solid enough to hike or walk in. I am considering buying another pair in a different color.

I walked all around Italy in this shoe! I usually have major problems finding comfort for my long, narrow, low-arch feet, but this one was perfect after trying about 6 other styles. It was a little wide for me, so I put another Dr. Scholl\'s insert under the removable insole and tacked an additional piece of velcro on to keep the strap down. So happy to have found this shoe and Zappos is unbeatable, of course!

I love these shoes -- very comfortable and great for city walking and light hikes. I wear size 11 and some shoes look like boats on my feet, but not these. They're feminine athletic. I wish there were more really good walking shoes that were feminine, not bulky, that I could wear with skirts, etc. I wouldn't wear these with skirts, but I'm not complaining!

These fit very well and are comfortable and of course, easy to get on and off. I use these as my commuting to work shoes - I either ride my bike or take the bus and they are perfect for that. They are also cute enough to continue to wear at work - dress code is business casual.
