I have finally found the MBT that works for me. The Koshi fits just right, doesn’t look clunky, and feels great. The sole is not as thick as other styles. I like it that I can just slip it on my foot, too, as I wanted a pair of MBTs I could slip my feet into first thing in the morning to avoid that awful plantar fasciitis pain. These are it! I had to go to a different website to find them as Zappos hasn’t had them in my size for a long time. I have tried out quite a few different MBT styles over the past months, and none of them fit just right--they were either too tight or too loose in the heel. These are great and I can adjust the strap around my heel so there is no slippage. The style works with slacks as well as skirts and can be worn barefoot, also. I hope these aren’t being discontinued.

I had arthritis surgery on a big toe and also have capsulitis in the next two toes. In August, my podiatrist told me to get MBTs, so I bought a sandals at a shoe store, paid full price, and was able to start teaching school again. I do have a funny little circle orthotic thingy I use, too. When fall arrived, I ordered a pair of MBT Lamis from Zappos, and love them. Next I ordered MBT mary janes and yesterday the Koshi. They arrived in less than 24 hours and are great. Ugly, yes (in fact the ugliest MBTs I own), but very comfortable. They feel like a good clog should and used to, before all the foot problems started.

I love these shoes! I am on my feet all day, walking a lot and standing around a lot. These shoes make walking more fun, gives me more energy, and really reduces lower back strain. I highly recommend these shoes for anyone who's on their feet a lot. I'm sure these shoes can help tone and whatnot, but I love them because they are a comfortable pair of shoes for all-day wear. I have purchased a pair of MBT shoes before, about 2 years ago, but only wear them occasionally (less than once a month) because they are so high and not very comfortable. However, I had gotten the first pair because of all the great things MBT purported to do but of course they wouldn't happen if I didn't wear them. After reading the great reviews about the Koshi I decided to try them out. They are fabulous! They are not as high as my previous pair, and are far more comfortable. They look nice with long pants and just make me feel great. The decreased height make them easier to get used to, less heavy, and more attractive. One of things I didn't like about my last pair was how they chaffed at the back of my ankles, but these clogs are super, no chaffing but yet does not wobble on my feet. I normally wear a 8.5 but got this pair in 9 and they are perfect. When these wear out, I'll definitely be getting another pair.

My mom bought these shoes from Zappos a while ago and absolutely loves them. Her feet never hurt when she wears these and she usually has a hard time finding shoes that are comfortable. These seem to run fairly true to size. She wears a 7-7.5 in normal shoes and a size 8 in the MBT Sport Low. In this style, the 7.5 fits her well.

THESE SHOES ARE AWESOME!! Total comfort on the first day of wearing them. I have a lot of lower back pain and spend about 12 hours a day on my feet as a nurse!

Fantastic footwear - This is my third pair of MBTs, and they fit perfectly, right out of the box. I also have the athletic shoe style, and the sandal style. Since MBTs are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn, I wanted a more versatile pair for traveling. These will be great for standing in line in airports, and the adjustable strap makes them easy to slip on and off. They look nice with slacks, too!

My feet don't hurt anymore! This shoe has made my feet feel good again, and I've even noticed a difference in my posture. I've decided to buy some of the sandals for summer--I don't want to wear anything else to work! My only wish about these was that they were a little more dressy/stylish for work, but really, they aren't any less casual than a Dansko clog.

Wear the Koshi with Everything! I can't wait until next payday so I can get a black pair! The Koshi is AWESOME! Sometimes I wear a 7 and other times a 7.5; these were perfect right out of the box. The soles or bottom portions of the Koshi are smaller than other MBTs so they aren't as "clunky". They look much better with dress slacks so I can wear them to work. Good arch support. Adjustable velcro strap around the heel is soft and comfortable. The Koshi is truly great and would be even greater if MBT made them in other colors. Thanks MBT!

Great shoe - I love the MBT shoe line. Only issue with this style is my high instep making the shoe a tiny bit tight at first. It stretches so all is well.

Best shoe yet! This shoe is awesome! I was hesitant about spending the money on this brand of shoes, but I have not been disappointed. I have bunions on both feet and hammer "pinky" toes, so finding shoes that are comfortable is very difficult! These shoes were great out of the box. They did not need any break in. This brand of shoe takes the pressure off of the ball of my foot and places it balanced over all so that there isn’t any pressure on my bunions. I have tried other brands of shoes only to break them down after a month or two of wearing, then they do not support my foot any more. MBTs are worth the expense. I work at an elementary school on my feet all day... you know a concrete slab covered with carpet and tile. These shoes support my feet, have an excellent arch support, and an added plus of feeling like you are floating on a cloud. This is my third pair of MBTs. I would highly recommend these to any and everyone with foot problems.

MBT - I ordered these shoes (in black) with the hope of relieving back and leg pain. I teach school and stand on concrete all day and these shoes were recommended by a friend. I really like them. They run true to size and I didn't go through any "break-in" period like many people seem to need. This is my second pair of MBT's and, to me these are by far the best looking. I would buy another pair.
