Very disappointed to receive this shoe and find it a full size too small. Although I normally wear a size 8, I am returning and going to order a size 9. Since I need the shoe for a wedding this weekend, I am going to try to find it at a local store but otherwise, I'd reorder from Zappos as their delivery service is always amazing. This is a great looking shoe and I can tell it is going to be very comfortable once I get the correct size. Heel is perfect height as I hate wearing heels OR complete flats. They look very elegant and dressy while giving the comfort of an athletic shoe with the stretchy fabric and footbed and arch support.

Absolutely fabulous! I needed something stylish and comfortable and this shoe fits the bill! It is so smart with jeans, skirts and slacks.

A very cute shoe, but runs a bit small... always take a 9 but find that I need a larger size... 9.5, I'm guessing.

I have great difficulty finding a closed comfortable shoe for the office with my foot/back issues. Everything I try on hurts. I love heels, but cannot wear them any longer. Because of the stretchy material this shoe does not cut into your foot if you have bunions, and the wedge is just enough to give your legs some length. I've had the black multi for more than a year and they are still in great shape. Ordered the navy and brown and would order every color if made available! Definitely give them a try.

Love this shoe and have bought many pairs. I work as hairdresser and stand all day. Looks great with skirts pants and even jeans...so versatile. Get little wet but dry quick an easy to clean. Buy a few pairs and keep in stock! Only issue is I sweat a lot and would love the insole not to detach/de-glue and it bunches up and becomes difficult to walk. Have had to get redone at shoe maker. Wish that wouldn't happen but I'll take it.

I bought these in my normal 10½N and they are tight in the toe box for me, but perfect everywhere else. The shoes are very comfortable to wear all day and very stylish. Just know they are material outer. I may purchase 11 but I am not sure if it will make a big difference.

I really loved the way these shoes looked. They are flattering and I THINK if they fit your particular foot right, they would be comfortable. I could barely get through an hour in them without pinching my toes and a blister on my heel. I tried a couple of times to see if I could get them to work, but alas, they just don't work for my feet. I have flat feet, so they are therefor wider than your average foot. But boy do I wish they worked. They are very cute and have great potential for someone with a more narrow toe.

Cute shoes! I bought them in 2 colors. The wrap in the back on the inside of the shoe has rubbed blisters on both the inside and outside of my foot. I'm hoping some heel cushions applied to the shoes will alleviate that. I like the wedge height.

I loved these shoes online and have worn lots of AK shoes, but these were a really tight fit, and there's something weird going on with the back part that touches your Achilles tendon area - something hard and scratchy and uncomfortable. Overall pretty small and narrow and not much support.

I so wanted to love these. I have incredibly bad feet - bunion, chipped bone, painful balls of the foot, etc. After wearing these around the house, they bound into the top of my feet so painfully I could hardly walk. Darn. I was so excited from the reviews. Back to hunting for a comfortable wedge.

Pretty cute and amazingly comfortable; I wear these to my job where I stand all day and to walk around cities in them when I'm traveling. If they had a peep toe version, I would give it a five for style, and I would buy a bunch more pairs if they had some that weren't black. I really like it if they have a good cork-style bottom and some colors or browns. All the current styles need to go with black outfits.

These shoes are not comfortable at all because the material at the back of the heel is too hard and thus not gripping my heel when I walk, though the overall material seems fine and the shape looks cute. I ordered a 5.5 and they are too tight, then I ordered a size 6, but the front toe area is quite narrow and the back is hurting my heel when I walk. I am returning them.

Love these shoes. I would wear them everyday if I had more colors!

The front of this shoe is completely soft and wonderfully comfortable. The heel has a hard sort of frame all the way around, which is good in that the heel doesn't slip (which is a frequent problem for me) but isn't very comfortable. This works better with hosiery than barefoot because of the heel issue. I do really like the shoe, though - great with my lightweight summer navy/white pants.

I wanted to give five stars all around and at first was awesome but now have become badly out of shape and support on sides and insole bunched up after two wearings. The glue is no good. I bought these as a second pair and I wish to again but I am reluctant.

These have been wonderful shoes...so comfy that I'm back on Zappos six months later ordering another pair. Only a few caveats to the buyer...they smell funky. Straight out of the box they smelled odd, and even after wearing they still have the same plasticky, sour smell. I think it's all of the man made materials. Also, the footliner just shredded. They were cheap, so I'm just going to get another pair because they are so comfy, but the quality definitely is irksome.

As per the other reviews, the shoe was a bit bunchy in the fabric. I probably would have kept them but the inside of the shoe kept rubbing and I only had them on for a few minutes. Sadly, these have to go back.

If your feet usually get swollen these will mark the elastic band too. They're overall comfortable although the foot sole makes your feet get sweaty and at least my shoes came with it loose, they didn't paste them well.

I ordered half a size larger than my current US shoe measurement in order to wear an insole with this. I found it short and did not even try it with the insole. Fabric was weirdly bumpy; as another reviewer mentioned it buckled in places, and it is clearly a brand new shoe. I did like the look of the upper, but wasn't as happy with the look of the wedge heel.

Plain ugly. No arch support. The fabric was crumpled on the inside of the show where the arch support should be. They are comfortable, and I do go for comfort, but I just can't take this sort of style.

I was hoping these would fit better because they seem like they would be comfortable. But they are narrow in the toe area so I'll be returning them. I usually wear an 8.5 regular (not wide). I ordered an 8.5 and it fit ok except for the toe area. Bummer!

Very comfortable and great heel height for every day at work. Unfortunately the fabric and elastic around the shoe part made it look like a slipper and too weird. I still love Zappos and will shop again with their great shipping and return policy!

My pair did NOT look like the video. The shoes fit me well, but the stretchy parts of the fabric wrinkled and bunched around the upper. That made the shoe look too casual- not what I wanted it for, and had to return.

I'll give this shoe points for comfort, but the "little bit of elastic" around the top was puckered and gappy on my foot. The foot bed fit just fine (so it wasn't a size issue). Looked like a poor slipper. These are going back.
