Bought these because I was looking for something with more style than Columbia sport sandals and K-Swiss sneakers that would feel just as comfortable! These fit! They feel good! (I have tried similar styles/brands over the past 2 years with no luck-too big, too floppy, too wide, no arch) I wear them with whatever---pants, capris, casual skirt, or dress. Much nicer to look at than utilitarian rubber sandals. And, like my beloved (yet ugly) sandals, I can wear these all day.

My feet have died and gone to heaven. Having back problems, I stay away from a heel anymore for the most part. These are so cute on and so very comfortable that after leaving my yoga class (reason for purchase) it is now 3 days later and I haven't taken them off. Well, I did take them off one night to sleep. I almost didn't buy them because of the previous reviews regarding smell, but I haven't experienced what the reviewers were referring to. I do have a rather keen, get it, Keen, sense of smell and yes, they smelled like rubber at first...they are made from rubber material, but it quickly subsided (2 days) and I haven't smelled them since. Maybe Keen has remedied the problem or maybe each shoe is different? Whatever...5 STARS!

I have flat feet and bunions and have pins following a dislocated and chipped big toe. I now have five pairs of these shoes, and they are the only shoes I can wear comfortably. Every time I wear the orange ones I get compliments and questions as to where I bought them. I had to get the new purple ones as soon as I saw them, and now I am coveting the orion blue!

I love these shoes. I bought them to take along on vacation for lots of walking and they did not let me down! Very comfortable and look great with jeans, pants, and even shorts.

These shoes are exactly what I wanted. I wore them for the first time for a flight to Jamaica with lots of airport walking. Totally comfortable! The color is not as red as it looked on the screen, more of a burgundy color. This actually worked better for me. I love the shoes! My feet are narrow, but I wear orthotics (they do show a bit on the sides with these shoes) so I got mediums. These seemed to be a narrower medium than some of the other Keene shoes. I ordered another pair of Keenes which were way too wide and had to return them.

Got the half size bigger (of course) love the color, love the fit, I adore these shoes. If it wasn't raining I would still be wearing them because I hardly took them off the first two weeks I had them. I had to buy my daughter a pair or lose mine. Zappos rocks! So do these Keens. They are the best!

I bought a pair of Keen Madrid MJ in black; then bought another pair in beige a week later. They are lighter than Newport & Venice H2, both which are favorites. I live in SE Asia and do not find Madrid warm, though the initial smell is a bit of a surprise, but the smell wears off after a week. 2 friends want to buy Madrid MJ after they saw them on my feet so they must have looked nice, too. Great for shopping, walking or just out.

These are terrrific spring / summer and vacation shoes. They are cute with shorts, skirts, or pants. They require no breaking in, and are comfortable all day long. They have no arch support, so standing all day (museum?) may be difficult, but I could wear them to walk anywhere!

These shoes are super soft, lightweight and have that cool Keen rubber toe protector that I now find I can't live without. The cool thing about buying them from Zappos is, I ordered them one evening after 10 p.m; they arrived the next morning before eleven. And I live in the middle of nowhere, right next to nothing. I stopped asking how and buy all my shoes, online, from Zappos. They are cooler than trains. Thanks again.

I have worn Keen sandals for several years, traipsing along trails in Hawaii to short weekend jaunts at home in California. I was pleasantly surprised to find a pair of Keen shoes that I could wear to work, that not only looked sharp, but also felt comfortable all day long. The Keen Madrid Mary Jane is just about the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. It fits my B width foot, but I think it would wrap snugly about a narrower size too. I like the stretch material and durable soles. The only drawback, due to style, is that I need to insert an arch support. I like them so much, I am contemplating another pair, perhaps in a different color.

This is the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever owned. I bought this shoe for a trip to Nicaraqua and think they will work perfect as a good lightweight, comfortable shoe. They fit true to size. I am a size 8 and they fit just right. I plan to buy another pair in a different color I like them so much.

I love these shoes! They are stylish, match so many of my clothes, and are extremely comfortable. I first bought a size 9, my normal size, and found them too big. I returned them for free for a size 8.5. They fit really well. The fabric of the shoe gives to accommodate any width foot. Since I live in California, I've been able to wear them even recently in November. I am really happy with my purchase and the ease with which the transactions were carried out by Zappos.

Keen's sizes run short and wide. This is a blessing for people with wide feet (me), but I still have to buy a full length larger. I love the product for its comfort and durability, especially the Madrid Mary Jane style which is made of a flexible fabric allowing the foot to swell a bit in the summer and accommodate foot irregularities like bunions. The one negative for this style is that for the first month or so, it smells of rubber tires. Oh well, anything for comfort.

Great washable shoe - soft!! Replacing open toe shoes with closed one - foot surgery and Zappos was there for me with assistance as well as an easy return policy. I ordered these in Brindle - sort of a neutral brown/grey type color. These are a step up from tennis/sport shoes and I wear them to teach high school - on my feet all day long. Keen brand, among others, was recommended by a Zappos sales person. I was pleased with this show and have added a number of Keen shoes to my favorite list. These shoes look great with jeans, crops, pants, skirts, and even spring/summer dresses. And thanks to Zappos I can shop with confidence. I'm a proud Zappos VIP customer.

Walking on Air - I wasn't quite sure about these mary jane's when I ordered them but I love them. Soft and supple it feels like I am wearing nothing on my feet. The size and fit were perfect. One aside though, the straps are ribbon like material and Velcro on the side. The velcro piece should have been longer. I have a narrow foot and I just attach the velcro. I have considered adding a piece of velcro but am waiting to see if I need to loosen the strap when my feet swell in the heat.
