I am sending these back, but only because the straps are too short. I am sad, because these are outstanding sandals. They fit perfectly -- that is my real size is the right size. They have terrific support, they look nice, and yet they are rugged. They are fabulous, and I wish there were some with longer straps.

Loved the looks and color of the shoe. My daughter has a pair and said that Naples is the most comfortable sandal she has had. However, the sandal was not that comfortable on me. I am so disappointed. Thanks for your excellent service.

Loving this show...bought it as a walking shoe for an upcoming Europe vacation, but I've been wearing them to walk the dog and to an all day concert. Super comfortable at all times. I bought the brown and black. The brown is great, the black looks a little heavy so it's going back. These are cute for shorts, capris, cotton skirt, etc. Very casual. I have a narrow foot an the front part is definitely roomy, but not floppy and the ankle strap keeps them firmly in place.

These are the most comfortable sandals I have ever had. I just bought my second pair. There is no breaking in period - I wear them all day as soon as I get them - good for hiking, shopping, anything - and they look nice too!

Besides a pair of Clarks, the most comfortable shoe ever. I can wear them all day on tile floor and my feet do not hurt. And I've got crazy feet. Please make a dressy shoe and I will buy it. Was about 1/2 size short. But good for wider feet. The greatest customer service store.

These were totally comfortable right out of the box, as I have come to expect from Keen. They have become my casual sandals of choice. They offer great support, are sturdy yet cute, and so comfortable I forget that I have anything on my feet!

I love these sandals! They're SO comfortable. I have another pair in tan. They can be worn to work, around town and on very long walks. They look attractive with everything and my feet never get tired in them. They'd be great travel sandals.

So, after a year of heavy use, I'm ready to get a new pair. These have held up well, but the stitching is starting to unravel, and the edges of the footbed have gotten a bit hairy, and the leather footbed has started to wear through. I never used the buckle - just set the heel strap loose enough to slip my foot in and out. I got my money's worth out of these!

Great shoes! Comfortable right out of the box. I like the look and feel. Stylish with a sporty feel. I use them for work and cityscape walking. They're too nice for country walking. Highly recommend!

Thank you Zappos and thank you Keen, you have both done it again. Super service and Keen is comfort right out of the box. Wider feet will love this brand and finally Keen came out with a little more feminine design, nice with shorts, jeans and a skirt. I checked true to width because Keen fans all know they have a wider toe box. In other words shaped like a foot! Imagine that concept!

Awesome shoes. Wore them all day right out of the box. The color is a little lighter than the picture, but I like it better. Very, very comfortable! My new favorite pair of shoes...

This is my second pair of these Keen sandals. Zappos is almost as good as these shoes are. Both are A+.

If you like to walk, often and for good distances, these are your sandals. Just purchased my second pair and, if they came in more colors would probably own half a dozen pairs! A couple of minor "cautions": the buckles can be difficult, the footbed is a bit wide for a medium width foot, and they run a bit big: due to past experience I ordered an 8 (am usually an 8.5 or 9), and they fit perfectly. They are, hands down, my favorite summer footwear.

These sandals are great! They were super comfortable right from the start. And I love that they offer a cute style as well as support for my chronic plantar fasciitis. Definitely would buy them again!

Very comfortable. I wore them for hours the first time without any problems. Nice looking and go with most casual outfits. Totally recommend these sandals.

I have problem feet and no arch, lots of pronation. Finding sandals that I can wear comfortably is always a challenge. My chiropractor had told me that Keen's were probably a good bet for my poor tootsies. She was right. These sandals were comfortable right out of the box and allowed me to walk a lot without pain. And they are cute too! I highly recommend these sandals!

I bought these a few weeks ago before going on an architectural tour. I wanted sandals that were comfortable to walk in and had some support. These fill the bill on both counts, and there nice looking as well.

Very nice sandal...purchased it to wear on my trip to Disney World. Ask me how I like them after my trip.

Nice shoe - looks fairly dressy on top but is definitely a sporty sole. Shoe is a bit wide on the sole but it gives it good support.

You should know that the bison color is a bit lighter than in the images, more tan than brown. Another reviewer mentioned this as well.

Keens are simply the best. Comfort that can't be beat. I was happy to find something a bit less sporty to wear with summer dresses and at work. These are it. This is my 4th pair. Don't want to wear anything else!

This is a wonderful shoe! Its very comfortable and looks great with jeans or dress pants. At work we have specific requirements when it comes to shoes, and this fits those standards perfectly! It is a little big around the ankle part, but as long as I'm on the tightest setting they fit well. I think Keen's are usually a little wider than other shoes, though. Great product - highly recommend!
