Comfy from the first wearing. I have a wide foot and these sandals allowed plenty of room and good arch support. Nice to have a slightly dressier style in the Keen brand.

Very comfortable, great lateral support as well, especially for a dressier sandal. These are the best of all my sandals, I bought another pair in Black.

I own about 5 other pairs of keen shoes and love them. These are comfortable right out of the box. They are nice looking, yet rugged and comfortable. I think I will order a second pair in another color. You may want to consider ordering 1\/2 size larger than your usual shoe size.

I love the look of these sandals. I have 8 pairs of Keens in my closet so I assumed these would fit like the rest but alas they didn\'t. The straps are loose and the shoe seems short. Never before have I had an issue like this. I wear them anyway because they are comfortable and attractive.

I really like these shoes. They are really comfortable and durable. I have worn them on slippery, muddy hikes into waterfalls and they were great! There's good traction, they stay on your feet and don't jiggle around, and are truly waterproof.The only slight downside is the buckles. It takes extra time to get the shoes on and off, but it works in a positive way for the most part, as the shoes don't fall off in the water or with added wear and tear, as ones with velcro often do.

I have a wide foot and these are great fitting! The leather will feel a little stiff at first, but hang in there. Once they are broken in you will love these sandals.

First purchase from Zappos and I am thrilled. These are good looking and oh so comfortable for my size 9.5 flat feet with bunion. They are wide which is great for preventing under arch blisters. Spent 5 days walking around Disney World in them which says it all. Nary a blister. I'm buying a second pair right now.

I bought these sandals for a touring trip where I needed to be a bit dressy, but knew I would be doing a lot of walking. They were great! They took a few days to break in, but are now so comfortable with a lot of support. I have plantar fascitis and experienced no pain using these shoes!

Love these! Got them, wore them...never a problem. I am careful about shoes (troublesome feet) and these surpassed any hopes. Does fit wider feet, but would adjust for narrow.

I just received my 2nd pair of Keen Naples. I love them! I bought the first pair (Quill) to wear on vacation in Tokyo, Japan. I just got my 2nd pair to wear at Walt Disney World next month. Best, most comfy sandals I have ever bought. We go to Disneyland a lot--and these are always the shoes on my feet unless it's raining and cold. Comfy, comfy, comfy (and I have had 3 bunion surgeries so comfort and great fit are big with me!). You won't be disappointed!

I have really enjoyed these sandals since they arrived. The foot bed is soft and comfy for my gnarly feet. The toe area is wide to accommodate the bunions and lots of straps to disguise them! Got them totally soaked in a thunderstorm the other day and there were no adverse affects to report. Keen Rocks.

The straps are very comfortable and the color is really pretty. I put moderate arch support only because I have a very high arch, but for a normal arch it should be perfect. Happily, I discovered the weight of the sandal is much lighter than I assumed it would be.

I ordered these based on previous reviewers comments. Based on my initial trying on, they are very comfortable, true to size in length but felt a little wide which is weird when you have a wide foot. I think I am going to love them. Even though they have a rubber sole, they will look good with skirts and pants.

I am so happy to have received the Naples sandals today. I wear a 5 wide and these fit! Thank you, thank you. They are very comfortable right out of the box, no little toe rubbing. Don't hesitate to buy the red, I agree with other writers, it's more of a burgundy and a definite color for the summer. I plan on wearing these as my walking sandals. It's such a struggle to find something in a 5 wide that isn't too clunky and I like the back strap for security reasons. These shoes are nice looking and don't look like normal Keens. The arch support isn't as high as my other Keens, but there is plenty of cushioning for my old feet, particularly under the toes where I really need it. I may have to buy a 2nd pair.

Wore them right away and found them to be very comfortable. Order a half size bigger. If you have a wide foot, they are not for you.

Zappos is the best! I ordered these shoes and they were shipped overnight for free! I love the shoes. They are cute and comfy! I have foot pain and these give great support. Keens are great.

Love these sandles! They are cute, comfy and supportive. I work with pre-k students and these work well with a casual work attire where you are inside and out. Great for my wide feet. All you narrow- footed people need to quit complaining; you have plenty of other styles that cater to you! Loved these so much that I ended up getting 3 colors, biking red, port royale, and bison. These are made well and I'm sure I'll have them for at least 2 or 3 seasons. Nice strappy, casual, and versatile. Thanks!

Great cute, comfy and functional sandals. These seem to be wide - although I do have narrow feet. I would buy these in additional colors, if only they fit my feet.

I have wide feet and have a hard time finding shoes and sandals that fit. These sandals are cut wide, because of the rubber soles. They're really comfortable for walking all day. I have the red color. I love them!

These are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever owned. I have trouble with my feet but have no pain at all with these shoes. I never want to take them off.

Keen shoes are my new favorites! I got the Carmel last year and loved it so much. I think the Naples are going to be my wear-all shoes this spring/summer. My feet run a little narrower than medium, and these sandals are just right. My feet felt right at home! I got the brick red and it’s a muted dark red, closer to a burgundy. I love it though! I think I’m going to get another pair in another color.

I purchased my first pair of Keens (Cheyenne clogs) on sale at a department store and had never heard of the brand before. I fell in love with how comfy they are and when wanting a new summer sandal decided to look on Zappos. I found the Naples and ordered one half size smaller than my regular shoe size since I don’t like a lot of extra shoe in the toe and heel area. They are a perfect fit (I have a wide foot) and comfy like my first pair! Now, since it’s still a bit chilly to be wearing sandals in Kansas, I’ve only tested them out around my house on carpet. I’ve also noticed writing this review that they are on sale and when I purchased them they weren’t. To my delight I’ve called customer service at Zappos and they honor a 10 day price adjustment from date of purchased so I was given credit for the sale price. Can’t go wrong with that when they include FREE shipping also! Thank-you Zappos and Keen.

I love my Keens, and I own several pairs of mostly "comfy and functional" styles. When I needed a pair of slightly nicer strappy sandals I could take on a tropical cruise and trip to Costa Rica this fall, I pored through the offerings at Zappos. What a surprise to discover the Naples sandals among a bunch; I hadn't expected such cute sandals from Keen! The straps really collapse completely so these sandals pack pretty flat. You could find ones that pack flatter, but not if you want sturdy soles and a solid footbed. The soles have some tread on them, and the rubber grips really well, so you I found they worked great on wet surfaces. The sandals are very comfortable right out of the box, and if you feel any tightness in any of the straps, they'll loosen up pretty quickly. One issue I had after a while was that the back ankle straps started feeling a little too loose. Cinching the buckle up on a tighter notch seemed to do the trick to keep the back strap from flopping around too much, though. Best of all, I found that the sandals did fine with sundresses and such, perfect for a nice dinner date or a shore excursion!

I went on the Keen website to order these sandals but they were out of stock & referred me to Zappos. I love these shoes and Zappos shipped very quickly. These shoes are especially good if you have "problem" feet & require a non-flexible sole. They provide great support because they have what one might call a "built-in orthotic." Love these shoes!
