I love my new Keen Whispers! They are comfortable and beautiful...personally I just can't see my foot in any other kind of shoe. I like the airiness of a closed toe sandal...I can wear them with my skirts, dresses or shorts, they always look stylish with Keen's awesome color selections! Thank you Zappos, for carrying the best shoes on the planet! It would be nice if they weren't so expensive but, hey, it's the American way!

I LOVE this shoe! It was super comfortable right out of the box. Zero break in time. It hugs my foot all over without being tight so it's very secure for walking in all type of terrain. It's super breathable so my feet don't get hot and I can wear them all day. I got the orange and have received lots of compliments. Would love one in every color if they weren't so expensive. I went with the half size larger that many recommended and they fit perfectly.

These shoes are more than comfortable. They are versatile in that you can get the shoes wet and it is no problem because the material can handle it. They run just a bit small so I ordered up a half size. Fits great. As for Zappos...they are fantastic to work with. I love that there are no shipping fees, so returns are easy. Also, you don't have to wait light years for the order! Thanks Zappos for great customer service!

The Keen Whisper was comfortable from the first moment I put them on! Love the look. I ordered the brindle/regal orchid. Could not be happier!

Amazing shoes. My feet are long and narrow with long toes and an even narrower heel. I always have quite the challenge to find shoes I like that really fit, especially hiking or out door type shoes. These shoes were perfect the minute I put them on. I now have two pair and will probably get another. They are very comfortable. I can wear them for hours and hours without any discomfort. I highly recommend them.

I love these Keens. Despite other reviews, I found that the size I normally wear fit me perfectly. They're absolutely comfortable right out of the box, and the lavender color is lovely.

Love these shoes. Took them on a three week excursion to China. Wore them in rain and shine. In rain, they dry pretty quickly. Kept my feet cool during the hot days. Had no issues with rubbing or blisters despite not having any time to break them in before my trip. Easy to get on and off. Plenty of room in the toes. I am somewhere between an 8.5 and a 9, ordered the 9 and they fit perfectly.

Very comfortable, could wear them all day with no problem. I did find them to run slightly short and had to order a half size larger than usual though.

These shoes are super cute, but I'm returning them to Zappos. While they did fit my narrow foot, the foot bed was rough and the uppers were stiff and rubbed. I was looking for something that says ahhhh when I put my feet into them after a Martial Arts or yoga class, and these aren't them. Sorry to let them go because they are so cute and look great with capris. (I bought the natural gray and bright chartreuse.)

These are fabulous - much lighter to easier to pack for hiking and water play. Love them! And as usual with Keen's no need to break them in.

I followed the suggestions regarding sizing and these sandals are the best! No break-in period. No blisters. Just wore them on vacation involving lots of walking.

I love these shoes. I have not bought this brand before, but I will be buying more in the future. I wear mostly jeans and this color (dark grey and teal) are denim friendly. I appreciate that they are not clunky looking.

These are comfortable, functional shoes, but most importantly when you know what you want Zappo makes it all so easy. The orders are sent quickly and reliably. That is fantastic service.

I normally wear a size 7 and ordered a 7½ in these after reading other reviews. I have very narrow feet (4A)but with the type of adjustment on these I can actually keep them on my feet.

Love these shoes! Unlike some other Keens, these do not run small. I normally wear a 9 to 9.5, and the 9.5 is perfect (I have 1/4 to 1/2 inch between my toe and the end of the shoe). I also love this style because it is slimmer than other Keen styles - this one is average width, not as wide as other Keens (some folks even say this style "runs narrow" but I think it just feels that way since many Keens run wide). I have a narrow heel, but the ball of my foot is normal width. With the adjustable cord, these shoes can be adjusted to stay on my heel and feel great. These shoes are also very lightweight and less bulky looking than other Keen styles. I have always had Tevas, which I also love, but I like how these Keens protect my toes. If you have narrow feet and not been able to wear other Keen styles, try this one - I'll bet it will work for you! I highly recommend them!

Great shoe for what it's meant for! Wore it hiking in Hawaii. Comfortable out of the box! Ordered half size up and was glad. They tend to run wide and I have a very narrow foot. This seems the narrowet of the Keen models but I still have to cinch it pretty tightly for my foot. It works though, and I love them! Will wear them all summer.

I bought these because we had a trip that would require lots of walking and climbing up a waterfalls. They were perfect! They kept my feet cool and gave me support for the days that I wore them. Very comfortable! I did have to order a half size bigger.

Right now I'm in Nicargua wearing my Keen whisper shoes. Yesterday I climbed the volcano Mombacho for 4 hours. My Keens were comfortable and supported my feet. Never had to break in my shoes. They were comfortable the first time I put them on. Last week i walked another forest Chocoyera which has a number of small streams. My feet got wet but my Keens are no worse for wear. I washed them in the shower with me. Perfect!

Absolutely love this shoe! Perfect water shoe has been found! I was searching high and low for a shoe that is comfortable for wearing long periods without socks and can be worn wet. Was discouraged with another pair of keens because they were heavy and very bulky looking on my feet with skinny ankles. But after reviews gave this one a try and I am very glad I did. Kept feet comfy and cool walking all day in Disneyland parks and will wear to garden in and to beach this summer. Did not look like Bozo in these pair of Keens!

How do I love thee? Let me count the ways. This is my 5th pair of Keen Whispers and they have taken me in comfort all over the world. Literally. Love, love, love.

Felt great the minute I tried them on! Very comfortable. I like a wide shoe, and this had plenty of room for me.

I am very pleased with this purchase. These shoes are extremely comfortable, and since the fit is somewhat adjustable, they accommodate my 2A width foot nicely. I normally wear a 9.5 2A, and the 9.5 M works for me in these shoes. So someone with a wider foot might want to order up a half size. I think think that these shoes will fit the bill for my trip to Ireland this summer. I wanted a water-proof shoe that could also be used as a street shoe. I chose the black color to coordinate with my traveler's wardrobe, and think that they will be fine with casual to even dressy casual outfits, when needed. As always, Zappos customer service is great! Thank you!

Awesome shoe, right out of the box. Comfy, comfy, comfy. Bought these for a trip and they fit the bill wonderfully.

I really like these shoes! Bought them to wear this summer at the lake and they are perfect for that. They're not "cute" or "sexy", but they fit my narrow foot surprisingly well, are light weight and comfortable for walking around the water or shopping in town.
