This is my about my sixth pair of these Keens. They are the only shoes I wear all summer. I have older ones I wear as water shoes and newer ones I wear as dress shoes. This latest design is really pretty and fun. I have narrow feet with bad bunions and these sandals are the only comfortable shoes I have found. My only regret is that I can't wear them in winter.

This order I bought me my 3rd and 4th pair of Keen's Whisper - purple and beet red. OK - I love this style and already had the blue and orange. This style is really comfortable and is 100% waterproof! In the summer I seldom wear "real" clothing, existing in shorts, Ts, and my Keens. But don't limit the use of these great sandals - I've wore them with dresses and skirt.

Love, love, love this shoe. "Whisper" is a good name for it. It's supremely comfortable and has excellent support for walking on trails as well as city sidewalks. I took note of several people's comments that the shoe runs a half-size larger than their normal size, so ordered both my usual size and a half size smaller. I kept the half size smaller; it fits perfectly.

These keen whispers were just exactly what I wanted and hoped for. The one downside was the shipping. I did not know that if I gave a P.O. Box as well as a street address, shipping would be delayed. Once I called to see what the hold up was, they were shipped promptly.

I have a very tall, short, wide foot and found this shoe to be adjustable enough to work for me once I loosened the straps all the way. After wearing these for hours, I could feel a slight bit of numbness from the straps on top (like I said, my feet are tall), but no discomfort at all. They will be perfect for when my feet get wet boating or hiking through streams, but FYI that there's limited protection from things like splinters (because of the gaps in the sides).

The women's Keen Whisper sandals look exactly as shown on website: funky and hippie-ish (that's a compliment). The molded toe cap is the perfect size to make it useful for protection, yet it doesn't overpower the fact this is a sandal - not a hiking boot! My normal shoe size is 8 1/2 and Medium widths are usually too loose because of my narrow heels and very narrow instep. I did see the suggestions to 'order up a half size' but I chose not to and went with the 8 1/2 M. It was was a perfect fit! The reason? The bungee cord allowed for tightening or loosening the individual areas of the forefoot, the instep, and the heel! How great is that! This was a phone-in order and the customer service rep was wonderful - kind, patient, and responsive. And the shoes were on my doorstep in 2 1/2 days! What more can I say? Kudos, Zappos!

First off let me say that I have wide feet with a high instep. It's hard to find shoes that are comfortable for me. I finally got fed up with buying cheap shoes that hurt my feet and decided to take the plunge and buy a pair of Keens. I am SO happy I did. These shoes fit me like a glove. I was a bit worried because they don't come in wide, but I just sized up a half size and it worked. I'm also impressed by how versatile these are and how quickly they dry. If they happen to get dirty I can just spray them off and they're perfectly dry by the next morning. The quality is much better than the "off" brands and I can tell these shoes are going to last multiple summers. They won't be my last pair from Keen for sure!

After reading many reviews I ordered a size 8 - worried that it might be too small, but in fact it was too big, and I ended up with a 7.5 (my normal sizing is 7.5 or 8 depending on the shoe). So while everyone seems to say they run small, the 7.5's fit me perfectly and I love them. They are very comfortable and I got them in the berry which is really cute. Not sure what to say with regard to the sizing issues - it may take some experimentation but I think it's worth it.

Bought these to go rafting with. So comfy! I have a larger foot and wear either a 10 or 11. Opted for a 10.5 and they were so comfy and protected my toes from the rocks and such!

Bought these Keens for a cross country road trip this summer. After a week I realized that I was developing a callous on my heel. The shoes were too small. My fault. I'm giving them to my daughter. That being said, I had ordered a half size up as well and was going to return them when I got home. Decided to keep the larger size because I liked them so much. Pretty expensive mistake on my part. My daughter will be happy though.

Super comfortable right out of the box. I got these for a Summer work shoe [I clean houses and wear shorts in the Summer]. These look cute plus protect my toes. The only reason I gave 4 stars for comfort is the souls of my feet get a titch warm...not sweaty but noticeably warm which I thought odd considering how ventilated the shoe is...It's just a minor distraction, all n all, as i'd def order them again.

This is my third pair of Keen Whisper sandals. They are really comfortable for everyday running around, light hiking, and touring. They stay on and dry out well during and after water activities. I wear them almost every day in warm weather, and they usually last over a year for me. They are still wearable after that, but I put a lot of miles on them and find that the sole wears a bit and becomes less shock absorbent. I wear a half to a whole size smaller in these sandals that in most shoes.

I love everything about these shoes!!! My feet are difficult to fit, but these fit beautifully. Extremely comfortable and easy to clean, too!

Love these. Very comfortable and the Wild Beet color is great. I get lots of compliments when I wear these. I own a few pair of Keen and they're my most comfortable shoes. Zappos service is incredible!

Love these sandals. Finally found ones that I liked and fit well. Thank you Zappos for all the returns you have had to do with me. You are the best. I was looking for sandals for doing heavy walking over cobblestones, uneven pavement and wet conditions for our trip to eastern Europe this summer. I think these sandals will fit the bill just perfectly.

I wore these as I toured NYC by foot on a hot day. My feet were blister free, cool, comfortable, well supported as I clocked over 8 miles. Love them!

Great sandal sneaker for a lot of walking and summer hiking. Bought these for my 12 year-old daughter who says they are very comfortable.

I love these Keen sandals & I have bought quite a few pairs of this & 2 other styles. After reading the reviews for the 1st time, I ordered a half size larger than I normally take. But this did not work, my size is the right size for me.

Love Keens. My whole family has Keens and my daughter and I own the Whisper. They are cute comfortable and do not rub on your feet after a full day on the river getting wet and walking around in them. I used these in Costa Rica where it was wet and muddy and I loved them for hiking, zip lining, rafting and all around shoe. Nothing but Keens would stand up to the test.

I bought these for a camping trip and wore them continually for several days. I had a cheaper pair of this style of shoe from years ago but the Keen's are great. Several reviewers have said they had to buy a 1/2 size larger but I bought my regular size and they were perfect. They are comfortable for walking, dry fairly quickly if they've been wet and are easy on and off. I couldn't be happier with them.

I have small, narrow feet and usually have difficulty with fit. These shoes have been amazing and I am finally going back for another pair. I wore my Keen's all over Italy, Thailand, Machu Picchu and Paris as in pretty much solid use for 2 weeks at a time of LOTS of walking, have had them for probably 10 years and from the minute I put them on, they were comfortable. No, they aren't that stylish....at all, but they are great shoes!

I bought these shoes for my mom and as previous reviewers said I ordered her a half size bigger then her usual size. However when she tried then on they where way to big. Had to return and get her her usual size.

I started a half size higher and they were way too long so I tried my true size and the fit comfortably. They loosen a bit with the strap so it shouldn't be an issue getting them on or off when wet. Comfortable and good arch support. Worth the investment.
