These are very comfortable shoes. I can wear them to work as they have a closed toe. Better than sneakers for hot days. As for fit I recommend buying 1/2 size larger. The range of colors is fantastic. I have several pairs to go with different outfits/color schemes.

I purchased these shoes in hopes that I could wear them for my Disney vacation. They were perfect. I wore them to work as a teacher assistant a couple of times before the trip. I was able to wear them all six days that I visited the parks. I always carry a spare pair of shoes to Disney, but I never had to change. In the past, I would have to alternate my shoes from day to day. They were great in the rain and dried quickly. The traction was good, not slippery at all. I bought my usual shoe size, 7 1/2, and they were perfect. I plan on buying an additional pair.

Keen has always run short on my feet, so I ordered 1/2 size larger than I normally wear (6=61/2 Keen) and they fit just right. This is my second pair of Keen “water friendly” shoes. My first pair was blue/white and I’ve taken them the past 2 years to Mexico for water oriented trips. They’re great on boats, in water when you need to have shoes, great for short hiking/walking trips, ATV riding trips, and they’re ok on the beach but they do collect lots of sand inside. They do dry pretty fast especially in warm temps or out in the sun. My first pair has been well worn and not treated with any care at all and they still look great. If you’re planning to spend time on boats, unknown waters, or any exploring with lots of walking, almost any of this class of Keen’s are for you.

Bought these to use hiking on vacation. Wore them everyday. Hiked up and down steep rocky paths that were wet from rain. The shoes felt stable on my feet and I had no fear of slipping. My husband and I both have this style and they fit true to our normal shoe size. I will be buying a back up pair.

I almost always wear a size 9 so I was surprised to find that I need an 8 1/2 in some Keen sandals. I wore these right out of the box, walking on uneven pavement and they were very comfortable. They're my second pair - after a lot of wear over a few years a strap broke on the previous pair.

I really like these. I have a brown pair from 2 years ago and they were 7s. I had to get 6.5 in these, I feel they run a little larger. I bought black. When I wear these my hip pain is better. I also wear them year round to go for a walk on a gravel path. I wear socks with them in winter. Most shoes slip on my heel, but these can be sinched up. Also nothing scratchy inside against sensitive skin.

I love my Keens....walk in the morning each day (without socks)...I ordered the same size of my first Keens and size 7 fits me real good. They are very comfortable, and I love the Keen Whisper, Raven Rose/Dawn color.....they will go with every color outfit I choose to wear.

Very comfortable shoe. I wear a size 9 in Keen, same for the Whisper. They are slimmer in design compared to other Keen sandals. I highly recommend these. Good support.

This shoe has so many wonderful features. The uppers are soft, yet supportive. My wide feet are comfortable in them. The sole has good grip, feels very stable. The light blue is a fabulous color. I will definitely buy more of this style in other colors.

Loved these in the coffee. Like all Keens, great comfort and flexibility. Normally I am a 9, but in my other Keen models (H20), I go up a half size. I did that with the Whisper, and I think I should have just gone for the 9. They run true to size and are much easier to get on than some of the heavier models.

These are my favorite shoes this summer. I work at a small store on the beach and have to wear shoes that are closed toes. Definitely more of a womens looking shoe. The whisper is comfortable and supportive with the wrapped sides for long days at work. My only issue is the color combos. Don't care for the black toe but at least it isn't a huge amount of rubber. My feet can breath with all of the ventilation so it's not as hot as a regular shoe. I am buying a second pair in a different color so I would say I'm pretty happy with them. I wear an 8 in other shoes but an 8.5 in Keens. These are no exception-8.5 is perfect.

I wore these to hike around Havasupai and had absolutely no problems! They were super comfy (even on the first wearings!) Totally satisfied with the purchase.

I have these in Poseidon Blue, a coral color from last year, and the black-- which looks a little Bondage-y when on. They are all quite slimming of my medium-wide feet. They are also quite comfortable. There is a little fiddling with the bungee cord necessary to get the right fit so my pinky toe doesn't tend to stick out of one of the openings, but once adjusted, I wear mine all the time.

LOVE THESE SHOES! I was going back and forth between Keens and Chacos (I've had both, love both for different reasons). I wear a 9 in both brands and these fit great in a 9, consistent with my last pair. In other shoes I'm usually a size 8.5-9. Out of the box these were super comfortable, although we went on a 6 miles hike without breaking them in (oops) and I did get a small blister on my big toe, but I didn't tighten them very much prior to the hike. These are my go to for longer walks and shorter hikes (usually beyond 4 miles I'll wear hiking boots). If you're debating between these and chacos like I was, chacos are better for slipping on your foot and way easier at getting small rocks out easily while hiking, but keens win with comfort, toe protection, and stability/grip while hiking. My last pair of Keens lasted 5 years. I love the ability to go from hiking path to playing in a creek with my dog and not messing with taking off my shoes. Buy these, you won't regret it!

I have four pairs of these shoes and I love them! I wear a size 9 medium and these are slightly big but that's the way I like them. They are super easy to adjust with the elastic draw string so you can make them tighter or looser. The pair I got 4 or 5 years ago is pretty worn down so if you expect them to last forever they don't. I put mine through the mill with the beach, the mountains, the park and I love the fact that I can get them wet. I highly recommend these shoes.

I had ordered a half size larger than I usually wear. Mistake! I called and they sent me a return label without any hassle. After receiving the correct size, I am amazed at how comfortable they are to wear, with or without socks. Very pleased with my purchase and the service I had with the return. I really like these. They are comfortable and didn’t need time to get that way—great from the start. I have narrow feet and high arches and these sandals work well for my feet.

Too narrow.

I was hesitant to buy these but my sister had some and raved about them. After reading reviews I was tempted to buy a half size larger but went with my usual 9M. These are fabulous! I am so glad I got them. Extremely comfortable and will fit with or without socks - can even use heavy socks in cooler temps. I first used them for an all day raft trip and was not disappointed. No break in period needed, no slipping on slippery surfaces or rocky inclines or declines and comfortable all day long even after getting wet. I am so glad I purchased these! May need to get a 2nd pair in another color because I like them so much.

I love these shoes, but I really need a wide. Wish Keen would offer wide for their shoes! I tried a size up and it was way too big. I really wished they had worked, but I had to return them. I do think it was a good shoe, made well and made to wear.

I am glad I read the reviews and ordered a 7.5 and not my usual 7. These are lightweight, flexible and have a very discreet bumper toe. I've not worn KEEN before but this pair has sold me on the brand.

My favorite shoe.I just replaced a pair that I had worn for way to long. If the soles are worn smooth buy a new pair. Doctor was so good, sutured the little bone showing in my hand and there was no charge in Costa Rica.Great paddle on a mighty river ignominious end on wet bathroom floor put a crimp on water fun for the rest of the vacation. The Keen Whisper is my favorite for light walking& the Kayak hopping in and out. .Love the Agate Gray with blue opal. Note to serious kayakers;if you think you're going to have to pull the kayak through mud or portage go for a more sturdy Keen sandal that will stay on your heel. The Whisper is good and comfortable for all else and cute. The 10.5 is my size and still is I had no problem with the fit.
