These are my 4th pair of Whisper Sandals over the past 35 years. Have always loved them and they were always a perfect fit right out of the box. Consistently a 5-star sandal. But --- unfortunately no longer. The new pair are very high around the ankles and rub at all the wrong places. I am hoping I can break them over time or is it breaking my foot into the sandals. I am very disappointed in the new Whispers.

I love these shoes. I wear them all summer, in the water, on hikes, they are so comfortable. Bought a new pair to go to the Galapagos as we will be hiking snorkeling and kayaking. The perfect shoe. I had to return the shoe cause they were too big, normally I take a women's 11 wide. I bought a 12 but 11 is what i needed.

I own multiple pair from shoes to sandals. Use them hiking, canoeing and kayaking. Awesome product.

Third pair of these. Wear them all the time in spring, summer and autumn, and in winter with socks. So comfortable - ideal for walking.

Whisper is a little deceiving because these sandals are little dynamos! I wore these on a canoe trip to Boundary Waters Canoe Area & they really delivered. Whether I was trekking a portage with my canoe & gear or checking out the terrain & streams on a day trip, these shoes did the job, wet or dry! Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!

I feel the ground so I can get a good grip. This is my second pair of whisperer. I hope that the sole last longer this time.

I have worn whisper keens for years, as well as boots and howser slides. I can walk for miles and keep the whisper shoe on all day and night and never feel like I need to take them off. I do everything in them and hope they never change.

These sandals came with me to Thailand and have been excellent go anywhere shoes. They are comfortable (I had been suspicious of the ridges on the footplate- no problem!) they have splashed through clean and muddy water, coped comfortably a few hours of walking while wet and have already won a place in my heart!! I strongly recommend them for comfort and durability!

One of the most comfortable sandals whether they are wet or dry. Supportive to the foot with out being to minimalistic that they wont work for the most adventurous outdoor activities. Have several pairs with the array of colors offered.

Purchased specifically for light hikes and activities that involve water. Purchased the tie dye and received many compliments on the trail. Very happy with the fit in my typical shoe size and they literally don't seem to wear at all! They also dry quickly and the colour has not faded. Very happy with my purchase and would buy again in the future IF they wear out!

I love the fit and comfort! I have wide toes and Keens are about the only shoe that always fits!! I can wear them all day with no discomfort. The sandals are also good for hiking and grip the ground well.

I am thoroughly disappointed. I was excited about these because I spent so much time researching and was confident these were the shoes for me, and that they specifically would not cause blisters. I wore them on three different hikes. The first, I powered through the pain of the blisters and still have scars on my feet from them 4 months later. The second was a few weeks ago, and the blisters forming became so unbearable during the hike that I continued the hike barefoot. The third and final time I gave these a try, I got blisters so quickly and had to finish the 3 out of 4 miles barefoot. I emailed Keen and asked for a refund as I will just be throwing these shoes away and the representative (Deja) told me that as I am outside of my return window there is nothing they can do. Will not be purchasing from Keen again after this experience :(

I have a pair of keen whispers that I have had for years. I recommend them all the time. I hike in them, I wade through all types of water in them, they support my arch perfectly and I never have tired or hurting feet after. These new keen whispers dont support my arch as well. Theyre light weight but the light weight that doesnt feel sturdy. They fit front to back fine, but the front of my foot is just wobbly in there, its very loose through there and I dont feel supported. I am not just disappointed Im disheartened. I was so excited to have an everyday fun tie dye pair of keens, but I hardly wear them because theyre just not close to the same as they were a few years back.
