I have small feet. I bought these in a 5 and they were too big. However, they fit my sister perfectly and she usually wears a 5.5/6. I've been waiting to be notified from Zappos for when a black pair in size 4.5 becomes available, but so far, I can just be happy my sister got some really nice-looking shoes.

Very comfortable shoe - the leather feels wonderful on my foot. And they're sexy! This is the highest heel I have but I can walk comfortably in them. I am not usually a Nine West fan but I am seriously considering buying this shoe in another color because I like them so much. I usually wear a size 8 1/2 but that size gapped at the heel. I went down to a size 8.

I bought the taupe color in size 6.5M, my standard size, in the Nine West Rocha. The shoe is beautiful! But it fits too big. My heel slips from it and now I need a size 6. I used those sticky heel inserts and unfortunately, those were not enough to still keep the shoe on securely. Because I wore this shoe outside of the house, and because when I try to pull the heel insert out, you can clearly see a sticky residue left on the inside of the shoe, I can't return or exchange the shoes to Zappos for a smaller size. It's my fault for not wearing them more inside the house, on carpet, to get a better feel for them. So, I'm stuck with a shoe I can't wear and I am incredibly bummed about it.

I'm very surprised as to how comfortable a shoe of this height was! I got the taupe (which is a little darker than pictured) and I'm thinking of buying a pair in another color. I normally wear a size 7.5 (especially in nine west shoes) and these were true to size for a 7.5. Even though the shoes were already comfortable, I did put Foot Petals in the front for extra cushion and to keep my feet from sliding forward. These shoes can go from the office to a night out and they can be worn with pants, jeans, skirts, everything. I got compliments from both girls and guys.

I uber duber love these shoes! They are only the second pair of high heels I have ever owned, and they are surprisingly comfortable. I can dance all night in them.

The shoe was true to color and looks great. It does feel about a half size larger than other size 8s by Nine West. Overall, I'm happy.

I love the Rocha pumps. I currently have 5 pairs, in all different colors! The only downfall is that since I wear my black pair almost every day, I have had to replace them once they stretch out and get scuffed. Definitely order a 1/2 smaller since they stretch.

"Must have black shoes" - these are extremely comfortable and I want to wear them every day. Normally I am an 8 and with nylons I would say that I could probably wear a 7.5. Since I have a tan going now, I just wear them without nylons. Buy these!

Perfection. Sexy height, but work appropriate and comfortable. I wear them 11 hours a day with no complaints. The price is amazing for this shoe. I want one in every color. I'm a huge fan of nine west in general. I've had great luck with good priced, comfy, but pretty heels.

I love my new 'casual' shoes, roca color: natural. Very sturdy to walk in. This style runs large. In most closed toe shoes I wear a size 8. For this style size 7 was perfect! Love them. Let me also say, I love them!

Great, comfortable heel. I literally stood for almost 6 hours in these shoes and my feet were fine. Love them!

I received these in the gray suede. Although these are tall pumps, these are so comfortable and a classic almond toe pump. I love Nine West pumps!

They're good...not as shiny in person. Very soft leather. I bet I ruin it in a week. Very comfortable!

The shoes are beautiful, but I have another pair like them and found the sole to be very stiff and my feet don't bend in them. I am a nurse and used to wearing Dansko's (which I purchased from Zappos) so for some reason I just cannot wear these shoes. They have not been taken out of the packaging at all. Thanks.

Great shoe! I generally don't wear super high heels, but this one is actually comfortable with the platform. Also, note that the shoe is not grey. In no world would this shoe be considered grey. It's a taupe or nude with a pearlized sheen.

Just got my shoes today. I read that they ran big, so I ordered a half size smaller. They are a bit snug, but my normal size would have been too big. With hose on, they fit great. No slip at the heel. The toes feel a bit tight, but not so much that I won't wear them. I'm anxious to see how they do after 8 hours. Overall - great shoe.

This shoe is great! It looks fantastic in person, is super comfy, and has good traction, which is rare for heels. Can't wait to wear them out somewhere. I wear a 7.5 or 8 usually, and the 8 fits great.

I gave a pair of the Nine West Rochas to my daughter at college since they were a bit large for my younger daughter at home looking for shoes for a dance -- they definitely run a half size large. The college daughter loved them so much (for looks and comfort), I got her another pair in the black patent leather when she needed shoes for a formal. Great shoes!

A very versatile and clean looking shoe - can wear it to work and can wear it out to dinner. Definitely thinking about getting it in more colors than standard black leather. Love it!

I love these shoes! I had been trying to find an animal print with a brown heal and here it is! Nine West always makes the best shoes. Great for work, dress up and even jeans. The small platform makes these shoes wearable all day.

Great shoe! Ordered in black, taupe and grey. Much prettier in person than in the photo. The platform makes this a comfortable basic beautiful pump. A little big in the length and heel, but added a heel insert and if fits perfectly. As usual zappos is the best. I get almost all my shoes from them because of service and return policy.

Love these shoes--so classy! Have worn with jeans and have worn with a black sparkly cocktail dress. Slightly more gray/nude than yellowy-tan, but ended up being better than I thought! Heel is stunning.

I first ordered these in Taupe Reptile and loved them. I just ordered them in Black Patent which is my new go to black heels. They are very comfortable but like the other reviewers my right heel is a little loose but I think if I ordered down a size they would be too small. Not a good deal to me. Great shoes and very cute.
