Delivered right on schedule. I was having a hard time finding the exact shoe I wanted and was thrilled to find it on Zappos. This is not my first order and will not be my last. I read the reviews and ordered a size smaller.

These are great shoes! Sexy and comfotable at the same time. Love the height of these. You can always rely on Nine West for a good pair of shoes.

Great pair of basic black heel to own. Very happy I followed the other reviewers' advice and bought 1/2 size down. Very comfortable, but may still need to buy inserts for my high arches.

I love this shoe! Beautiful leather, I have the nude/pink and it goes with everything. Fit almost perfect out of the box, I had to add heel cushions because I have a very small heel, I can not wear flats. The heel height is just perfect,giving the legs a longer look. Super stable heel for easy(as easy as it gets with 3 inch heels) walking. Much better quality than what Ive seen in some of the nicer stores own brand. Great easy service once again from Zappos!

The shoes are really cute, and surprisingly comfortable considering the height. They hurt around the front of my foot and the leather isn't very soft so I doubt they'll stretch so I have to send them back, but they are pretty. I may need a wide width.

I am returning this shoe because there is a gap at the heel. I ordered a 9 1/2 and will try a size 9. It is a pretty shoe.

Love these shoes! I usually wear a 6M in Nine West, but since these are a high heel and the toe box appeared kind of narrow I ordered the 6 1/2M, and I am glad I did. When they arrived and couldn't get the box open fast enough. When I started putting them on my feet I got a little worried that they would still be too tight across the toes, but the leather is soft and once I worked them on they fit very well! I only just realized that these come in wide width, too, so if I was going to order them again I would probably try the 6W, but these fit OK enough to keep and just put in some of those gel heel gripper things. Color was exactly what I wanted. There is even a little cushioning in the ball of the foot, which is a bonus. I really like these and can't wait to start wearing them.

Stylish & comfortable. Love the slim almond toe. The platform makes the height easier to wear so they are great for the office.

I just bought this shoe after buying a pair of RSVP pumps at Zappos that I love but have a 4 1/2 to 5 inch heel. when these arrived I tried them on and wore them around the house for a full day and I am not kidding when I say that I could dance all night in this shoe, for a shoe with a heel higher than 2 1/2 inches it is amazingly comfortable to wear for 4 hours or more I love this shoe and highly recommend it as a must have for any shoe collection , the comfort , style and all around timeless good looks of this shoe gets a 5 star rating from this true shoe collector!!!!! Note: order a half size larger because of the heel height and shape of the toe.

This is a very nice looking and actually comfortable shoe. The only complaint is that after wearing it for only a short time while walking the heel of your foot comes out. This makes it difficult to walk normal in these pumps. Others have mentioned this same problem. So I used a pair of heel shields (bought at a shoe store). One is not enough, will need to double it up. I believe that will solve the problem.

I want to thanks Zappos in the first place for making it possible for people like me wearing size 12 and to still be fabulous. I order almost every color, gold, black, purple, blue, gray. I love my shoes and I also get a lot of compliment everywhere that I go. Thank you!

I'm normally an 8M, but given other reviews, I ordered a 7-1/2 & an 8. Going with the 7-1/2 as I feel I'm walking out of the 8. Nice dark navy.

Yes! These are great navy pumps; heel not too high and toe is not too pointed. Perfect shade of navy in the world of "navy" shades. These are the ones you're looking for! True to size for me.

First off, Zappos' service is always amazing. I had these pumps less than 24 hours after ordering! I got the yellow toned reptile print and it is stunningly beautiful. The shoes are a comfortable height and true to size. I will keep them forever.

I purchased these shoes for my niece and her first pair of high heels. She loves them! The slight platform offsets the heel height making walking easier and provides comfort.

This is the first closed toe pump that I've been able to wear with comfort. The perfect professional shoe which also happens to look much sexier on than you would think by the photo. Not too high and not too low. I found them to be perfectly true to size. Keepers forever!

I love this shoe. Originally I wanted it in a different color, but found out the only size available closest to my shoe size (5.5) wouldn't fit. I had great customer service and got these shoes in a 5 a day sooner than expected with free shipping. They are so comfortable which is surprising for the heel size, and honestly go with everything. Definitely recommend these shoes, I love them!

These shoes are gorgeous! I recently lost 30lbs. and was able to get back into one of my favorite suits. Unfortunately, I gave away the shoes that I used to wear with the suit. When I realized that I didn't have any shoes that matched I was a little bothered. Then it came to me in my sleep, check Zappos! I got up at 11:15 that night and I found the perfect match to my turquoise suit. The shoes are a little big but that might be due to my weight loss. Thanks Zappos. You always come through.

I originally ordered a pair of these in what was called Dark Blue Leather -- which was more of a washed denim color (very cool) back in August. I LOVED them and got so many compliments. I recently went back and ordered the Lt Natural Multi and, again, have received raves as they have the look & feel of snakeskin without the maintenance -- woo hoo! Anyway, I decided to buy myself a birthday gift (or 2 or 3) and just bought these in black (cuz, honestly, ladies, you can never have enough black pumps) and this incredible turquoise multi (another look of snakeskin). These are GORGEOUS!!!! As always, Zappos came through with delivery, too - I ordered them Thursday morning and they arrived for the holiday weekend. Can't wait to wear these to work. Zappos is FABULOUS...I don't know why EVERYONE doesn't shop here...nor why every other company doesn't take a page from their customer service book. THIS is what American service is all about. If you've never tried Zappos please believe me when I say you will NEVER be disappointed!

I was intimidated by this shoe at first: it is a much higher heel than I usually wear. But the platform makes it even more comfortable than the shorter heels I have in my closet. I usually wear a 7.5 or 8 and the 7.5 fit perfectly.

I just got these with such anticipation that I finally would have a perfect pair of basic black pumps they are really nice but sizing is off too big by 1/2 a size or maybe my feet have shrunk? hum. I'll keep trying though. these are going back. :(

These shoes are really hot, and despite the height of the heel, are surprisingly comfortable. I easily wore them about 6 hours at a party. I got the nude color and it is a great neutral.

These shoes are gorgeous, and exactly what I wanted. High, sexy, neutral color and the inside is decently padded. Unfortunately, the wide size is incredibly narrow in the toe box. Nine West always had a tendency to run narrow, but I recently bought 7.5 regular Nine West boots, and they fit decently, so I had my fingers crossed for these. I'm sad they didn't work out.
