I absolutely adore these shoes. They are comfortable as comfortable as a heel of this height can be. I really like that they are leather. They look fabulous on. I am thinking about going back for another color.

These shoes are beautiful and comfortable. The small platform in the front makes them easy to walk in all day!

Very comfortable cute basic shoes. Fit very well, but stretched because of the leather so I suggest a half size down. Not terribly high.

The perfect black heel for wearing with skinny jeans and pencil skirts. True to size for me. Since the heel is high I needed to buy gel inserts at the back of my heel to keep from having foot slip forward into the shoe and have my heel slip out the back, which probably means it's a tad long, but I couldn't have gone down a size. Buy these; you won't regret it and it is difficult to find the range of sizes they have here, even ninewest.com doesn't have them. Get them before they are gone!

These are so comfortable! I wore them for 10 hours the 1st day and could have kept going! I have a really hard time wearing high heels and so I was so happy to find these! They run big, FYI.

Great looking and wearing shoe. The front of the shoe felt a tad narrow, but has stretched out and become more comfortable. Very sturdy and comfortable for a high, narrow heel. The platform also makes the shoe more comfortable.

Beautiful shoe, great quality. Only complaint is it felt a little snug. I am a solid size 8 and thought the shoe was a tiny bit small. Much easier to put on with some type of leggings. Tall heel but not problem with fatigue or walking thanks to the platform on the toe.

True love! I'm in love with these shoes! I'm seriously considering purchasing another pair to have when I wear this pair out! As some reviewers state, the toe is rather narrow, and at first I couldn't comfortably fit my right foot into the shoe without my last 2 toes being a bit crammed. I ordered a .5 size larger, and those were too large. Went back to try the smaller size and voila! They fit! I guess your feet are smaller in the a.m., so by the time the evening rolled around and my feet were fat and swollen, the leather had already stretched enough to make the toes comfy! I wear these every day, all day. While at work, while walking, doing shopping, they're great! Very comfy and look awesome! Never thought I'd give a Nine West shoe a good review, but they've won me over with this shoe!

Got these in taupe leather. They have more of a suede look than the smooth leather I expected, but the color is nice and coordinates well with many things I have. The heel height is at my limit of comfort walking, but the shoes feel soft under the ball of my foot where I normally have a problem with high heels. No breaking in needed. They were comfortable to wear for several hours right out of the box. True to size and width. I love the stacked heel.

Great shoe, beautiful but the quality isn't what you'd expect from 9W. I had a pair of these and after one year the interior ripped and the edges started to fray around the top of my foot. Comfort isn't great but only because the heel is so high. But they are such a good looking shoe, and they go with everything. I liked them so much I bought another pair.

I'm between a medium and wide 11, so they're a little snug, but I think I can break them in. I got the white, yellow, turquoise and royal blue stripe fabric color. They are stunning and almost a pair of modern art! These will look great with skinny jeans or a nice matching color, grey, black or white skirt. I'm looking forward to the compliments. I'm a little concerned about keeping them clean as they are a canvas type fabric.

I got the "taupe leather" in a size 8... and they're already on their way back to Zappos. I will say that I'm going to get another color in a 7 1/2 though. These shoes are really cute and seem to be pretty comfy considering the heels. However, I was really disappointed in the color. The picture seemed to be more of a worn tan leather and I was really excited about that. However, when I got them, the shoes were almost a gray-ish color and felt more like suede. Plus, I ordered an 8 since I have another pair of Nine West (Flax) and the 8 fit almost perfect - a little bit of space in the length at the heel, but no slippage at all. The Rocha came in and seems huge! I thought with the round toe that I might have to add a little grip in the heel, like with other heels that I have, but I would need about 5 of those grips to make this size work. Typically, I'm between a 7 1/2 and an 8 with a little help from the shoe inserts (if only I could get a 7 3/4 size!) but these were even big for an 8 compared to other brands/shoes that I've tried. They shoe is really great looking though, aside from the color and I am going to try it in a smaller size. Hopefully that will work because I really do like the overall look of this shoe. Thank you Zappos for making this all so easy! I love that I can buy with confidence, knowing that if something doesn't fit it's a simple exchange or return!

Width was just to thin and unusual for my wife's feet. I'd say these run slim, and unfortunately the size with the Wide width wasn't in stock.

I have several pair of shoes by Nine West and for some odd reason, this particular shoe (black only) seems to run tight. I'll have to break them in I guess.

I have these in Dark Gray and Dark Purple. Both are a shiny patent material. The gray is a silvery darker gray and the purple is of a dark reddish grape. These run big! I'd had to exchange my typical size 8, for a 7.5 and still used heel grip pads for a more customized fit. The heel is not too high...and they're relatively comfy to walk in (but then I am a 4+" heel girl, anyway.)

Got these for my wife who has moderately wide feet. She ended up having to go down half a size, but considering the tall heel the comfort is tolerable. She loves the colour and design.

I like these shoes a lot. My feet are a bit wide so I had to stretch the front a little because it was pinching. At the same time the shoe itself was a little long so there is a gap in the back between my heel and the shoe. Also the toe is a little too round, taking away from the elegance of the shoe, but that depends on your purposes.

These are nice shoes. They are semi comfortable and look really nice on. My only complaint is the first day of wearing these, both the heels have already scuffed.

I have these pumps in (dark) grey patent and in dark purple (patent). The grey are a charcoal grey shade and the dark purple are a dark plum shade. These definitely run a 1/2 size bigger. I originally ordered an 8 - my regular size in closed-toe shoes, but they were way too big, even with heel grip pads and ball-of-foot cushions added. The 7.5 does still fit big as is, but with the heel grip pads (and a ball-of-foot cushion for my smaller foot,) these will work. (My left foot is almost an 8, while my right foot is just a touch bigger than a 7.5.) The shoes look fantastic - much more expensive then they were. They're also relatively comfy to walk in...for a 4" heel.

These shoes are gorgeous. They look just like the photo on the internet. I bought them Then I tried them on and was let down. Almost all of my shoes are Nine West and these shoes were just too tight in the toe box and the back of the right shoe just kept slipping out. Every step the shoe came off and my poor toes were squished. I am sad to return these because the style, color and heel is perfect. Gorgeous shoes. Just too narrow in the toe box and slips on my foot. Boo hoo.

I love these shoes! I ordered these shoes in silver and medium grey leather. The styles are exciting and add an extra pop to the outfit. The shoes did run big and I had to order half a size smaller than usual. The heels are a little higher than what I usually wear but are surprisingly comfortable. I wore them to a ballroom dance class and survived!

These are very pretty shoes, but I purchased them to wear with a silver dress -- the online images make the red/multi look more silver. In reality, it's a greeny-gold color. Not much padding at the ball of your foot, so after walking around in them at home for 15 minutes, I could see how I might not want to wear these for too long. Or dance too much. Pretty shoes, but since they're the wrong color, they'll have to go back. Love next-day delivery and free returns.
