I love these shoes! I am a teacher that has plantar fasciitis and lately my lower back has been hurting from standing on hard floors all day and hoped a change of shoe would help. I decided to buy this shoe because I have had good luck with Merrells before. I wore them all day today and felt great at the end of the day. My orthotics also fit in these shoes. I wore a thin sock with them and they worked great! My lower back did not hurt at all today. I wish they had a black pair in my size. I did order a 1/2 size up. Buy these shoes! You won't regret it.

Love them. The size feels true. I have a wide foot though, so narrow feet beware. Walking is a breeze with these.

These shoes wear beyond belief. I never intended them for a barn shoe, but they have held up wonderfully with daily barn wear for over a year now. Slogging around in wet footing, mucking out stalls, and generally getting a fair amount of abuse, they are still going strong. I need a new pair of insoles, but y’know, I think I could clean these up and wear them to town. Don’t seem to be holding odor. They still look great and appear to be game for another year in the barn. I wear an 11 and they have good toe room and support. Sturdy enough to protect my toes from hoof smooshes, too. Thanks!

This was my first Merrell's purchase for a work shoe. I work 12 hour shifts, on my feet a lot and I have Morton's foot and fibromyalgia. I recently had a back injury and worked 11-12 hour days with only one day off on day 7. I don't think I would've been able to do it without these shoes. Thanks so much. If they hurt initially when you try them on around the house, if your feet roll inward, don't give up on them. They will be a godsend. I can't find any shoe as good as these for my health, so I'm taking them with me to China on a medical mission where I will be on my feet for extended periods of time.

I ordered these first in black and liked them so much that I ordered another pair in brown. I wear a size 6B in these so I had to order 1/2 size up, and knew this by reading the reviews first before ordering. These are the most comfortable shoes in my closet and I own several Merrells, Keens and Easy Spirits. There is no break-in period and they just slip on and off. The only thing I noticed in the black pair is that the left shoe in the back slips a little, but not enough to make it uncomfortable and I wear lightweight socks with them. These are the most comfortable shoes I have now and I would highly recommend them. The style is cute and I get compliments on them at work. You can't beat Zappos service! I have been ordering shoes from Zappos for 4-5 years and have been very pleased, even if I have to return something, because they make it so easy that you can't go wrong! Thanks to Zappos!

Spectacular shoes! I stand and walk the majority of my day at work. After recovering from a broken toe, it\'s been practically impossible to find a comfortable yet somewhat dressy shoe that I can wear to work until I bought these. I have them in both brown and black and I love them.

Once you break them in they are great. Super comfortable and cushioned. I really wanted Danskos but wear a women's size 12w and since they have a high arch support it kills my feet. These were a nice alternative. Great everyday work shoe!

Best arch support. I’ve worn them almost daily, black or brown for over a year they have held up great.
