Shipping was amazingly fast and product well packaged. Boots are awesome are were much cheaper on Zappos than the website I was going to originally purchase from. From reading reviews, I knew to order a larger size so I ordered a size 9 and wear a size 7 1/2 to 8. They fit perfectly!!

I wish these boots came in half sizes as if you have a really thick sock they can feel a little snug. However these boots are very warm. I've gone for walks in the snow with these and my feet have always been warm and dry. I've also worn these with snowshoes and they are perfect because my feet where warm and these boots are light! I've also received multiple compliments on these boots. It's hard to find boots that are styling and functional. I love to look nice but I'm also very practical. These fit the bill!

Fashion and warmth. I shopped around for some time before making this purchase. I looked at online retailer and in-store retailers. These boots hit the mark. They are not clunky or sweaty and will keep you toasty. They cinch up to keep snow out and have a comfortable supportive foot bed. Which was important to me. I love comfort.

I love these boots! I'm outside for 3 to 4 hours at a time and my feet are very warm and comfy even in 10 degree weather. They are extremely light so I don't get worn down wearing them. I usually wear a 7 1/2 but bought an 8 and they fit just fine. The inner bootie does compact or conform to your foot after awhile. One of my feet is a bit larger than the other and that foot felt cramped in the 8 at first, but after wearing the boot for a few days that has completely gone away. I love the fact that they are light and not bulky in the tread so I can wear them with my snowshoes.

Cute, comfortable, flexible sole but still warm. Definitely runs small. I usually have no issue with wearing a size 9, but I had to return the 9 for a 10.

These boots are so comfy! They are easy on/off with the convenient toggle cord close, and easy to adjust to your ankle/calf since they are lace up. They seem to run a bit small; I normally wear an 8 but ordered the 9 to be on the safe side. I think these will accommodate thick socks but they are so soft you hardly need them. Can't wait for a snowy day to test these boots out! I still can't believe I ordered these at 9:30pm last night and they were waiting on my doorstep at 6 tonight! Thank you, Zappos!

These boots are way lighter and more comfortable than they look online. I think this is a positive. They also don't look (to me) as humongous as Sorels. I have narrow feet. Having said that, I like the toggle cinch, but wish there was a way to tighten it lower, near the ankle. This area is a little loose on me. Have not tried them outside yet, but I am hoping they are warmer than my Uggs - which are very comfortable, but my feet always get cold in them. We get lots of snow, so am looking forward to wearing them snowshoeing, playing with the kids, and generally everywhere - because its going to be a long cold winter! Zappos was not fast at all in delivering (actually came a day later than they had "promised" under the standard free option, but it was free shipping both ways, and that was a factor in my choosing them.)

These boots are AWESOME! They keep my feet toasty warm, and they are very cushioned and comfortable. Every time I put them on, I comment to my husband that it feels like my feet are being hugged by pillows. They are a little heavy (to be expected with winter boots), but they are fantastic winter boots! I highly recommend these and plan to use them for years to come. These boots are also really well made. I normally wear an 8.5 or 9, but I ordered these in a 9 so there was room for thick socks. Well, thick socks won’t be necessary in these shoes, but the 9 worked just fine.

I know what you're thinking... She's from Houston, TEXAS of all place what does she know about snow boots. Well, I know that my feet are not used to sloshing through deep snow and slush, which I did on our recent trip to the mountains. These boots are not only cute but my feet stayed warm and dry each time I wore them. They are also made out of good materials that will last more than ONE vacation to the mountains w/o falling apart between visits. These boots are well worth the price of admission. They are a tiny bit on the large side but if you wear thick socks it's not a problem - I don't really own thick socks but it wasn't an issue and my feet still stayed warm. These boots (like most boots) are no good for traction on ice. If you want your feet to stay warm and dry and look cute at the same time - this is your boot.

With our first big snow of the year, it became clear that my 11-year-old daughter and I both needed new snow boots. For now, we wear the same size, so I invested in the Chloes (her choice) with the plan of inheriting them when she outgrows them. As it turns out, we both love them so much we may need a second pair. They are nice and warm, cute enough (love the flowers on the soles) and seem like they'll last. The only downside she reports is that if she walks in really deep snow, snow can get in the back of the boot. We wear size 8, and the fit seems right on size-wise to us.

These are really terrific boots: super warm, excellent traction, and comfy. I just got them, put them on, liked them right away and so took them on a 45 minute test drive on both icy slushy roads and a snowy uncleared path; definitely no break in period required. They are really cute for snow boots and for me their height means no more wet jeans, their watertightness means no more wet feet, and this adds up to being able to enjoy winter walking a whole lot more. I ordered a half size larger and I'm not sure it was necessary. We'll see once I have on thicker socks.

Bought these boots a couple weeks ago and love them! They are nice and warm, keep my feet dry, and still look stylish. They do slip a little on ice, which would be my one complaint, but they do fine on snow. I also really like the lacing system because I can get it to fit nicely even down by my ankles. I never fit in boots that just have a zipper. I wear an 8.5 normally, and the 9s fit great, still would work well over a thick pair of socks.

So comfy and cozy! I was shopping for a dependable winter boot after having a bad experience with some winter boots by Easy Spirit last winter that split at the seams and looked worn down in less than a month with daily wear. We don't have snow yet here in NY, but I can tell these are going to keep my feet nice and toasty. I normally wear an 8.5 - 9 wide, and ordered this boot in a 9. I doubt I'll need to wear thick socks with them, but if I did, I'd probably need to take the liner out or size up to a 9.5. I'd say they fit a half size smaller than marked. The box is marked as having AAA diameter, but like I mentioned, I wear wide width shoes and they fit comfortably for me. There is some arch support. The sole isn't too rigid or flat, but you can tell you're wearing a boot versus a sneaker. Nice traction on the bottom of the boot. The upper is soft suede leather. I didn't see any mention of stain resistance, so I may need to apply Scotchgard to them to keep the suede looking nice. Overall, these Baffin Chloes are nice boots and I would definitely recommend them from my first impressions of them.

They were the right length (I normally wear US10/EU40), but too wide at the back--my heel was lifting up. Seemed like good warmth/support otherwise. Sad to return them.
