An absolutely stunning shoe!!! Having narrow feet, this style of shoe was an absolute perfect fit with its pointy toe! Even if buyer wears a medium size, the medium in this particular style does run narrow and I would recommend that the buyer should try a half size larger than is normally worn, especially if they are considering the patent leather, since it does not stretch and will have very little give.The neutral tones of the bruciato quasar in patent leather (bronze) is a perfect complement to almost any style or color of dress.

WOULD HAVE PAID $300!!! Great looking shoe! I ALWAYS get compliments. I have the black kid and the red/gold in a size 12. I was lucky to get the patent red in 12W, since patent doesn't stretch. At first wear, they're very high, but loosen over time. the best standard pump in town. I wear a size 11, but in pumps, i like to go a size up. All in all, you will not send these shoes back once you have them on your feet! Well worth the cost!

Amazing color. Fever is my favorite style of pump. This color is no exception. It looks great with my skin tone and is a perfect neutral heel. Works well with jeans, dress, slacks, etc. I am a true 7.5. Fits great.

Very sexy heel. I decided to gamble and purchased them 1/2 size larger (Size 11) and they worked very well. It runs a little narrow but after a few steps the leather gave up just enough to make it comfortable. I love the fact that the heel is very narrow. Very elegant to pair with skinny jeans or dresses. The arch support is just excellent and makes a big difference on comfort. You will turn heads with this heel.

Love the color and the style of the shoe. I was concerned about the fit after reading the reviews, but the shoe fits true to size for my size, 7 1/2 medium to narrow foot.

I purchased my first Stuart Weitzman Fever pump a few months ago. At first, I was skeptical on the fit due to the customer reviews I had read. I now own five pairs of these pumps in different colors. It is a traditional sexy shoe pump that absolutely looks fantastic with everything. \r\n\r\nThe shoe is true to size and I personally find it very comfortable. I wear these daily for work and play. First of all, I have always loved Stuart Weitzman shoes, which last forever and never go out of style. This last purchase of the Bruciato Fever is an extremely elegant and classy shoe. Admirers immediately notice the color, the sleekness, the craftsmanship and the elegance. This particular style can wear from the office to after five. I have received so many compliments about this shoe, it is unbelievable! If you have an extremely narrow foot, then you would require the AA, however, the shoe is so well made until if you wear an A, then you could probably get by with the B width. This is a gorgeous shoe. I love pointed toe pumps because of their leg lengthening benefits. Although the color is a bit more gold than I had expected, its still very neutral and goes with everything. I own other Stuart Weitzman shoes and the fit is true to size for me but I do have a more narrow heel than most. These are well made shoes and worth their price.

At first I thought Fever was too pointy, but once I put them on with a dress instead of sweat pants, I fell in love with them! I got the Bronze to match an evening bag I've had for years & finally I found the exact match in shimmer patent! In pumps with full backing I always am a true size 6.5 M. These I feel were true to size. However, if you have slightly wide feet, be careful. But if anyone who has ever had pumps, must know they grow a bit.

Gorgeous but Uncomfortable - I received many compliments on these shoes--but I was in pain after the first hour at work. They seemed about .5 size larger so my toes were shoved to the front of the shoe. My shoe vanity will force me to wear again--but I know that it will be for a few hours and not a full day at office.

Gorgeous, sexy, worth it - These are the most gorgeous shoes ever. Terribly uncomfortable, but who cares when you look this great. Tons of compliments, very sexy.

GORRRGYESSS!! All time favorite style...and I've been in high heels 40(+) years. A couple of Gianmarco Lorenzi styles may be more beautiful and trendy than this classic, but at three times the price. This is my fifth pair of "Fever". They are part of my regular "uniform". I've worn one pair completely out after dozens of hard rain, shine, and long days on the job, and believe me, they are very comfortable after a day of break-in. Two pairs are now on duty and two for "good". Get a 1/2 size up and a size wider than usual. Please don't discontinue this classic, and please tell SW to do a black suede option. ZAPPOS in Oklahoma is like a trip to Paris, plus free returns... THANK-YOU ZAPPOS. You are a business model for the 21st century.

Sexy, but painful - The most sexy shoe there is, but I have big feet and they are too tight all over. I'm afraid I will have to return.

I almost returned these babies because they didn't fit right (at first), my heels kept slipping out. I wanted to go a half size smaller but it was unavailable, then I got some heel pads to see if it would fit better, and it did! I'm glad I kept them because they are gorgeous! Not the most comfortable though...of course, it's a 4 inch, they make my toes cry after a while but worth the pain...and worth every penny. Love these shoes! :)

Shoe deserves more - I think this is the sexiest shoe I have ever seen. I ordered it but didn't keep it. (I went up a size, which made the ball of my foot more comfortable. I would have used heel pads to fill it out so it didn't slip if I'd kept it) I think this shoe deserves to get out more and lead a more exciting life than I would be able to give it. The Red Quasar Patent is like the finish on a sports car. I was afraid to try it on in case I marred the surface! My little toe barely fit inside, because the sides are so low. Lots of toe cleavage showing. I just can't justify keeping a shoe that I love but will never wear. Believe me, there is nowhere near here to wear that shoe!

Stuart Weitzman Fever - I received a lot of compliments wearing this shoes. I wear 4.5 M and so glad that Stuart Weitzman makes this in a smaller sizes. This is a fabulous shoes and a number one in my list. Hope to see more 4.5 sizes. As usual, Zappos you are great, the delivery service is excellent.

Wow! When they were thinking of a name for this shoe, they really captured its essence! "Fever" is so appropriate!! To say that I was impressed with the quality of this shoe is an understatement. Not only is it well made but quite comfortable considering the high heel and the pointed toe. Bottom line: it's HOT! You owe yourself this pair of shoes, girls!

Chic and stylish - I bought these to wear to a wedding and they were gorgeous! Not the most comfortable, but that’s not what I was going for, and after 7 hours of dancing what do you expect?

C'est moi!!! BODACIOUS!!! Trophy worthy! This shoe is absolutely gorgeous beautiful. Once I laid eyes on them I was rendered speechless. The look is tooo hot. Tried them on, but have not worn them. They run narrow, I wear 11 so I had to order a size up just to be sure they would be as comfortable as a 4'' heel could be.

Fierce! I love this shoe! I have tons of shoes but these are definitely one of my favorites. The red quasar is such a unique color, I've yet to find someone with the same color in NYC. Very comfortable for a 4 inch heel!
