Just not all that comfortable. I ordered my normal size and the toe pinched and shoe just didn't feel as stable and comfortable as others like Cole Haan and Stuart Weitzman.

My heel slipped out of the 9.5 size (my regular shoe size) so I ordered the 9. Well, now my heel stays in but my toes are sure crowded. I kept them anyway as I only wear them a few hours to church.

This pump is a decent looking basic shoe. I, however, have to return the shoe due to fit. I've worn an 8 1/2 Narrow for many years and recently am finding I'm a 9 Narrow in pumps. The 9 Narrow in this shoe is simply too loose. The 8 1/2 Narrow was too short. I think I'm going to have to stick with more expensive brands that make a true Narrow.

I have owned these for about 9 months now and they are still incredibly uncomfortable. I get blisters from them on the insides of my feet and on my ankles from the back. They have absolutely no padding or support, so they feel very hard when walking. I wear these in a carpeted office and they are difficult to wear all day, even with pantyhose on. I would never buy them again and although I find them to be an attractive low pump I hardly ever wear them because of how painful they can be, even after multiple attempts to break them in. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Very nice looking shoe, fit well, but since it is not leather was rather stiff and did not feel comfortable along the sides; it was comfortable to walk on because it had a cushioned sole but the feel around the foot was not very comfortable. If they made these in leather tops, I would definitely buy them.

These shoes are comfortable enough for a day in the office, hopefully with some wear they will meld to my feet a bit better, right now my next to last toenail is rubbing on the shoe quite a bit. I bought 7.5W and the fit is nice, again, with wear it should stretch a bit for a more comfortable fit. My real disappointment is that these are "leather" shoes. At least that is what I thought from the description. However, they do not feel like leather and they are made in China (but what isn't these days) so I am skeptical whether these are real leather or not; if they are real leather, it is a very low quality leather. Well, I needed some new black pumps for work badly (legal field), these will do for now. They are stylish and attractive, so that helps with the overall feeling of this purchase.

I do not know what happened. Normally shoes from Zappos are perfect for me. I have worn these shoes twice and, well, I do not last an hour in them. They kill me! I can barely walk in them and a callous is forming in my left pinky toe.

Although the shoe fits well I don't like the extremely pointed toe - especially on a size 9 foot. If you have a toe that pointed, the heel should be a little higher. I definitely think the heel should be higher on this shoe. I don't know if I am keeping these or not. I am happy to have found shoes that fit, but I feel like I'm wearing pointy elf shoes that are almost flats.

I have a wide foot and buy size 9, I find these shoes to be tight. They are not for walking long distances in.

Love the heel height (I have this in 3 colors) but there continue to be heel issues (poor quality). One heel snapped right off after 2 wears (Zappos replaced them) and my new ones are having issues already - only worn twice.

One heel broke off the very first time I wore these heels and I was really disappointed. I expected way more from the Calvin Klein brand. I was loving the style & heel height and then walked right off the heel.

The shoe looks great online -- padding, sleek leather, a pointed toe. But in person, the padding is miniscule, and the interior is abrasive on the sides of the toes. I've been hunting for a great work shoe and the best I've encountered is the Banana Republic Giah -- the most comfortable shoe I've ever walked in. I don't recommend this CK shoe.

I just bought my 2nd pair from Zappos. I bought the first pair from Dillards, and the right heel broke off the first time I wore them. I read a couple of reviews where the same thing happened! But I loved the look and fit of these shoes. So I'm trying again.

I was so excited to receive this shoe and tried it on for a few hours. However, I ended up with a blister on the back of my foot. In addition, I saw the patent leather chip off a bit in the front. All I did was sit at a desk and walk around for a bit. How did the shoe chip? This shows how cheap the leather is. I really thought this shoe would be comfortable, but here I am sitting with a bandaid over my blister. Wish this shoe was more comfortable and sturdy. It definitely is a beautiful shoe.

These ran 1/2 - 1 size too "long." The width is perfect so I'm afraid to order a size down or to go with 1/2 size smaller in "wide." I love my black leather ones...they fit perfectly. I am a true and consistent 7M and very particular feet when it comes to comfort.

Very smart looking shoe for business but just too tight across the toes. I have a medium width so I was surprised they were so tight. I am in my shoes for 12 hours a day so tight shoes just won't do. Sending them back

Great work shoe but not as comfortable as I would have hoped. Rubbing on the heels has given me pretty bad blisters and not very cushioned.

The shoes do not look pretty, and were awkward to walk in. Very loose in the heels and cramped in the front.

I have always had a hard time finding affordable cute shoes in my size (6.5 W). I was excited about this shoe because it came in my size and in an impressive assortment of colors, plus all the great reviews. Sadly, they were not a winner. The problem is the width in the toe box. They are simply too tight even though they are wide. If an extra wide option was offered in this shoe, I would exchange them; but, since this is the widest option, I will have to return them and continue my search.

Cute shoes! They run a little big - I normally wear a size 7.5 or 8 in shoes and definitely needed the 7.5.

These pumps are pretty comfortable to walk in. However, one thing I wish I'd known prior to purchasing is that the back of the pumps is pretty short. As I walk my foot would pop out every now and then. Unfortunately I had to return this pair of pumps within 3 weeks of purchase as one of the heels came completely off. For the price I paid I'd expect the shoes to be made a bit more sturdy and last longer than 3 weeks. The awesome thing is that Zappos let me return them without any hassle. I opted for a store credit and hopefully I'll have better luck with my next purchase.

I ordered an 8 wide and still too tight at the front of my foot. Very stylish...love the size of the heel bit had to go with something wider.

The glowing Zappos reviews got me on these. I caved and got a pair. Sadly I was a little disappointed. The leather does not seem as high quality as I had hoped. The color (brown) seemed a little off, making the leather not appear as real (almost look like fake leather). The fit and height are good, but again, I had to purchase many moleskin and padding inserts so the shoes wouldn't fly off. They are comfortable for a little while but I would say that I cannot give such glowing recommendations as those in the thread. I also noticed that the heel seems a bit wobbly, a marker of the shoes not being as well made as one would expect. Overall, nice shoes but not phenomenal.

I bought these pumps looking for the basic, everyday mid-heel work shoe. A few things I didn't like: 1) the stitching in the toe area was annoying (w/no hosiery); 2) this is not a true pointed-toe pump; and 3) I didn't like the rubber out-sole; noisy. I will say, the quality seemed very nice. If it was a sharp pointed-toe (like Nine West does), I prob would have kept it out of desperation, as it is very hard to find. As always, Zappos was the very best in service and delivery, so I'll be back searching.

The leather is not as smooth as the picture indicates and the inside of the shoe was beige not the color shown.
