I was looking for a basic black heel, while still being stylish. However, the toe is not quite pointy enough to suit my taste; they are slightly rounded, which makes them more conservative than I\'d like. However, they are beautifully made and very office-appropriate. My feet sometimes slip out of these when walking around the office, but this is common for me -- some inserts should help with this.

I am so worn out trying to get me a pair of the Calvin Klein Dolly's. I ordered all 7's because I wear a 7, and that is way too big. Then, I tried a 6.5, still too big. I am going to have to try a 6 now. This is too strange! Dying to find cute, comfortable, sexy, low heels for all day wear.

These shoes are sexy, but the hair fibers are scattered all over the shoe. The shoe needs a little can of hairspray and a small tooth comb to tame the little hairs down. Great arch support. The point in the front needs to be a pinch wider for all day wear. But, the shoes do have gel padding on the front and back!

I was searching high and low for a darker grey suede shoe and finally I found these. I love the basic style and the perfect heel height. CK shoes are generally very comfortable and these are too. However, they feel slightly larger, and I am always true to size. I put a shoe insert inside and they are great. I love these for Fall shoes.

Beautiful, soft and comfortable shoe. I have a narrow foot, so I choose the narrow and it fits like a glove. I am able to wear the shoe all day at work and into the evening, the shoe is that comfortable.

These are beautiful shoes that match an amazing variety of clothing (they look especially good with navy). I have wide feet and never thought I’d be able to wear a pointed toe pump like this, but they fit well and while not extraordinarily comfortable, are good enough for everyday work wear (I wouldn’t wear them for walking around city streets for long). The heel height is great -- what discomfort I have by the end of the day is related to the toe box, and I would describe it as mild discomfort – I’m glad to take my shoes off at the end of the day, but they aren’t killing me. I wear either a 7 or a 7.5 normally, and I took a 7 M in these -- I ordered a pair in Navy in a 7 W and they were much TOO wide so I sent them back. I agree with other reviewers that if you have a narrow foot, especially a narrow heel, these may not fit you. Zappos, as always, had phenomenal service and I’ve never had an exchange that went so smoothly or easily. I’ve started to order all my shoes from Zappos because of their excellent customer service, their great search selection and search features, and I find the user reviews so helpful. I highly recommend both this shoe and Zappos.

A complete dress it up/dress it down shoe. Very comfortable and true to size. At a 10B, sometimes the very elongated toe makes my foot look gigantic. This is a more modified more classic pump, but still good with a skinny jean. The only thing that is a little off is the toe box angles up slightly.

This shoe was 1/2 size too big. I consistently wear 7 1/2 M and needed to exchange the shoe for a 7M, which fit much better. It's not the most comfortable high heel I've worn but they do look nice and I received compliments on them. Like one of the other reviewers stated, I also limit my wearing of them to shorter durations only. I avoid wearing them all day at work and into the evening to an after work event due to lack of total comfort. I would order again in another color based on style but cannot find my preferred color in a 7.

This is a beautiful classic pump with a well placed heel. It is moderately comfortable and I expect the comfort to increase with wearing, especially since it is suede. The contrast of the shiny heel and suede upper is a nice modern touch.

These shoes, while very attractive, have a higher heel than listed (3 inches rather than 2 3/4). As such, it is unlikely that I will wear them again to a full day of work, but I will certainly consider them for more brief outings.

I was looking for a classic pointy toed reasonably priced every day black pump for a conservative work environment and this shoe fit the bill. Bought my usual size 7 1/2 med. The heel comes in at a hair under 3" and is not wobbly. These are skid resistant with a nice rubber inset in the sole. Unfortunately these are also a bit tight across toes so they need some break in time. I would like them in another color, but I would only try them again a wide option if available. For comparison I also have a 7 1/2 Nine West Nuncio which fit perfect across the toes, but it has 1" or so lower heel so that could matter.

Comfortable. I am a male who enjoys wearing heels almost every day. I have all heel heights from three to five inch. These are not the sexiest pair of pumps I own, but they are the most comfortable! Yes ladies, there are many of men who love heels also.

I had these shoes in the past and absolutely loved them. They were comfortable from the minute I put them on. I wore them so much that they were worn out and then I bought another pair. The shoe actually snapped under the heel after the third wear! Not nearly as comfortable as the first pair of Dollys that I had but they wore in a little. I am going to request a replacement so hopefully this was just a fluke because these are great basic black pumps at a reasonable price.

Runs BIG. Walked out if the shoe. So disappointed was perfect heel height and nice soft leather!

I loved the comfort and style of these shoes, and bought them in 3 colors over the years, including black twice. They are easy to walk in and a good match for my conservative office. HOWEVER, the heel construction and durability is poor. My first pair of black ones lasted a year of heavy wear (including a heel tip replacement) until the end of the heel fell off completely and couldn't be repaired. So I ordered a replacement black pair, did not wear them as often, but the entire heel broke off one day. It seems like enough of a construction defect (see all the other reviews about broken heels) that I will not order them again.

These are nice shoes. They are very pointy and run very large. They made my feet look huge.

I already wrote a review stating that the "taupe" were not even slightly taupe, but rather were a dark orangy-brown. The black Calvin Klein Dolly pair that I ordered were comfortable, but, unfortunately, were (both) very wide, and one shoe was cut noticeably skinnier in the toe than the other. This resulted in a "cut your toe off" feeling on one foot, which was not comfortable. Just a bad pair, I'm sure, but this was my experience.

I was happy when I received my shoes , they looked great, fit well and were very comfortable. Unfortunately after wearing then 4 or 5 times I noticed that the leather seams on the inner sides of the shoes were separated from the shoe. This is the part of a shoe that flex or bend as you walk. After careful inspection I realized that the leather in that area is glued and not sewn. These aren't the most expensive shoes but they certainly should not be doing this after a few wears. I'm definitely thinking of returning them.

This shoe is beautiful and just the look that I needed but it hurts like heck the first time I wore it. I will attempt to stretch it so that I can get to some comfort level. I wish I knew it would hurt so bad before I wore it a full day. Ouch!

I just got these shoes in record time, thanks to Zappos' excellent service, however I must return them. The depth of the heel beds is short by a half inch or so. The heel beds should have come up higher. I usually do not have a problem with shoes fitting me in the heel so this struck me as unusual. They are lovely shoes made of nice leather, but because of the fit I decided on the Nine West Margot instead.

Almost loved these shoes! However, after half a day of wear, they stretched so much that my heel kept falling out. I had to go back to the my hotel and change. Such a shame because I really, really like the color, the style, and they are reasonably comfortable for a 3' heel, but I just couldn't walk in them after half a day of stretching.

The fit is comfortable, but it's not nearly as pretty in person as it looks online. This grey is a much darker than in the picture and the heel is black, not grey. I would have sent them back, but I needed a shoe asap.

I have had several pair and they all stretch out quickly and require inserts to keep them from sliding off my feet! Just recently, I ordered a 5 1/2 (I'm normally a 6) to combat the stretching issue, yet they have already stretched out and are loose after 5 times of wearing them! I really like the height of the heel and the look of the shoe, so maybe I need to go down a full size and order a 5?
