I purchased three pairs of these heels. They look lovely. However, after wearing them for a short while they hurt badly. They run narrow and short on my foot. I should have returned all three, but as usual with heels one does not know how they will feel/wear until after they are worn. These will be used for events or short duration and where I know that I will be seated.

I have high praise for the customer service that I received. I have a hard to fit size 5 wide and they were able to accommodate me. I had originally ordered a 5 1/2 and it was too big. Their return policy was so effortless I was surprised in this day and age. Zappos is my new shoe store.

These are my second pair of these type of shoes. I wore the first ones for about 3-4 months, almost every day. The leather started to crease and the heel wore down until the metal was showing. I love them still! They are so cute and they are appropriate for going out and for work. My one and only complaint is that my pinkie toe hurts when I wear these shoes. I had to give the comfort only 4 stars. I love them, so I deal with it. I haven't found a pair of heels this comfortable yet. I think it's just the way my foot is. I'm sure my feet just don't like to be put in a pointy shoe! I would recommend these to a friend.

I love these shoes. They were a little tight at first, but because they are leather, they've stretched and now are pretty comfortable. What I love the most is that they are so versatile and look good with just about everything. I'm a working mom so I need to look professional, but don't have tons of money to spend so I look for a great black shoe to wear as my go to black shoe for work that will go with everything and this shoe fits the bill. And if I have to run to the grocery store after work or chase my son around in the morning, I am able to in these shoes so they are just perfect for me. I ready another review that mentioned some "wrinkling" of the leather. I have that; it doesn't bother me, but my guess is that is because I had to stretch the shoe a bit to really fit to my feet. The first few days they weren't as comfortable as they are now.

Classic, comfortable pump at an excellent price.\r\nVery good heel height. Good fitting toe box. I normally wear flats due to some nerve surgery but these pumps are really comfortable and I am able to wear them and walk in them for hours! I usually spend more on dress shoes and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this manufacturer.

These are the perfect pump! I bought them in three colors. They are totally comfortable, aren't crazy high and have a skid-resistant bottom. Buy them now!

Love the shoes. I ordered them in a 6 1/2; they feel great on & I wore them all day the first time out of the box. Mine are the Graphite Suede which looks very rich & does more for some colors (pink, light blue or purple) than your basic black. This was my first time ordering from Zappos & I would tell you to take the chance. I'm very pleased with the shoes & the ordering process is easy.

Great looking pump. I bought the graphite suede one and the color in reality is a bit darker than the one pictured on the web site, nevertheless a nice shade of gray. The shoe is quite elegant, very comfortable, nice arch support. Nicely constructed and great quality materials. I usually wear either 8 1/2 or 9. I ordered both and the 8 1/2 is a bit tight so I'm definitely a 9 with this shoe. Loved it, buy it, it's gorgeous.

I love these gorgeous classic heels! I wanted black, but they only had navy when I ordered. However, navy looks really close to black so I'm happy about it. They are finely crafted with nice leather, comfortable, just the right height to be a little sexy, and most important of all is the anti-slippery rubber sole; makes a lot of difference when walking indoors! I tried on the same black heels of Nine West, etc., but they just don't have the strong grip like Calvin Klein and I almost slipped. Definitely recommended!

Love this shoe! Simple and classic, it fits and feels wonderful and really makes my legs look good! It is comfortable to walk and stand in - a perfect heel. I purchased this in grey suede and would consider buying more pairs in other colors.

Look nice but don\'t fit great. I have a very narrow foot and ordered a narrow but they still were a little wide. Also very slippery to walk in.

Great Basic Shoe - Like another reviewer said, this is a great basic work/interview shoe. Super comfortable and unassuming, but not frumpy.

Comfort and style - I have two pairs of this type shoe. I work at a public school and I am up and down all day. This is a very comfortable shoe; as well as, a very stylish, "easy-wearing shoe". I give this shoe a five.

This is my second pair as I wore the first one into the ground over the last 4 years. They're a great basic work shoe with a low heel that dresses up pants mostly and are comfortable for all-day wear. I size down by 1/2 in Calvin Klein shoes and this was no different.
