I'm a flight attendant and am on my feet all day. These shoes are great. I bought them in a wide, sooo much better if your feet are on the wider side. The leather gives after a day or two, so they will feel broken in sooner than you expect.

This is my second pair of Calvin Klein's "Dolly". They are so comfortable and look great with everything. This pair in particular has gotten so much notice. Everytime I wear them, someone asks where I got my gorgeous shoes. I say, "Calvin Klein's Dolly from Zappos! Go get them."

VERY comfortable and attractive. I was concerned about the narrow heel but it feels like you're walking on a very sturdy heel.

I love these shoes so much that I bought them in three colors. The chino lizard is so pretty! They're comfortable with a nice rubber sole for good traction. I was apprehensive about ordering since I wear a size 10, and pointy shoes tend to make your feet look even longer, but not these babies. The point is more rounded which makes them that much more elegant. They are true to size, at least for me, stylish for work, going out and with jeans. They're that nice! This is a purchase you will not regret!

I am so happy with these shoes. They look great, are super comfortable and just the right heel height. I wish they came in some bright spring colors. I bought the chino lizard print, and they are a great neutral.

These shoes are great. I am a size 7 and 8 and do not wear heels anymore. But I can wear these all day. Looking good and stepping right along.

I love these shoes! I would buy in every color if I could. Very comfortable and stylish, too. I like that the heel is tall and therefore complimentary ,but not too tall that they hurt to wear. I can wear them out in the evening for hours and they are comfortable the whole time. I usually wear a size 6, but I have found that in a pump I need a 5.5 for a good fit without being too small. I would walk out of a 6, too much space in back.

The Dolly is a great shoe! A very classic pump, moderate heel height and the toe is pointy but not overly so. The shoe felt a little stiff at first, but by the end of the day, they were very comfortable. Having the rubber sole also helps with stability. I bought in dark brown leather, and will probably buy in a few other colors as well.

These are my second pair and my favorite everyday black pumps. They have great tread on the bottom which makes negotiating snow or long walks more manageable and they are a great height for work or going out.

Ordered these shoes and received them the next day!!! And what a gorgeous shoes! My sister has these in black and has them for years and I've always admired the shoes when she wears them. Not only are they a beautiful pump, but they are so comfortable and I am not one to normally wear a lot of high heeled shoes. I purchased them in the pearlized taupe color, the color is gorgeous! Nice neutral color but with a very slight bit of metallic. I will go back and purchase them in more colors for sure! They are a classic with a touch of trendiness!

This is a beautiful shoe & very comfortable. It’s the perfect heel height. I purchased it in the Chino Lizard print & I love it, I would definitely consider purchasing it in other colors.

These shoes are very comfortable. After a full day at work my feet didn't hurt. I ordered a narrow, and the width felt true to size. However, they run about half a size too big. I put insoles and heel grips in and they were still big and difficult to walk in.

Cute shoes, run a little big. I wish I would have ordered a 1/2 size down.

I have been looking for a pair of classic black pumps that fit comfortably FOREVER. I thought it was a long shot to order online but the comments from Zappos customers were all so positive (including with returns). So, I ordered the pumps (black, size 6.5 Wide). I love the shoes and they are a perfect fit. The transaction was flawless.

Calvin Klein "Dolly" are nice shoes and look great. I have purchased them in several colors. The heel height is good and the sole absorbs the impact of walking in a high heel. Also pleasant to find a dress shoe that is not slippery on hard surfaces. They are comfortable to walk in all day. They have a pointed toe, however, they still provide toe room. I bought them in an 8 at first and ended up buying other pairs in a size smaller (7.5). The dark gray lizard are outstanding! Look great for office dress and with jeans. Love them!

Great looking, comfortable shoe that you can wear with jeans, slacks, and dresses/skirts. Because I have a narrow shoe size (9N), I was a little skeptical of ordering, but to my surprise it fits perfectly. Would definitely recommend this shoe to anyone.

A friend of mine had a pair of these and couldn’t stop talking about them. I bought two pair from Zappos and I am in love! They fit very well and are super comfortable. The gel insert on the sole of the shoe is amazing, not only for comfort but also practicality! No more slipping on slick floors ladies! Also, they are quiet when walking... as in the heels don’t sound like a herd of buffalo on a hard surface. I highly recommend these shoes. They also break in really fast. I bought the Black Lizard and the plain Black Leather. I think I might buy another pair or two because they are that good. The heel height makes it a very universal shoe... as in it goes well with pants, skirts, etc.

Purchased these shoes in leather, snakeskin and suede. Chose to keep the suede. The leather creased at the front of the foot and looked too much like an office shoe. I wanted to wear it out at night. The silver snakeskin although beautiful rubbed my foot along the edge like sandpaper. The suede is dressy and classy. I love the padding on the ball of the foot. I purchased a size 7 and usually wear a 6.5 or 7. The 6.5 seemed too tight in the toe box and the 7 seemed fine. I have to say the size 7's in the other materials fit larger. I am a bit concerned the suede will stretch and wear out sooner. But it is a beautiful shoe and I'm only planning on wearing it once in a while. Also I noticed the shoe is shallow in the back of the heel so it feels like my heel isn't that secure.

These are great looking shoes! They are comfortable and look great with just about anything I wear to the office.

These are one of the very few heels that felt good straight out of the box. These are now my go-to black pumps. I absolutely love them!!

I ordered these shoes on a Tuesday night and they arrived Wednesday morning! These are by far, the most comfortable high heeled pumps I've ever worn. Looks great with dresses and suits. The grips on the underside of the shoe provide traction and prevent that loud "pounding the pavement" type of noise. Basically, a classic pair of pumps and great shoe investment!

The Dolly is perhaps the most perfect pump! For me, the shoe ran a little large, but an insole fixed that (don't think I could have gone down a size). The shoe is well constructed and comfortable with padding on the inside as well as shock absorption on the sole. The lines of the shoe are beautiful and the heel is just the right height to walk confidently. Even though the heel is not extremely high, it is a very sexy shoe. Love the silvery lizard (sort of a pewter with texture); it goes with most everything.

Love these shoes! So comfortable with the lower heel, and rubber on the sole. Look great with pants, skirts and dresses. And the texture make them more interesting than plain black leather.
