These shoes are by far the most comfortable shoes I own. I have them in various colors and highly recommend them. Great craftsmanship in a classy style that goes with everything. Once you buy your first pair, you will come back to Zappos for more. This style does run 1/2 size bigger than other CK shoes. Happy shopping!

Love these shoes! Have them in black, navy, graphite suede and brown lizard. Perfect for the office, super comfortable.

These are great heels. I measure exactly a size 6.5, and size 7 is comfortable for me... which would make these pretty true to size because it gives me a little bit of wiggle room. I have worn these shoes for hours and been pleased with them. I don't wear them frequently enough to attest to their longevity, but I expect to keep them a while.

This review is geared towards all the engineers, scientists, and other women who are accustomed to wearing comfy sneakers on a daily basis yet realize at the last second that they need a cute pair of dress shoes for a conference, formal presentation, or special occasion. I'm definitely not one to wear dressy shoes (flats included) on a regular basis, but after tons of research, I ended up ordering these in black leather, and I must say they are quite impressive! These are very classic looking heels. I think they have just the right amount of "point" to them. I spent a lot of time worrying about the texture of the leather since it seemed extra glossy in the pictures, but it looks absolutely fabulous in person. If you've ever tried on a pair of pumps, then you're probably familiar with the "stiffness" that comes with most of them. I could hardly put on the other pairs I tried, let alone walk around in them. The leather of this pair, however, was much softer from the very beginning, so the edges didn't dig in. The rubber grips on the bottom are a must and they have done wonders to my balance such that I don't even notice the height of the heels. My only complaint is that these shoes give me no arch support (I have moderate to high arches). However, I think it's a small price to pay for how comfortable the rest of the shoe is. And definitely order a half size smaller. Overall, great shoe. I was running around in these on the first day and not once did I feel close to toppling over!

Very comfortable and stylish! I never even got blisters/cuts like I normally do when I break in a new pair of shoes. I normally wear a 6.5 and had to return them for a 6-only complaint!

These pumps are an incredible buy! I've worn mine from day one with no break-in time needed. I find them a comfortable shoe for work (where I have a moderate amount of walking) and no need to carry a pair of flats for end of day. I am someone who usually wears flats to work as I cannot tolerate the pain of uncomfortable high heels despite my great love of fashion. I am happy these pumps allow me to still wear pants that require a bit of heel height. The leather has held up great, much better than my Stuart Weitzman Chica pump! BTW the 8M in Lizard Chino neutral fits me almost same as 8W. Don't hesitate to buy these CK Dollys as wardrobe staples! Thanks again to Zappos for excellent service!

First, I should say that I had the heel lowered 3/8" before I wore these shoes. I knew when I bought them I was going to do that. Once that was completed, I wore them to work (on my feet all day) with no problems. Very comfortable shoe. Love the classic, flattering lines.

These shoes are by far the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I am a kindergarten teacher, and could wear these all day and all night. I have bought several colors. These shoes have a gel pad at the ball of the foot and very comfortable! The hill is positioned perfectibility so that balance and walking is effortless. The toe has a modern point, but does not squeeze my toes. These shoes are so sexy, they are keepers!

Fantastic. I'd also purchased the CK Olive (didn't adore) and the Pixie flats (love); for every day office wear, these are perfect. Just right on the height, immediately comfortable, and let you 'motor' about without thinking about the shoes. Perfect. I ordered two pairs for a size check (they run true to American sizing), and came back for 3 more the next day.

I wear these to work every day. I was also looking for a pair of every day work shoes that were comfortable to walk around in, not too high, but not too low so my pants dragged (I don't have the longest legs). They are everything I had hoped for. The bottom of the shoe has this cushion gel which makes it even more comfortable to walk around in and you won't slide. Only thing is, and it's probably from wearing these every day since I bought them, the inside cushion has started to come off a little. Other than that I would recommend purchasing these.

I love these! They are super cute and very comfortable! The best part is that the heel isn\'t very high, which is a challenge these days and they still look sexy.

I walk a lot and usually prefer comfort shoes to heels. However, sometimes the occasion calls for heels and these are some of the best I've found. They are a classic style and well balanced, even though they have a delicate heel they are solid to stand and walk in. Really appreciate that they come in wide sizes. Zappos service was great, as always.

Just received these shoes and they are ready to wear comfortable! I am a flight attendant so I'm always looking for comfortable, stylish shoes. I've worn other brands black pumps in the past but had to go through the breaking in phase but with these I'm sure I can wear them immediately and comfortably with no need to change shoes mid-flight. Thanks Zappos for being so professional and for all of the great styles and sizes (11) you carry. And it didn't hurt that I received them the very next day! I can't wait to order more of these as they will be a career staple!

True to size. Very comfortable. First time I wore them was to a wedding, and danced all night in them. They have soft leather and did scuff.

Calvin Klein Dolly is the most comfortable shoe in my closet right now. I bought my first pair from Zappos in Lizard and the color and texture are beautiful and I loved the gel inserts on the sole. They absolutely do not slip, and I feel confident and comfortable wearing them on any surface for entire days. I recently wore them to a conference in Europe and after 4 flawlessly comfortable days, I purchased another pair in black and will probably buy more. Without a doubt an exceptionally comfortable, practical and beautiful shoe. Also, very sexy!

I find these shoes to be pretty comfortable for their height. They have a rubber\/non-slip bottom which is great when walking on carpeted areas. Would recommend these!

These shoes are extremely comfortable and great neutrals. They have great traction on the bottom to make it virtually impossible to slip. I plan on getting other colors with this shoe.

These are great shoes for work. They are comfortable for all day and make me feel stylish, but not too trendy. I did have to insert a heal pad inside the back of the shoe because the leather is a little high and rubbed a bit. The leather is good quality and is breaking in nicely. I usually wear a 9 or 9.5 and am happy with the 9.
