Absolutely love these elegant shoes. In seeking a stylish and comfortable shoe, I purchased them for my wedding. I comfortably wore them for 12 consecutive hours without my feet tiring or feeling painful at all. To my eyes, they're stylish and flattering. I plan to purchase more!

I love these shoes! They are a timeless style and super comfortable. I got the narrows and finally have a great pump that I don't walk out of. The heel height is perfect too.

I had given up on wearing hills because my feet just couldn't take it anymore. I decided to take a chance and order these shoes. I am so glad I did. I love these shoes. The wide fits like a dream while still looking chic. They have a cushioned sole makes them comfortable to stand in for extended periods and the angle of the heel is perfect for walking. I wear these 3-5 days a week and they have lasted more than year. I just wish they had more colors in the wide!

I wanted to kept these shoes so badly! They are the perfect heel height and the style is beautiful. However, I have a normal width foot and my toes were scrunched. I did order 1/2 size smaller than normal, I felt they ran a little bit big.

This is my third pair of the Calvin Klein Dolly. At this price, this is the most versatile, flattering, and comfortable heel at this height. You will find yourself wearing these with skinny jeans, boot cut jeans, skirts, leggings, everything. Add them to a more casual outfit to dress it up, or they will complement any kind of dress - knee length or shorter. Very flattering - elongates the leg. Easier to walk in than most heels. If only they made a true gray suede version! One of the few shoes you can wear out on a Saturday night and then out on Sunday morning to church or brunch. On a business trip these are the only heels you will need to pack. Need I say more? Love the Dolly.

I absolutely love these shoes and Zappos! I bought my first pair from a department store five years ago, but found them on Zappos and will never go back. Same price, more colors and awesome Zappos service! Everyday I walk a good mile, somedays more and my shoes and feet hold up pretty well considering the beating they both take. They are the perfect height to wear with suits. As another Zappos fan pointed out, the heel tips do wear quickly, I just have the heel tips replaced. For the stylish comfort it is worth the money. My new solution is to just buy more colors so I do not wear the same pair everyday! I typically wear a size 9, but in these shoes I wear 8½. They fit perfectly and hardly need any breaking in. They are great everyday work shoes!

Love these shoes! I wear them to the office almost everyday now. They're the perfect basic black heel that goes with almost any business outfit. They're well-made and surprisingly comfortable. I highly recommend them.

Surprisingly nice for the price. They run a bit big I'm always 9N. But in this shoe, I exchanged the 9N for an 8 1/2N.

Everyone looks for the perfect black pump and this is it. At first, I thought I wouldn't like them but I have worn them a couple of times for work and they are perfect. I got a half size smaller than I usually do because I have another pair of Calvin Klein pumps that are size 8 and too big in the back but these are perfect. They also have a little gel on the bottom which makes them quieter while walking in hallways.

These are the perfect black heels. They are comfortable, versatile, and the heel is low enough for work and high enough for after work. Perfect price! So glad I discovered the Calvin Klein Dolly!

These are such comfortable pumps that I bought a second pair! I always need a basic pair of black pumps for work and I hate it when the ones I love are no longer available.

Well fitting comfortable shoe. This is my second pair. I have a narrow foot and it fits great.

Classic and very comfortable pump. Love them! I have wide feet, so ordered the wide size and they fit perfectly. I'm also tall enough that I don't want heels over 3 inches otherwise I'm over 6 feet and tower over everyone. These have almost the perfect heel height to slim leg but still be comfortable. I particularly like the rubber padding under the ball of the foot. It makes them non-slip but also provides a surprising amount of cushioning (it was thicker in person than it looks in the photos). I highly recommend to anyone looking for a work/dress shoe.

I was pleased to find these come with a wide option. I tried these on in a store and found them to be just a little too narrow in the toe box, but the wide gives me a much better fit. The bottom of the shoe has some texture which helps with no slipping or sliding when walking on non-carpeted surfaces. I find these to be a better fit for my foot than similar Rockport shoes.

This ordering experience with Zappos was extremely good. I wasn't sure because the shoe had a pointed toe if I would need to go up 1/2 size to compensate. That is what I vainly decided to do and they were too long. But...Yea!. Zappos has free return policy. This is great. So I ordered the correct size at no extra expense to me. This is one reason I hesitate to shop on line because I may pay postage both ways because the item didn't work and I have nothing to show for it. Thank you for this customer friendly policy.

I have this shoe in 2 colors. It's a great wardrobe staple. Classic beauty. The heel is just high enough to be sexy! I have wide feet and high instep and just went up a size due to the narrow front.

I love it! Certainly one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever got. My size is 12 and is very hard to find good shoes, so glad I found those! I recommend it.

I decided to deviate from my usual Nine West choices due to what I considered to be declining quality, and boy am I glad I did. I wore these for the first time today and they were immediately put to the test since I had to unexpectedly walk close to a mile in them. They stood up to the challenge very stylishly and comfortably. The expected stretching took place so they were rubbing on my ankles by the end of the day, but I always have gel inserts available for when that happens. Overall, I am pleased with both the look and feel of these shoes and would happily encourage anyone to give them a try. I might even get another color or two for myself!

These heels are great! I bought them for work and they are very comfortable and the heel is low enough to be stylish and easy to walk in. There is a little padding at the front to make it even more comfy. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another pair!

These heels are terrific for my size 9 narrow (AA) feet. They are the most comfortable and stylish black leather heels I have owned. Usually when wearing heels my foot slides down toward the toe, but that does not happen for me when wearing these -- no uncomfortably pinched toes! I'm pleased with the detailed stitching and overall construction. I particularly appreciate that the heel is not wrapped in leather, which means they won't scuff and tear like leather would. Comfortable for heels, durable, and classy. Definitely recommended!
