Waist size is a hit and miss, I'm a size 38 and there are times when the pant is labeled 38 but fits like a 36 I am not sure if they are being miss labeled at the factory or some other problem. I do think quality control needs to look into this because I have read several reviews of the same complaints. Other than sizing issues these pants wear well and are comfortable.

Came as expected..Sizing is a little off... 36 waist too tight so went to 40 which is a little baggy.. thought of doing 38 waist size.. I'm 5 ft 4in. 180.. I can usually wear other jeans and pants that are 36 and fit correct.. go up a size in my opinion of 2 for baggy..

I bought these to replace uniform pants. The green is the perfect color for the agency I work for. They are a better fit than the Government issue pants, but a bit stiff and scratch. I'm hoping a few more washes and they will soften up and be more comfortable.

The 874's are good. My size is 33/29. Compared to the 873's I recently purchased, which fit perfectly, the waist is really tight. A motivation to lose some weight, I suppose. So four stars instead of five.

title says it all. the fit isn't as good as double knee; (pls dickies hear my cries & make a double knee in the burgundy color.)

Belt loops too tight for work belt, zipper is too short and pants are high waisted. Your review requirements won't let me use my name as a public name.

These 56 waits are smaller than 54 waist were two year ago. Are they being made in china or did your measuring tapes shrink? They are less comfortable to wear than the last pair.

The pants fit perfect and it great pants to wear snice it loose and not tight

i do like these better than the Flex Fit because they look better after several washes compared to the Flex. The Flex gets these little balled up lint on them but these don't. i will be sticking to these. The only downside is the waist is smaller than the flex so you need to order one size up from the flex.

The sizes are a little smaller so get a size bigger just in case... but great material

Up until now I've been able to use a 1 1/2" wide belt. These new pants won't take a 1 1/2" belt. I don't know why they have changed, but I don't like it.

size runs small im size 32 waistline but their 32 cant even close but the style is what i very much wanted

I wear a 36-inch waist. My other pants that are 36" require a belt. Not these pants. They fit very tight. Quality material.

Product seems well made and as described. The material is a little stiff and somewhat synthetic in feel, but I expect it to soften somewhat. I like a 65/35 polyester/cotton blend, but would like something with a higher cotton ratio for pants. That being said, these pants really resist stains, rips and corrosion from acids. My perfect size is 33w x 28L and it's almost impossible to find anything with that size, so one needs to take what one finds.

I like everything about these pants other than the fact that stuff easily slides out of the pockets if you sit or lay down.

Always impressed with Dickies, ever since I was a child. 60 years ago.

Dickie pants are the best just wish they had my size so I don't have to go up in sizes

The overall fit is great, the waist size is typically inconsistent. And the construction of the pant is poor, but you get what you paid for with the price.

Excellent feel of the fabric. Seems like it will last. There was a thread of lose fabric when I first looked at the pants, but I hope they will hold up fine. Looking forward to trying them out as a first time customer.

Great pants, Great material, and quality. They sort of still wrinkle just a bit after a wash but not that noticeable. I also don't quite like the pockets they have; they are this weird cone-like shape and not at all like a regular squarish pocket. Other than that, I like them.

I would have given it a five star except the other pair of Dickies I have came with a built-in elastic in the waistband whereas this new pair did not have it. The elastic was just enough to take any slack out of the waistband.

I feel the waste runs 1 to 1.5 sizes smaller. I wear a 29 or 30 in other pants and am wearing a semi-snug 31 in Dickies. But the dickies fabric, colors, belt loops, and overall fit still are unmatched. The side seam stitching puffed a bit on one pair, making a weird sort of vertical crease, but I'm hoping some folding can remedy this.

It's good work pants. Mines did come with a tear at the zip up in the crotch area but I wear an apron so it's not very visible. I want to preface this with I ordered it on fast delivery so that's probably why it's there.
