Was looking for a boot and saw this on the LL Bean website. Reviews were positive, so I took a chance. I considered the size chart carefully - I am 10M in US which, according to the chart, equated to a size 9 Australian. It is correct. The boot fits well, and is comfortable. It was a bit snug to start for me, but after a few wearings it stretched and opened up. I think the boot is good looking too. I wear them everyday in the colder temperatures with my jeans - working outside or running errands. Highly recommend.

I had to buy them 3 sizes down. They run very large. Luv them. Very comfortable.

This is my second pair of Blundstone 500s -- I wear them every day for rain walks to rugged hikes to dress up. They wear like iron. My first pair, worn for years now, is still in good conditions. I just wanted a newer looking pair for dressier days. Note that it takes a few wears to soften the ankle openings on a new pair. And a replacement insole (Blundstone or Superfeet) every year keeps your boots comfy. Highly recommended. And LL Bean customer service on any item, including this, can't be beat!

Sizing was perfect. From reviews, thought they would take a bit to break in but they didn't. Were very comfortable right from the beginning. Definitely a little pricey but I think well worth it.

These boots were comfortable the moment I put them on for the first time. I wear them all day, standing a great deal of the time and at the end of the day my feet are still comfortable. These also look great with pants and skirts. Love these boots!

I love that ll bean carries blundstones! Ive wanted these for a long time and the convenience of having an ll bean down the road from me inspired me to purchase them (knowing possible returns would be easy). I am typically a women's 7/7.5 and I bought a 4. I couldn't be happier my foot isn't squished even with bulky wool socks. I can tell there will be a little breaking in in the top of my arch, and heel. My only small complaint is I wish there was a tiny more arch support - I usually wear danskos and these are as supportive as my clogs. Not a dealbreaker though!

I wasn't sure how it would work out to order 7.5 size and have it equate to my normal US size 10. Sizing is perfect and they are very comfortable. I wore Smart wool socks today, 25 degrees outside and my feet were warm and comfortable. FYI: The boots are not insulated, however, they are very comfortable and I love that they slide right on. I would recommend them to a friend!

These are some tough boots. I am a mid-west farmer and very hard on boots. I have been threw many brands and never found any as strong and durable as these. I've abused this pair for over a year and it honestly looks as if I will get another year from them. They are comfortable and easy to slip on (you have to grab the loop at the back of the boot and slide your foot in). I wear size 11 US. and bought these in size 10 they are a perfect fit. If I ever wear these out you can bet I'll be purchasing another pair.

Love these - had brown pair but needed black ones too

First off this is my 4th pair of Blundstone boots. I purchased this pair because I wanted the black color. I'm a size 9-9 1/2 so I went with the size 6.5 because I will be wearing these in the fall & winter with wool socks. The fit is great- No rubbing in weird places, not heavy, easy to get on and off. I did purchased 2 of the four boots from the Blundstones website in the summer boot style and love them too. 5 Star boot!

Great boot. Comfortable to the max. Cool looking in a rustic sort of way. Easy to pull on with the tabs front and back. Considered sending back at first because I wasn't sure the style was what I wanted, ---and very, very glad I changed my mind and kept them. I love this boot and highly recommend.

Be aware that these are Australian sizing. He usually gets an E width but these fit fine! (They only come in D width.) He loves them and says they're more comfortable than wearing slippers!
