Perfect w/ leggings or over skinny jeans! I am petite (5'0, 105 lbs) but have athletic, oversized calves -- which make it IMPOSSIBLE to find boots that fit. Most boots either do not fit my calves, or are very snug, making my legs appear large. These boots however fit perfectly. There is even some space in the calf area, which gives the illusion that I have a slimmer leg. They run a little big size-wise, I went a half size smaller, but you can afford to go a whole size. Overall, very comfortable. Not a huge fan of the buckles, but I'm very pleased overall. Works perfect as a casual day time look over leggings or jeans. Fitzwell needs to make a style with a wedge now so I can wear them on weekend nights out!

Stylin' This boot does, indeed, deliver. It has a lot of style and is quite sexy. The boot is for larger calves and does allow me to wear my pants tucked in...But doesn't scream out "big legs here" by any means. The leather is very soft and they are immediately comfortable. I had to order a 1/2 size up to get the color I wanted...but, in truth, they tend to run slightly large. I often take a 7 1/2, but usually am an 8 in boots. The 7 1/2's definitely fit...but the 8's will do with a bit of a sock. My only wish would have been for these boots to have been higher. They hit you short in the calf and I think it compromises the look slightly. Not enough to change my general satisfaction...but if they had been higher, I would be crazy happy and would have every color available.

Great boot - Boot fits great - looks great - only thing it could use is a little padding on the innersole - so I added one.

Great Fit - What a great boot. I have very large calves, 16 1/2, so it's quite difficult to find boots that are stylish, comfortable and fit my calves. These boots are exactly what I hoped they would be and I highly recommend them. In addition the customer service that I received was amazing. I ordered them in the morning and they were delivered to my home the very next day at no additional cost.

Wonderful fit - I would say these boots fit true to size. The look is wonderfully soft. The fit is very comfortable.

A lovely boot. These are very comfortable right out of the box. Nice soft leather. The calf measurement was right on the mark. They are a little narrower than I expected, but they still fit fine. I ordered a 9W since my feet are unusually wide. Zappos.com has excellent service, they arrived so fast!

Pleasantly surprised - The first wearing they were a bit snug in the toe box area (I have bunions on both feet) but the more I wore them around the looser they got. I have been able to wear them for many hours with no discomfort. I was very pleasantly surprised. It has been the first boot that I have been able to wear with my 16 inch calf and they are comfortable.

RE: Extremely Pleased - This boot is amazingly comfortable. The first time I wore them walking in New York City for over 3 hours and my feet couldn't be happier. The gel insole was great. I wasn't crazy for the front style of the boot with the rounded toe; however, it was worth the buy.

Nice boots - These boots were just what I was looking for. They are fashionable and wide width, wide calf, low heel, and great fit. Very nice quality.

Incredibly comfortable boots!!! These are possibly the most comfortable boots I've ever owned. I wear a 9W and these boots are perfectly sized - lots of toe room, no pinching anywhere. I wore them all day, right out of the box, and they were comfortable the entire time. And the wide calf was perfect for my 16" calves.

My favorite boots - These boots fit so well. They are lined and roomy enough for bigger legs. They don't slip or skid when walking. They look great with skinny jeans and a feminine blouse. They don't need to be broken in at all. My feet were warm and comfortable the first day I wore them. They are my absolute favorite boots.

Pros: Great looking boot! Actually comes in at the ankle like a regular width boot; extra room for my wider calf. Cons: Needs an insole to make comfortable; the little gel dot at the heel actually makes it more uncomfortable. And either I'm really harsh on boots or these just aren't all that durable. All in all, though, still great boots. I bought a second pair in another color. Unfortunately, they were out of the original color that I've already walked through.

These looked great, the perfect style without looking cheap. For me, although I need a wide calf boot these were just too wide. On the size 10 the top measures a touch over 17 inches in circumference. I would have kept them if they were available in a non-wide version. (for some reason it would have worked in this style.

Almost but not quite right - This is one of the nicest pairs of wide calf boots I have found. Unfortunately, the shoe portion was not wide enough for my feet! If it had been available in a WW width, it would have been just fine for me. It is true to size in length and the calf is generous. Also, it is a very good quality boot. I was sorry to have to return them.

Great everyday boot - These boots are very comfortable and stylish. The only complaint I have is that the toe is not really pointed or square so looks a little awkward under wide leg pants.

Great boot - I love this boot and get a lot of compliments on it. The only problem I experience is heel pain on the bottom of my foot if I wear them more than 5 hrs straight.

Nice looking boots perfect width - I really like these boots but wish I had gotten them a half size smaller. The narrow toe broken in very quickly so now they are a too long and slosh around a lot. An insole helped the fit a bit and the uncomfortable heel. The fit of the calf is perfect and even tapers down to a normal ankle width which most wide calves don't. Overall these are great looking boots just wish I got them a bit smaller.

I just received my Uggs and I love them. First of all Zappos is amazing. They have great customer service and they shipped three pairs of Uggs in a week and I ordered them on all different days. I am a size 6 women and was not sure what I would be in kids so I ordered a 6 kids and they were too big i then ordered a 5 kids and was still too big and the size 4 kids were perfect. They are very comfortable and warm.

I was so excited to get these boots because of all the rave reviews and I really liked the edgy look of them, but when I opened up the box I was so disappointed. The "leather" looked and smelled like plastic. Very cheap looking. The calf was really tight (my calf is 15.5") and there is no way I could have worn any skinny jeans or even leggings or socks tucked into them. The fit was nice and they were comfortable but I am returning them. The search for the perfect boot continues.

Loved them, but sent them back. I bought these in brown and loved them, but I had to return them. I wear a size 9 so I got my normal size. The calf wasn't big enough for me. If only it had a little give to it, it would have been perfect. I'm sad that I sent them back, but I don't think a size bigger would have helped. I think for being wide, it was pretty narrow.

I loved these boots but the quality was disappointing. Within two wears one of the straps broke and recently another snapped. They fit well and are very cute but not worth the money for how many wears I got out of them.

I generally have shoes W width; I ordered WW and it was too narrow. I question if the shoe is even a W. The calf shaft was too big; I had about an inch gap.

This is my third pair of Fitzwell boots, and they have not disappointed me! They are attractive, comfortable, and most importantly they are not squeezing my calves to death! These boots, along with Zappos speedy service is worth every penny!
