Soft but supportive with the Velcro. I bought these for my husband and he LOVES THEM!

They are so very comfortable and I really like the fact that they can be worn outdoors. I no longer have to worry about my shoes when going from house to outdoor kitchen. I definitely would buy them again.

I bought a 1/2 larger but I can wear with a thicker sock. Their so comfortable I bought another pair of the right size for my feet. Even though they are mens slippers, for me they are great.

These are great! Bought them for my husband who has a wide foot with a high instep. He loves them. Wears them around the house in the evening. They keep his feet warm and comfortable. Under style I gave them a 5 star rating not because they look cool but because they are designed with the velcro strap that allows a custom fit.

They run way large - had to get 1.5 lower size. Great for people who need easy velcro fasten. Also great for people whose feet swell as you can adjust width. Slip on and off super easy. Fairly comfortable. Good grip on the bottom. Get some matching socks because the cut out hole in the shoe shows a good portion of the sock. Great shoe overall!

material is great, my previous pair just like these was a wide width. I ended up ordering a medium size as wide was not available and had to send them back. reordered a physician and love them. I have neuropathy in my feet and these are very comfortable slippers. will order both Kendale and physician again.

The shoes were a god send for my husband. So comfortable, easy to adjust the fit and to remove. Also very warm. One of the best gifts he has ever received.

These are great! For my 90 dad whose feet are swollen, they are warm, secure, comfortable and attractive. We ended up with two pairs, a different size for each foot. Though they are slippers, the soles are substantial enough for short outings.

These shoes were the easiest for my husband to put on. The velco closure is a winner for people who have foot swelling because the slipper can be adjusted for comfort. Also, the hard sole and memory foam inner lining are a good combo for stability and comfort when walking.

I have bought these slippers twice for my Dad. And just yesterday ordered a pair for myself. They are great if you want a slipper with support.

Really nice material, structure however the heel is wide and you cannot tighten it. We would have kept these if his heel did not keep slipping.

Fits perfectly due to velcro closure. Keeps feet from getting cold but breathable not sweaty. Shipping and customer care miles above the rest. Go Zappos!

While not a stylish "shoe" it is a most comfortable footwear, I use them for shopping, etc. Indoor & outdoor with terrific SOLES! Gus R

I bought these for my 88 year old father post-cardiac bypass surgery because his feet were swollen. The fit was good because of the swelling, but the slippers are very heavy and were aggravating to his leg pain from the leg the vein was used for the bypass. Nice quality and maybe would work for a younger person.

I recently ordered for my husband the Foamtreads Kendale shoe for his wear inside the house this winter. His feet are often swollen and these shoes are really comfortable for him as they can be adjusted - they also have a decent arch and are certainly offer more support than house slippers. An excellent buy.

This slipper is listed as "true to size". An 11.5 was way too big for me. I had previously tried a Tempurpedic that was also "true to size". An 11 was too small and a 12 was too big. I returned them both and bought the Foamtreads 11.5 thinking it would be "just right" but had to return it also because it was too big. I love Zappos but have lost faith in their "true to size" claims.

Not the most beautiful but husband needed an easy on easy off hard sole and these fit the bill. He seems to not notice he's wearing MaryJanes, and I don't have to tie his shoes for him..

I loved the feel of these slippers, very comfortable. However, I ordered the wide & they were way too loose around my ankles & heel so I had to send them back. I need a wide footbed but not wide in the heel. Still gave them a good overall review but just did not work for me.

For me these run a full size larger than I wear in other shoes and slippers. I sent the first pair back and went down a half size. I kept these because since they are slippers they are comfortable at about a half size too large, but if they had been regular shoes I would have had to send them back and order a full size smaller than I normally wear.

These were purchased for a gift. Well made, comfortable but looked ugly.

Very comfortable, easy on-off. Warm, but not hot. Velcro adjusts fit to suit needs. Great slippers, but the velcro strap on mine tends to curl up at the end; this looks a little goofy.

Great prduct for someone whose feet have some swelling at times. They are a little warm but they do have a great walking sole.

I haven't worn them, they were a gift for my husband, and his immediate response was "they're too big."
