A repeat customer, I was very satisfied with a reminder E-mail pointing out a purchase a year earlier. It was time to buy again and Zappo's performed better than expected. Easy to track, Arrived on time. Will likely buy in the future.

I am wearing an old pair of 993 and love them. The new pair is the same size but is too long. It's too tight in some places and way too loose in others. I thought as I got older my feet would get bigger. So why don't these shoes fit? I am disappointed.

I have purchased 2 pair of #992, 1 pair of #993, the most comfortable shoes ever. Great fit. Love them, only one problem - the mesh over my little toes has worn away on all three pairs.

I bought these at my husband's request. Then, I bought another pair. He thinks these are the most comfy athletic shoes that he has ever worn. They last a long time -- a year or more, even though he wears them almost every day. We love that they are still made in the US -- the sizes are more generous (he has wide feet), and the materials of better quality than those made offshore.

I treadmill for 60+ minutes, 5-7 days a week. These shoes are very comfortable and last longer the other brands I've tried. These are my third pair of MR993's. Plus you get Zappos fast delivery!

This my 4th pair of these shoes; I wear them every day. They are comfortable, good looking, and well-made. And they're made in the USA!

I purchased this shoe for walking rather than for running. It is very comfortable. I had returned another brand because of the fit. This shoe size seems true and fits well. And it is made in the U.S.A.

These are great shoes with excellent arch support and very supportive soles and cushioning for walking. I wear them often and they make my feet feel better.

Good looking, lightweight sneaker with good traction. No foot fatigue after wearing them all day. I liked them so much I also bought the black pair.

These shoes are part of the Heritage Collection made in the USA. In my opinion better made than those models from China. I need shoes for a low arch with a wide toe box, and these are prefect. Nice soft material on top with a good amount of support. They go well with grey, white or black socks. I liked them so much that I also bought a pair in grey.

My daughter recommended the New Balance woman's and man's shoe to us. She also recommended I order from Zappos due to their friendly, accurate, speedy delivery and easy return policy. She was right! I ordered both the man's and woman's New Balance, I received the shoes when promised and tracking information provided by Zappos helped know when to expect my shoes. The man's shoes fitted my husband perfectly, however, mine were slightly too large, my mistake, I ordered 1/2 size larger than I usually do. I called to exchange my shoes, the very next day I received the replacement shoes, as the UPS driver handed me my new order I handed him the return package. It could not have been easier! I love dealing with Zappos and will continue to for many years to come! I highly recommend Zappos!

I've been wearing this shoe since it came out, and the current pair are just as good, or maybe a shade better than the last ones. BTW, they are AA wide.

I live in NYC and walk all day. I eventually developed plantar fasciitis and had to get shoes with good support-these are the only shoes that have helped my injury. Very comfortable, highly recommend! They also come in various sizes and widths- true to size!

These are great shoes! I have worn them all over the world, literally! I got the Air Force style and they look very cool.

I've worn this New Balance 993 for a while. There is no better shoe for comfort. New Balance does this shoe right. Wether it's athletics or just walking around; this is the shoe. I would like to see New Balance design something that can be brought in to an office. Then I would own only New Balance shoes.

This is a good fitting, shoe with loads of support and cushioning. I have been informed by a medical professional that any New Balance shoe with a plus 800 style provided orthopedic support and cushioning needed, for about 6 months. I purchase a new pair at least that often. This also fits with my retirement budget, too.

First time Zappos buyer and I had heard good things about them from podcasts I watch like diggnation and twit. I needed some new running shoes and decided on these, they fit great, by the way, and came really fast! All in all I will be a repeat customer for sure.

Good fit, I had them last year so I knew I liked them and got them again. Everything good as expected.

I have dubbed my pair the "footgasms." I love these shoes; after 2 years they still feel as awesome as the first time. I would recommend these to anyone who stands at work all day or just wants a very comfortable shoe.

These are great shoes. I have to buy a wide for my youngest son. These shoes fit great and provide terrific support. I highly recommend them. This is the third pair that I have purchased for him.

Nice shoes and made in USA. What could be better? Zappos is great also.
