I had high hopes for this show, as others said they could dance in it and were still comfortable, but after five minutes of walking around the house in these, I knew they were not comfortable enough for me.

I love the look of these shoes. Unfortunately they will be returned. Despite ordering a full size up, my big toe still hits the inside of the shoe so I know it will cause a problem if I keep them.

Shoe "upper" did not feel flexible at all...seemed hard and plasticky ..in my opinion a good dancing shoe should have a more supple feel. I tottered on the heel but maybe I am clumsy. Not enough arch support for me, either.. Darn!

The leather is not as soft as the dance shoes I got locally. The insides were not as nice, either. I also wasn't crazy about how rounded the toe was.

Nice because it is very very light weight, but runs short. I normally wear a 7.5 M, bought an 8M and my big toes are smashed against the front of the shoe...going back.

Definitely run small in length -- I'm normally a 9.5 or 10, and the 11 fit my foot length unfortunately these are made for a very wide foot. My narrow foot was swimming in this shoe, even with an added insole. Returning it. The leather is very stiff as well, not like the supple leather in my other dance shoes.

Thought these might be a comfortable shoe since they are described as a Dance Shoe. Unfortunately they were not. Plus, they do not look like an expensive shoe. Best left for a dancer. Also, I'm typically a 10, but these were short and I would've needed a 10.5 or even an 11.

My feet are short and wide (6.5W); my instep is high plus my ankle is thick, I had to take these shoes and have the buckle strap extended. When I dance (ballroom) my foot has a tendency to slide forward and it puts undue pressure against my toes. These are very "smart" looking, but not a highly comfortable shoe IMO.

I am a beginning ballroom dancer and these shoes are a good option for someone like me. I ordered a half size larger than my usual 6 but still too small. I have now oordered the Bloch Simon's in a size 7-different nonlinear store-and they fit well. Stuck to Bloch because I felt the quality was good.

I am normally a small size 10, so I boutgh a size 10, which was too small. Even the 10.5 is too small!

This shoe hurts my feet. The elastic at the arch hits me in the wrong place.

Shoe runs 1/2 size and maybe even a whole size smaller than what is printed on shoe. Comfortable but the front part of shoe is only held on to the back part of shoe with stretchy material...feels like the rear of the shoe is slow to catch up with the front part of the shoe. Had to return.

Absolutely no support at all. The upper is elastic where you would expect it to be leather where it joins the sole. Maybe that is what split flex means? In 2 minutes I knew these were not the shoe for me. It is supper cute. Disappointed.

These were way too big. However, I think if they fit, I would not have like the toe area as I think it would hurt my toes especially dancing.

not nearly as cute as the picture, although the leather bottom is kind of cool. Too short, and the upper material is stiff and unpleasant looking.

The hill is unstable even for dance shoes, slides back. Cheap plastic lining, unpleasant to the skin. Expected better shoe for the price, as I have one already of the same brand and very good quality.

These may well be in my top 5 most UNcomfortable shoes ever purchased. Since they're not particular high and purport to be for dancing, this was extremely disappointing. I'll never torture my poor feet with them again, so back they go.

Cute and felt nice to start with. But they hurt more and more as the day went on. By the end of the day one toe was rubbed raw (through the nylon) and bleeding. If they weren't worn, I'd return them. I wear a 9.5-10 and ordered a 10. It's possible a size 9 person would be okay. How do I give away shoes that are bloody inside? Sad to toss them - they are very cute.

I bought these on specific recommendation from a thoughtful blog I'd read online, calling them a second best to LaDucas. Previously I'd owned a very firm classic pair of character shoes which had lasted for over 10 years. I'm about 3 rehearsals and 10 performances into these shoes with moderate dancing and I've lost part of a heel already. Apparently I wasn't the only one to read that blog because at least 5 other girls in my cast have the same shoes all purchased within the last 6 months. I have noticed that others have lost heels too and one has mentioned she's definitely going to need new shoes after this show. Yes the extra flex they give the arch make a pointed foot look lovely, but the strength of the shoe is seriously compromised and I feel extra wobbly on my heels because of it. All in all, they are comfortable and pretty you are only standing in a show, but the ankle injury risk and lesser quality does not outweigh the beauty.

I was sad that these didn't work because they were exactly the style I wanted. They ran a size and half smaller than expected and were as uncomfortable as they could possibly be. I couldn't imagine wearing these shoes for more than 30 minutes. Cute style...if you don't even have to stand up.

These shoes seemed to fit my daughter fine, and they were cheaper than her usual Capezios. Well, after two of her four shows (Hairspray), we ended up in the ER. She lost both her big toenails. She's never had anything like that happen before. Back to Capezio for her...we threw these away and they were only a few weeks old.

Returning because even up a full size they were too small

This shoe looked cheap to me right out of the box and very uncomfortable for my average size foot. I have a high arch, this shoe is going back.

I've tried 3 pair of these shoes - size 9.5 (my normal size); size 10 and size 10.5. None of them fit! I would swear that they're all exactly the same size! So confused! I loved the style and the look - very frustrating!

Absolutely miserable dance shoes… I bought a full size larger than I normally wear. They are awful.. My toes are crunched. I have difficulty buckling them, and I can't even stand in them… They are going back…
