My new favorite shoes! I\'ve been looking for shoes exactly like this for months. Comfortable, feels like a slipper. Looks great with jeans or chinos. Color is perfect. Maybe not the best for long walks or if you spend a lot of time on your feet. But it\'s a great casual shoe.

I bought these shoes for my boyfriend and he loves them. He says they are like wearing slippers. Very comfortable shoes and true to size. The leather is super soft. When he took them out of the box he rubbed the shoe on his face! That's love! You can dress this shoe up or down. He has worn them with a seersucker suit and with casual attire, shorts, and a shirt. Great purchase overall.

I usually wear 11 in Oakley and 11.5 in Asics. I ordered in 11.5. It is a snug fit with my medium weight SmartWool socks on. I recommend a half size up. If I go without socks, my feet make amusing flatulent noises. The sole is very grippy. The arch support is in the realm of medium to non-existent. Comfort is the idea here and I am happy with these as a shoe that I can wear on my day off when I'm wearing something more spiffy than my jeans/shorts and a t-shirt. Comfy soft leather.

I'm wearing slippers at work!
I love my new Cardons. They're amazingly comfortable. The minute I put them on, I felt like I was wearing slippers. However, I wouldn't try to run in these babies. But, if you've got a desk job or just want a shoe for lounging, these are pretty sweet.

I like these shoes. They are pretty comfy right out of the box, even with the high heel. I pretty much use a size 9 with very few exceptions. I got these in a size 9 and they feel about a half a size bigger. I won’t be sending them back since I plan on wearing them barefoot. The shoe is much more sparkly in person and not as black as the picture, more charcoal sugary grey. As always, Zappos is the best as far as service is concerned. I got my shoes the very next day!

I bought these shoes for my husband as a Christmas gift. He's beyond thrilled with them. He said they run a little wider in the back than what he's used to so he has to wear them with thicker socks. That doesn't seem to be bothering him, though, he wants to wear them everywhere!

Good looking and comfortable but not well made. Interior around heel seems to be made of thin layer of leather covering paper/cardboard and it has deteriorated into shreds after less than 1 month of wear. I have a picture, it is odd. I even used shoe horns to get in the shoe to forestall/prevent this. Also foot pad is a little thin and not comfortable for lots of walking (airports). More like a house slipper.

Unfortunately the soles of these shoes suction dirt, and gets released when your indoors.
If I hadnt worn them for a few day I would return them.

Yet again, Zappos exceeds our expectations! My husband hates shopping so the ability to select several shoes, have them shipped to us free, try them on, select the one he wants and return the unwanted ones is huge. The net result: He loved all 4 pairs and settled for 2. Can't say enough good things about Zappos' outstanding operation. Oh, and they arrived pronto.

Very nice and comfortable shoe. It runs a little small so I would buy a half size up. The heel is short so don't wear pants that are too long. Very nice fitting shoe and stylish.

These shoes are awesome and this is my second pair. I wore the first ones down through the sole after 3 years. It's hard to tell from the pics, but the shoes have a soft rubbery sole, almost like rock climbing shoes, makes them super comfortable to wear.

Great looking shoe that can handle some abuse outdoors but still clean up for a more formal setting. Very happy with the quality and appearance.
Only real downside is these are not great for urban use. You can really feel the ground through the soles, making long walks on hard surfaces uncomfortable for your heels.

I just ordered pair #2 of the Patagoinia Cardon shoes. My Husband has worn pair #1 (vanilla) at least four days out of the week for over a year and he still raves at the comfort. The color faded rather fast, but some polish applied was all it took to keep them looking good. These shoes are worth every penny!

These are beautiful shoes! Well made and a lot of style. They are a great work look for my husband. The are a little low though, the sole of the shoe is pretty thin. Pants that he used to have no problem with drag a little when he wears these shoes.

I bought these for my grandson, he is in law school in MI and came here to spend Christmas with me and he went barefoot most of the time but he had an old pair of these and he wanted to get them fixed, but I just ordered him new ones, and since he got the old ones from eBay he didn't know what size he wore. He loves these! He said they are perfect!
