Merrell's Puffin Mid Boot - This is my second year of ordering Merrell. Last year I ordered the Merrell Tibetan...this year I ordered the Puffin...they really keep my feet warm...and very comfortable too. I love the style...they remind me of an Eskimo or American Indian boot. I usually wear a 10 but ordered a half size up...I like a little more toe room.

Great boot - I bought this boot to go snowshoeing, and it is great. It is also a great boot to wear every day. It is very warm and waterproof, and it has very good traction on ice (believe me, I have tested it in this Chicago winter). It also has a very generous toe box, which makes it much more comfortable for me. Besides good functionality, they are really cute, and I get compliments on them.

The comfiest boots I've had and really do love it! I like sneakers because I work in a hospital, running around requires comfy shoes and this boots is sneaker, like looking and also great with jeans! There was only one left at Zappos when I got this and I'm glad I did. I like the unique style and just how great it feels on my feet. I never felt a single pain like other boots.

I wear a US size 5. Based on reviews, I ordered a 5.5 and it was too small. So I returned it and ordered a size 6 (!) which fits fine. Other than that, that boots are cute and comfortable.

Warm, Dry, Cute and Comfy - These boots completely lived up to my expectations. I live in northern Massachusetts and we've had a very cold and snowy winter. These boots keep my feet warm and dry, whether I'm walking or shoveling the driveway. They're also comfortable and stylish enough to wear with jeans around the house or at the mall. Love them! They do run small. I'm a 7 1/2 and after reading reviews ordered an 8 1/2, which fit perfectly. If in doubt go a whole size up.

Just perfect. Bought these for campus wear and they are just perfect. Warm and cozy with good gripping when walking outside and not too hot sitting in class. Plus, they are so cute!

Merrell's Puffin Mid - These boots are great! They run one size small -I ordered a full size larger but are great boots, super traction and very warm! Good support, very nice inner soles! And everywhere I go people say how much they like them! Very unique style!

I'm now a Merrell convert - For years I have heard about how comfortable Merrell shoes are and how good they are for your feet, but for some reason I never bought a pair. These shoes are so comfortable, I feel like I'm not even wearing shoes. I have a bad back and I don't feel any pain at the end of the day when I'm wearing them. They are so warm too...really great for cold winter days.

Cute shoe! I have wider feet and when I first got these shoes, they were a little snug, but in the past few weeks they have stretched out a little to fit my feet. If you need a lot of arch support, I wouldn't recommend these shoes, but they are perfect for everyday errands. I sprayed them for extra waterproofing, but they still pick up a little of the indigo dye from my jeans...not really sure how to fix that. Otherwise, they are comfortable and I get a ton of compliments on them! This is my second pair of Merrell's and I love them.

Warm and Comfy - I love my new boots. They are warm and comfy. I am so happy to find boots that feet my feet (11N). The boots really keep your feet warm and dry in all kinds of slushy snow!

Puffed up about my Puffins - A total winner of a boot. Truly the most comfortable winter boot I have every worn. I have had many people stop me and ask about them as they are truly unique looking. I ended up ordering a second pair. Really warm and soft inside so you don't even need socks.

Merrell Puffin Boot - I was pleasantly surprised at how warm these boots are. They fit great also. I did also order the Patagonia Barite and did not find as comfortable. I did return them I am extremely happy with the merrell puffin.

I'm a diehard Merrell fan, though my toes were crunched in this one. I'm returning the shoe for a larger size, but it's a funky little number and I'm sure as comfortable as the other Merrells I've purchased over the years.

SO CUTE!! I have been lusting after these shoes for a couple months. I don't like Fuggs, I didn't want hiking boots, and my feet are too wide and too big for cute boots that go up the calves. I also wanted something waterproof. I found these. I tried finding them locally, no dice. These shoes are adorable, from the treads to the shape. They're warm and comfy. I might need to put insoles in them because I have plantar fasciitis, but so far, so good - I've had them on all day. The only complaint is that they were a little hard to zip up. I think that's more my problem than the shoes' problem. Highly recommended!

AWESOME BOOT - I live in the Midwest with plenty of snow and ice in the winter. These boots are warm, have great traction, and look great. I have received so many compliments on them. I have Uggs which I love but, these serve the purpose of a boot but feel and look more like a shoe with a pair of jeans. Love them!!!

Great boots! These boots are great. They are warm, comfortable, have great traction, and are very unique! I have gotten more compliments on them than I can count. I definitely recommend them. :)

Funky, comfy, warm - This is a cute, funky, warm boot; great for tromping through snow. Looks great with jeans tucked in. Toe box is very wide--good for my wide feet, but if you want a dainty looking boot, this isn't it. I always buy boots a half size larger than my regular shoe size, which worked for me in this case. I've received many compliments on these boots. I may order the taller brown boots as well--the snowdrifts just keep getting higher here in Wisconsin!

GREAT!! These shoes are very fashionable and unique. They are extremely warm and comfortable. They have personality, which is something I often find lacking. I have also been wearing these shoes with my work pants on cold, wet days. They are suede but they are also rain boots and have kept my feet dry.

Comfortable Shoes! When I first put these shoes on, they felt stiff and tight. However, after wearing them around the house for about 15 minutes, they loosened up a bit and felt better on my feet. Now, I wear these shoes everyday! They are the most comfortable, durable, and warm pair of shoes I have ever had. They are comfortable like a sneaker, but durable like a boot.

Merrell Puffin - I would give the Merrell Puffin boot a 4 1/2 stars in comfort and look. I haven't worn them a lot yet because we had a warm spell. When I did wear them, they were very comfortable, even wearing them all day. They look really cute with jeans, too. I give Zappos a 5 star - they sent them very quickly and so easy to order!

Very toasty - Like this boot though, I had to add an arch support. The toe seems to kind of curl up so the heel is sitting lower, but with an arch support, they are comfortable. Warm even in the snow. I use them for dog walking because they are easy to slip on. I usually wear a 10, but 10.5 fit me perfectly.

Great boot for a little snow and brrrr zero - In Minnesota we never know if we'll wake up to a little snow or lots of it - sure don't want to wear those big old Sorels unless there's a foot of the stuff. So these are great for most days. Snug fit and toasty warm, close to the ground, great fit and traction with fair arch support. I just wish they'd made that big fat white stripe around the base in black or gray… then I could have used them for dress AND casual. I might experiment with black dye or permanent marker...
