I've owned several pairs of the Jungle Mocs as they've been my go to pair of walking / light hiking shoe for many years. The quality & comfort seems to have been declining for a while and my most recent pair is too painful to wear. I purchased the same size I always have. I know once they stretch & break in, they will be wearable but the issue is how to get them to that point when it hurts to take even a few steps. I have wide feet so I go a 1/2 size larger since the wide in my size will stretch out toomuch & not provide the support I need. The toe box area is really tight & my orthotics do not fit unless I take out thee insole.

My first pair I bought 3 years ago were perfect work shoes. I bought another pair in April and the left foot was splitting from the sole so they sent me a replacement pair no problem. 3 months later the new pair is doing the same thing except on the right foot. Kind of disappointed, not sure if it's worth getting again.

These are a great shoe but if you have a wide foot I would stay away. My feet go numb and ache so bad in these. I have a very hard time believing that the wide shoe is actually a wide. If you don't need a wide width, I would recommend them but if you need a wide, find something else.

Ordered the jungle mocs because I read an article that they were good for bad knees. They were so stiff and uncomfortable. I returned them- so disappointed. I have had merrells in the past and was so happy with them

It's a nice-looking shoe but hard to "slip" on. It was hard to get my foot through the small opening. Once I managed that, however, I found the shoe was loose around my heel. Tie shoes are better for putting on and tightening up to fit.

Nice shoes but right shoe rubs on outside ankle so I can't wear them. Arch in shoes are to far back under heel. Never had a pair of shoes with these problems

I'm returning them. They are way too small even though I ordered a bit larger. I'll try the next size up though.

However I did find the bottoms too stiff and the lack of flexibility makes them slippery on wet surfaces

I had to return this pair of shoes. So disappointed. The woman's shoe only comes in medium (which is what I wear in every other shoe I own). I wish they had a woman's wide in this style. I returned and reordered in the men's style in a smaller size hoping they will fit after calling customer service for sizing advice (customer service was amazing). Just waiting for delivery on the new shoes to see if the size will work. I actually love the color options for the men better then the woman's too!

Recently I bought 2 pairs of this style and found they were too tight. Still wearing to see if I could possibly "break them in". I have very wide feet, so I am sorry to see something so dependable change. (I've worn these for years, had the same problem with one pair a couple years back.) Since I should fit into a men's 7, I am not sure what width will work for me? Sometimes it is good to be female. Could I also know which slip-ons if any have the old width sizing? Also I do love my Merrell slip-ons when they fit and wish I would could buy a pair to match everything I wear.

Have owned 2 pairs of these shoes in the past both were ordered in the taupe color and the shoe was as shown in the pic. In the past, the shoes were made in China. The shoes seem to now be made in Vietnam and the "taupe" color is actually WHITE. Sent the recently ordered pair back for an exchange for the correct color, as shown in the catalog. Got a slightly "darker" shade of white, but no where near the rich tan color in the catalog. Had to have new shoes for event and decided to keep the ugly off white color, but will probably never wear them to an event again. They will be relegated to "yard shoes." Disappointed in the ugly color change.

I waited for months craving the moc. Then when I finally ordered it we had snow so satisfaction was delayed. Then they arrived and I love them! But they're very snug. Maybe I should have returned them for a bigger size but I wore them thinking they'd stretch out a bit. So far not.

I bought these as slightly more formal shoe for work. They were very comfortable, but I found them extremely slippery on certain indoor floor surfaces! I had a bad fall wearing them on freshly waxed floors. I will absolutely continue to buy Merrells, my go-to brand, but sadly I will NEVER wear these shoes again. Too slippery!

The last pair I bought seemed somewhat smaller than the previous pair of the same size I bought.
