I love these shoes but I just can't find a size that works. The last ones I tried had a space between the insole of the shoe and my very flat feet that pinched. I really wished they worked, but they don't.

I like this style but the shoes I got seemed made of lower quality material than I expected. I wear Merrells constantly and like many of their clogs. But this one did not feel strong and solid and one of the shoes looked like it was worn, although these are suede so that could be the material. The top of the shoe hit the front of my ankle in a way that was not comfortable and did not have padding there. Overall, you have to have a certain shaped foot to make these work. I found the Merrell Polarand Rove Moc Waterproof to be more comfortable, the tongue is padded and it is also waterproof.

I was looking to replace my old black leather Jungle Mocs when I saw the pink ones. Cool, I thought. But the description was wrong on the website, stating "suede pigskin." No mention at that time of textile material on certain colors. That has since been corrected. I emailed Zappos with my complaint, but did not hear back from them. (I wanted to keep them anyhow as they are so cute!) That said, I like the new ones. They are not quite as comfortable right out of the box like my old ones, more snug from top to bottom, and they needed stretching. I will order the leather ones again to see if they are more comfortable. I will order the next size up.

This is a great shoe; however, not one size fit me right. I wear an 8 in the Merrell slip on shoe that I've had for a couple years. I've always been told that Merrell's normally run small. I ordered an 8 and it was huge. Then I ordered a 7-1/2 and it also was too big. Then I ordered the 7 - it was too tight. I was going to try ordering shoe sizers for the 7-1/2's but then decided that for this price a shoe should fit right. I'm truly bummed because these shoes are extremely comfortable with great support.

Merrell seems to forget that women have toes. Prior to ordering these shoes I used a Brannock Device to measure my feet. I ordered Merrells in 2 different styles - the same size in both. One fit fine but the Jungle Mocs were tight in the toes. So I exchanged them for the next half size up. I now have toe room but they are slightly wide (these are not the wide shoes) and the heel is loose. I have had the same problem with another style as well - fits fine except the toes in my size then too big except the toes at a size larger. I have narrow feet so ordering the wide does not help. And because I have narrow feet I have not encountered this problem with other shoes that are designed for comfort. If I wanted to cram my toes into shoes I would just wear cheap heels. I chose Merrell's because they are on the APMA Seal of Approval list. I love the ortholite insoles and the look of the shoes. I hope they will fix this design flaw.

I love this shoe (normally). For some reason this "run" of manufacturing has an annoying little plastic thread that ends abruptly on the right shoe right side/top. I have returned two pair from this production run for the same issue each time. I will wait until late July when they get another manufacturing run in and try again. This is a great shoe, if not for the scratchy little thread on this production run. I have worn this style for years with no problem, but this order bombed twice in a row.

I'd initially ordered these shoes in an 8, and they were too big. My heels slipped out of the backs when I walked. I have a problem foot that makes it difficult to find shoes that work. I returned the 8s and ordered a 7.5, and they were too small and tight on my problem foot. I was hoping these shoes would work, because on my non-problem foot, the shoe felt great. I do think the sizing is a bit off on these shoes, however. I normally wear an 8 to 8.5, and the size 8s felt huge. I think the 7.5 was a bit more true to size.

Very nice shoes, the look is great, it's well fitted but the front part is very high, so high, that at the end of the day, it hurts.

This new pair replaced an old pair I'd had for over five years. They're warm and great in rain, and comfortable for walking long distances. A little slippery over ice.

Cut very high around the ankles, no matter what size I tried. Not for me.

Much too big. My feet were swimming in the normal size 8, while the 7 was much too small. Maybe if you have extremely wide feet these would work. Otherwise, there is too much space around the ankle\/heel.

I bought the same shoe in Man's a couple of years ago because the Woman's was too short. Those shoes are now my favorite barn shoes. I've been searching for a tennis shoe alternative but didn't want the extra width of Man's shoes. I was thrilled to find size 10.5 available at Zappos! However, the left shoe is looser than the right shoe. I carefully measured the sole and found them to be the same, so I decided to just keep the shoes and wait until they stretched out. They only come in suede anyway, so it won't be long. I didn't want to wait for return shipping and still have the same problem. Instant gratification was the whole point of shopping online. Oh, and tracking the package is fun.

Getting closer... Every time I buy Merrell shoes, I need to try 2-3 different sizes. These were too big, and I usually wear 1 size larger!! Felt good, but kept slipping at the heel.

Have other Keene’s that fit fine. These don’t. Super wide with thick socks on.

Had to return due to tight toe box. Heel fit nicely and arch support was very good. Like the look and slip on. Gunsmoke is grey not brown as some pictures suggest.

I really, really wanted to love these shoes like I love my Merrell hiking boots. The toe box was perfect for my wide foot. I love the convenience of the slip-on shoe. I wanted a pair in black. However, there was arch support, but it was in the wrong place for my arch. The topline of the collars were just too tall for my ankle bones (both inside and outside) and the tongue too close, so they rubbed 3/4 of the way around my ankle as I walked. Everyone's feet are different - I'm sure these will be great for others, just not me :(

Fit was fine, but Merrell changed the jungle moc considerably and now it is heavy & bulky, not the slim jungle moc I've been wearing for years. This is more like a trail shoe than a slip on loafer. Very disappointed.

The mocs were slightly too large and the inner sole (bottom) was granular. Also the mocs were unattractive on my foot. I will order a different pair later.
