I wore these shoes for over 15 years, and the latest edition crowds my toes. When I go up a size, the shoes are too loose. I even tried to wear men's but there are no sizes small enough. I am so sad I can no longer wear these mainstays - please bring back more room in the toe area!

Excellent quality and super comfortable, except that they are quite tight on the top of the foot where the elastic is. Very disappointing that there is no way to adjust them to make them less painful.

I wore then once and for me thet were uncomfortable. They rubbed my ankles and the top of my foot. I lost all paperwork so I hanen't returned them.

Unfortunately I found these "wide" Mocs still too narrow in the toe area. Need more width and toe depth.

The hard sole seems to wrap around the foot giving it a tighter hug which can feel oppressive on the sides of the foot and small toe. The insoles are also not as cushioned as the older versions of this shoe.

They look good and feel good for short distances, but the soles are HARD. I feel like I have concrete shoes walking on the road or sidewalk. My hips can't take it, and I am a hiker and a walker! I will not be buying Merrells any more. Have had no end of problems with several styles of shoes this year.

The advertising video, showing easy-on fit, is not true. After exchanging them for a size larger, they still were difficult to get on. I put stretchers in them for a week to stretch the elastic. I can now wear them, although they are too long and still not easy to get on.

They fit smaller now so had to go 1/2 size up. They seem to come higher up on ankles so they rub in my ankle bone. Merrill should go back to original design or manufacturer. Don't fix something that's not broken

Actually it is not anything that Merrell has done to the Moc....I have worn this shoe in years gone by and thought I would try and revisit it. In making that decision to buy it I did not factor in how stout the shoes actually was. I have venous insufficiency starting in my feet so they are always swollen and well as my ankles getting in was fine but they just hurt. I knew I would have to have break in time which I cannot do. Any shoe has to be a bit softer at the get go. So while I love Merrill I will keep looking and check out for Spring. Thank you for opportunity to write this to you. Joan Edelmann, RVC,NY

A little hard around the upper part and made the upper part of my foot sore

I have had several pairs of Jungle Mocs, and they are the most overall comfortable shoe I have ever had. However, I am still wary of the soles on the new pair I have gotten, as they still feel harder than my old ones, and have a tendency to slide on slippery surfaces. At this point, after a couple of exchanges, I am going to keep them and break them in and hope that over time they don't hurt me. I still am not happy with what to me feels like a compromise. (You probably won't want to post this.) I still wear my old ones when I want to feel safe and don't need to look good.

Love the style- easy to slip on- etc... did do much research! Fir me just not working. I have a left foot bigger than the right- ordered the size up in wide/ and top of toe box rubbing and causing blisters. Wi see if they will stretch a bit- but so discouraged. Of course doesn't really become apparent until you wear them for real wear- out and about. Long story short even wide crimps toes.

I previously would have given a better review. Jungle Moc is an affordable, comfortable every day shoe and I walk long distances in them. However, I recently discovered that sizing is not consistent, despite having gotten this identical shoe 4x in Women's 10M. I purchased the 1st 2 in a store and 3rd and 4th on line (11/2019 and 12/2020), since I thought I knew the shoe. I continued to wear the 2nd pair despite them being worn, and only recently (12/2020), put on the ones from 11/2019 purchase, and discovered they ran larger than 1st 2 pairs. Then I tried on the 4th pair, purchased 12/2020, and this pair is smaller than my worn 2nd pair and smaller than the 3rd pair, and both 3rd and 4th pair were compared new.

One of the pair I bought fits just fine. The other is the same size but is too tight across the top. Inconsistent sizing makes it hard to buy online. This is not my first purchase of the same product.

Wanted to love them but the arch was like walking in golf balls

I read the reviews of others and was excited to order these to wear specifically at my second job, which is at a restaurant. I'm on my feet the whole time and needed a black pair of shoes. I absolutely LOVE my Merrell hiking boots and thought I'd try these. They were comfortable except the left shoe seemed to want to turn my ankle which made it uncomfortable so I had to return them. Still ISO another pair of Merrell's for the same purpose.

I am received the Jungle Moc 2.0 for Christmas. I loved the fit and feel so much I wanted another pair. The Jungle Moc was the closest in stock in black. I should have waited. I have a slight bunion on one foot. The reviews I read only glossed over this style being a little narrow, but almost all the shoes Merrell sells are a little narrow. I've worn them once. I can't wear them . Even if I get past the stiffness at the ankle, it's too much pressure on my toe. They aren't even the same length as the 2.0. I wore them for 2/3 of a day the day after I received them. My toe still hurts more now than before I wore them. I'm sorry, I really love Merrell shoes.

I ordered this shoe because I needed something for colder weather. I really like them but have to give 3 stars. The fit is great except on the outsides of my foot, the side of the shoe comes up so high they rub right under my ankle bone. By the end of the day it's rather sore. I'm hoping that after wearing them for a while they will get broken in and be more comfortable.

Love Merrell's shoes and the high quality, but this is the second pair I've bought that were about a half size too small. Fortunately, my brother wears that size so he got an early Christmas.
