I have been wearing this shoe for years they are the most comfortable shoe I have found and would recommend highly.

These shoes were just what I wanted from an appearance point of view. But after wearing them off and on for a couple of days around the house I realized they are significantly too narrow. In fact, they displaced the big toe on one foot to a very painful inward pointing position that took many days to correct back to normal. I have been wearing Keen's, Clark's and Birkenstocks for a while so my foot, which I would say is wide without being extremely wide, has had the opportunity not to be squished. Too late to go back to a Merrell medium. These shoes do not come in a wide. Also, btw, they fit pretty tightly through the arch so if you have a high arch, these may not be for you either.

These are great shoes, comfortable, roomy for toes and sturdy. I'm disappointed that my local stores don't carry them any more but Zappo's made it easy to get them again!

This shoe does not come in my size. The women's 6.5 fits in length, but is too narrow, and there is no Wide width in women's sizes. I tried the kids' size 5.5 and it was far too large. The kids' 5 was too small and so was the kids' size 5 wide. I have wide feet; I wear a 36 in Birkenstock, 7 in Keen's. I like the shoes but can't possibly wear them. Oh well.

The first shoes I received had a problem which Zappos immediately addressed, shipping me a perfect pair the very next day. They have won my loyalty.

Second pair of Merrell's I've bought, both have worked out great. Easy on and off, feel great while walking.

Will return only because they were "worn"in places, possibly from storage & or shipping. I couldn't buff out the worn suede spots, so will reorder. I have had many pairs of the same Moc over the years so I know the appearance & quality should be better.

I used to love the jungle moc but now it is too narrow and hard to get into. And very stiff. Sending these back and trying Klogs.

I found these shoes about 5 years ago and fell in love. I have arthritis in both knees to the point that I was having trouble standing or walking more than 30 minutes. Within four hours of putting my jungle mocs on, my knees no longer hurt and I was able to walk through the Minneapolis airport with very little discomfort. Recently, I decided to buy a new pair as my original pair was getting a little worn looking. I noticed that the description no longer included Qform framework. When I called Merrell to ask about it, they informed me that they had "improved" the shoe by "moving away" from Qform in favor of some other support framework. At their urging, I ordered a pair (not from Zappos). First thing I noticed was that the color was strange, more greenish gray that my original Gunsmoke mocs. Then I put them on. The collar is significantly higher than my old shoes, and within 30 minutes had rubbed my ankle joint sore. In about 4 hours, my knees started hurting. I've tried them 2 or three times with the same result. Needless to say, I won't be buying anymore Merrell shoes without Qform until they bring back the original framework and cut. If they don't bring it back, then they've lost someone who would have been a lifelong customer. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. This review is not aimed at Zappos, they've always been wonderful to do business with.

I finally wore out my first pair of Merrell Jungle Mocs. I could have them on all day with out my feet hurting. Not being able to find a local store, I took the advice of a friend and decided to place, for the first time ever, an order with Zappos. My order arrived the very next day. I put the shoes on and have been wearing them ever since. The fit was true to size and the customer service was wonderful. I will be ordering another pair this month. Happy! happy! happy!

I too have found Merrells narrower in the toe box...but I kept trying until a found a pair that fits exactly as my old faithful so fit (thanks Zappos for your great return policy). Maybe Merrell has heard our cries of dissatisfaction and returned to their original widths!

These are super comfortable! They provide excellent arch support. I wonder whether the foam bed will collapse and harden later, but if it does it will not be worse than my last walking around shoes, and right now my feet are so happy. These ran large, I had to return my usual 10 for 9½. They are also long: the 9½ is the right width for me but abnormally long for my average feet. Traction is fine, warmth is fine, style is nothing to write home about (why the garish red-striped tabs?).
