These shoes are not for me; I find them too rigid and without cushion.

These are great shoes. I had a pair for almost 10 years that I have worn a lot and that's why I decided to order another pair. I have worn them when I have travelled and have walked many miles in them in total comfort.

Order was processed very fast and I found the color that stores didn't carry. I already have an exact pair that I loved so much and have worn out. I ordered the same size but not sure if the new ones are too small. The first pair I had no issues with "breaking them in" and wore them right away on a trip to Ireland with lots of walking. The new ones I have worn a few times inside but still seem tight. Any suggestions to stretch them? As I don't think there are half sizes??

Great shoe, easy to slip on, comfortable to wear. My feet don't get tired in them when wearing. I do wish the width was slightly wider, seems closer to normal fit shoe than a wide width.

Actually it is not anything that Merrell has done to the Moc....I have worn this shoe in years gone by and thought I would try and revisit it. In making that decision to buy it I did not factor in how stout the shoes actually was. I have venous insufficiency starting in my feet so they are always swollen and well as my ankles getting in was fine but they just hurt. I knew I would have to have break in time which I cannot do. Any shoe has to be a bit softer at the get go. So while I love Merrill I will keep looking and check out for Spring. Thank you for opportunity to write this to you. Joan Edelmann, RVC,NY

I bought these because I read an article in the NYTimes about a study about several shoes that reduced knee pain and swelling in people with knee arthritis. I LOVE these shoes. i have worn them on days when I will be doing a lot of walking and standing and they are wonderful. Because I have a very high instep they feel a little tight, especially when sitting alot, but on active days these are the best!!

I really wanted to like these shoes as they felt warm and comfy almost everywhere. But, the sides are too high and were rubbing against my ankle bones so I had to return them.

I love them!!!! I took my Merrill's to work. I have vicious plantar fasciitis and they are by far the most supportive shoes I have worn yet. I also have tendinitis in my Achilles and the heel height on these is really helping! Awesome!!

Love Merrell shoes. Not only are they comfortable, but they are so warm.

Sorest shoes I've ever bought. Heavy. Arch is to close to the heel. I will never buy another pair

It's a nice-looking shoe but hard to "slip" on. It was hard to get my foot through the small opening. Once I managed that, however, I found the shoe was loose around my heel. Tie shoes are better for putting on and tightening up to fit.

The shoe bed itself is very comfortable and fits well, but the "tongue" (not really a tongue, but the central part of the upper) comes up too high and digs into my ankle. Impossible to wear! I am hoping to find a way to trim it without ruining the shoe.

Bought them online...sent back immediately. Supposed to be a great support shoe but way too heavy a shoe regardless of the benifit. A rare miss for Merrell.

A little hard around the upper part and made the upper part of my foot sore

They fit like a glove, instantly comfortable. Color is much darker than website, 'sable/trooper' is more pinot noir than rose. I also bought the new light 'brindle/tea' color. I wear them on a 2.5 mile hike everyday, but nice enough to wear with nice casual clothes.
