My Merrell shoe order came in a timely fashion and the order was as I had placed it. This was my first purchase from Zappos and I was impressed with their service, especially just before the holiday season.

I really like this shoe. It is perfect for the west coast with the web detail. I also like the Q form function of the shoe. Hope they keep it going forward.

These shoes are fantastic. I haven\'t worn out my first pair that I got last year, but I bought a second pair to keep until I need them, because I started to worry that they\'d stop making them. They are comfortable, lightweight, easy to put on and off. Just perfect!

I wear these shoes almost exclusively. I have plantar fascitis and peripheral neuropathy and I am a vegetarian who avoids leather. Finding good shoes is difficult! I need an orthotic for full arch support, but the shoes have plenty of room. I hope these never go out of stock, so buy them, please!

At the strong encouragement of a friend, I purchased this shoe. I did not wear clog style shoes at all as I did not feel very secure wearing them. As I have gotten older, I have developed mobility issues and need a comfortable, secure shoe. Well, I bought these and wore them a bit at home. Then we went on a three week cruise to Europe. I wore these shoes on the plane to facilitate going through security checks. I wore them in Venice and walked and walked on cobblestone lanes and over bridges. Late in that day my friend asked how the shoes felt. I had forgotten all about what I was wearing because I was so comfortable and had no issues with balance or stability. My lower back and hips were much more comfortable and almost pain free. This was wonderful! As an old operating room nurse, I really recommend these Merrells to the folks working there now. For you seniors who have hip or back problems, maybe these would help. They sure did for me. I have purchased a second pair in a different color just to have some versatility and will continue to purchase this style. Thank you Ruth and thank you Zappos.

great shoes. Very confortable and good cushoning. I took me about two days to break in the shoes.

I love these shoes; you can wear them to work and feel like you're wearing your bedroom slippers. But I just ordered the "new" model at size 8.5, and it seems larger than my current (last year's) size 9. Hmm.

I think Zappos is easier to shop for shoes than a regular retailer. They always have the size and color and if the fit isn't right, they will take them back without question and send you a return label. I received my last pair probably within 24 hours. Surprised me, too.

I love these clogs! These are my first pair, but I plan to buy others in other colors. I typically wear an 8.5, but preferred a 9 in these.

This was my second pair of these. They are my "go to" shoes when my feet are tired and hurting and what I take when I am traveling and know I will be walking a lot. I wear a half size smaller in these than what I wear in regular shoes. I love ordering from Zappos.com.

I normally wear 8 1/2 narrow; of course, these just come in medium. So they fit with a medium or heavy sock. They are my second pair; the first pair I had lasted years. They are amazingly comfortable and sturdy.
