Love this shoe! These shoes are very comfortable for running around. A great alternative to flip flops when you need to have your toes covered. Already have received many compliments on them.

Finally... I have been searching for a practical, tough outdoor shoe that isn't ugly. These are it. I bought them last week and they felt like old friends the moment I put them on. I have pounded around wet fields, muddy festival grounds, slippery creek beds, (and worn them to my office) and they still look and feel great. Well made, great traction, comfortable, and cute. What more could you want? I’m actually tempted to buy another pair in case they discontinue them - I’m not sure I can live without them now that I’ve found them.

Sporty, fun, versatile, comfy! This shoe is a great travel shoe as others have mentioned. I added Superfeet insoles for additional comfort and support, though it's comfy on its own. Very light and I love that it's adjustable. It’s also great that I can just slide it on. Yay!

Happy In Brooklyn - These shoes are great for walking, riding a bike, and moderate hiking. They are the perfect summer/vacation shoe. I've gotten many compliments on how cute they are. My sister in law liked them so much, I'm getting her a pair as a gift. I found that they were true to size.

I love these shoes! These shoes were comfortable from the moment I put them on. I took a long walk in them right away - no breaking in necessary. They are cut low in back, so don't rub my ankle bone, which was a problem with some other makes I tried. They are sporty, but have a dressy look to them and can be easily worn with a skirt.

I ordered these shoes on a Wednesday morning and they arrived on my doorstep the next day at noon! I could hardly believe it. Super fast delivery!!! The shoes are wonderful, very comfortable and cute too! I did order a half size down as others have. I normally wear an 8 and the 7.5 fit perfectly. Very impressed with the free shipping and product ordered.

I bought this shoe for a vacation where we'll be doing a lot of sightseeing, but I've been wearing it around and it's very light and comfortable.

Comfy for running errands - I would not walk a marathon in these, but can wear all day and not have sore feet. They are great to slip on and go.

Outstanding comfort! I bought these shoes because I have plantar fasciitis (sp?) and can't wear anything other than Merrells or New Balance sneaks. We took a trip to South Lake Tahoe and I wore them every day! Absolutely no feet problems! I plan to buy them again when I need to. Love them!

Great Shoe - These are great shoes. Lots of arch support and plenty of room for my toes. They also really look great. I was very excited to find them.

Great shoe - runs a bit large - These are great shoes. They are quite comfortable and accommodate my orthotics. They also provide reasonable support and look cute, too. My only complaint is that they run large. I usually wear a 9 1/2 and had to return my first pair because they were too large. The size 9 fit just fine.

Even though the half size smaller fits, the heel does slip a little. Despite this, these shoes are cute and comfortable.

Very cute, very comfy - At first I was afraid that the strap was going to be uncomfortable but after a few wears, it broke in some and was fine. These are very cute and very comfortable with good support. They are a half size too large, so I had to return my normal 5.5 for a 5. Enjoy!

So comfortable! I've worn these shoes all day long and they are so comfortable. I've received many compliments on them also. Besides being comfortable, they look stylish when I'm wearing shorts, capris, jeans, etc. In fact, I have 2 pairs of Encore MJ shoes – slate and beige! I'm glad to see that Zappos is now offering shoes by Merrell!

Super Shoe - I just love these shoes. I now wear them to my office, and from the first moment I put them on I am in heaven! They give the ultimate support and comfort - and they look good enough to wear to work! Highly recommend them to everyone!

Great Ventilation and Cushioning! I love this shoe because these have the best ventilation of anything I've worn. With my Skechers I always felt like taking them off to give my feet some air. With these, my feet actually "breathe" when walking (all over, not just the back). I have to walk up 4 flights of concrete stairs in my work bldg, which is a killer on feet and knees. With these shoes you feel like you're walking on pillows as you climb the stairs. No rub spots and I wear these w/out socks! Best shoe ever, feels like slippers. I thought the mesh texture would be too sporty looking for work, but I wear them to work with a skirt and get compliments. I bought another pair in beige and two other styles by Merrell. I have problem feet and finding comfortable shoes is difficult. Gotta get these if you have hot feet.

Love at First Walk - I took Birkenstocks and Clarks to Italy and they were no match for walking on cobblestones. A travel companion suggested Merrell Encores and I looked on Zappos (from Italy) and another site seemed to be the only source. A couple of weeks later, Zappos sent me an alert that Merrells were available. I ordered them immediately and have almost lived in them ever since. They are possibly the most comfortable walking shoe I have ever experienced. The footbed is as supportive as an orthotic - very sturdy and there's plenty of toe room. Once you get the strap adjusted right, you will stop thinking you will walk out of the shoe (low heel back). The toe is a breathable mesh, so even with socks, they are not suffocating. They are cute, super comfortable, and I am going to order them in other colors. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these shoes!!!

Comfy casuals - These are great shoes. Very comfortable and they breathe, which is great for the summer barefoot season. I have a narrow foot, so I wish the strap could be adjusted tighter, but it adjusted further than most shoes like this I tried.

Encore, encore! Cute, comfortable and a pleasure to wear! I cannot recommend this shoe enough...I even purchased a back-up pair just in case something happens to my original pair!

Excellent Merrell - This shoe fit like a glove the moment I put it on, and it feels very great at the end of a long day. Found out about Merrell while on a walking tour of Washington, DC and loved the support. Now I am headed for Europe with these new Merrells and I am sure I will still love them at the end of a long day!

Great shoes - These shoes are wonderful. If you need a cute summer, or travel shoe, you cannot go wrong. I love them. Cute with shorts or skirts.

I also have the breeze and these are cool to the feet in the hot weather and very very comfortable. My favorite summer Merrell. I have to wear close toe shoes to work and these are great.

Great shoe, great service - This style is comfortable and flattering. I have very wide feet, and this style makes my feet look much more slender. I was able to wear them all day the first day without any problems. I ordered the blue and will be ordering the black. I have also received great service from Zappos over the years. I often receive shoes in 1 or 2 days!
