LUV 'EM - I bought a pair of Merrell's at the mall and came right over to buy a second pair from Zappos. This sneaker has lots of stability, a sure footing due to great sole, cushioning and great construction. I have a wide foot and these accommodate them very well with a pair of medium weight socks. I wear a 7 shoe and always go a half size larger for sneakers and these fit just as expected in the 7.5. I love the looks (elephant/pink), the fit, the construction, and would definitely recommend these to anyone.

Awesome walking shoes - These are the most comfortable walking shoes I have ever worn. Great for trails or pavement, they give good support and are not too heavy or stiff.

LOVE this shoe!! My feet are extremely wide and it is always hard to find comfortable shoes, but these felt comfortable right away and I'm sure (as all of my Merrell's!) will get only more comfy as time goes on. Plus, they are super cute!!

Merrell-Finally! So glad Zappos is now carrying Merrell! I bought the Siren Sport over a year ago from another company (and had to pay shipping,) and when I do need to reorder, it will be from Zappos. This is great all around shoe. It is equally good on pavement as it is in the woods, very supportive in the arch. Also, it ranks high in cuteness (I have the tan/pink) for an athletic shoe. On a serious hike, I prefer ankle support, however. Siren is also very airy, so there isn't the sweat factor. I wear them with Smartwool lightweight ped style socks. Will definitely buy these again when they wear out, which doesn't appear to be too soon- they don't quit!

Merrell Siren Sport - Great looking shoe, narrow in toes, gave me blisters when walking downhill. Merrell used to have great arch support - where did it go?

Nice looking and comfortable shoe - The Merrell Siren Sport is a very lightweight and comfortable shoe. I have trouble with my left foot so the support I need for long periods on my feet is not quite there. I do like them quite a bit and wear them quite often.

These are amazing shoes. I took a pair to Madagascar for 10 weeks and hiked through forests and swamps with them. They are insanely comfortable. (Note: not waterproof, but you can spray them to make them sort of rain-proof.) My heel is rather narrow and I have a hard time finding shoes that don't give me blisters but these fit perfectly. I was taking them off without unlacing them and wore out the mesh in the heels unfortunately after a year, so some plastic started scratching me and it was just past the warranty. So I ordered another pair and am being more careful this time in removing them. Great arch support, durable, almost no break-in needed. I walk all over my hilly city in them for hours. They go nicely with jeans too, particularly the purple.

These "hikers" are great! They offer superb support (firmer than most running or walking shoes). I wear an AFO (ankle,foot,orthotic) due to drop foot and these shoes really accomodate my AFO. I wear them daily instead of my running shoes. They are perfect for long walks and provide great support for walking on rough/uneven surfaces.

These are more minimalist than most other hiking shoes: they are less clunky and a bit lower to the ground. Not quite like my Merrell Pace Glove shoes that I love for summer hiking but I think these will work well in the winter. The only issue there may be is that the tongue of the shoe folds in such a way that it presses on your foot. I'm hoping it amounts to nothing but I thought I would mention it.

I really like this style of shoe. I needed a wide toe base because of two prior foot surgeries and these shoes fit great. The only thing I noticed was they ran slightly small and I had to get half a size bigger to fit.

I was rather disappointed with this shoe. I love Merrells and have had several pairs. But this pair was not as comfortable as my other pairs have been. But I will continue to buy Merrells! This pair was tight across the ball of my foot and also felt like it had a crease across the ball of my foot.

If you get wide shoe size than get it into you own size, instead of ordering 1/2 up. However, if you are order regular width than do order 1/2 size up.

This is my second pair of these shoes. I got the black ones, which lasted a good 18 months before I knew I needed more support. I had knee replacement, and these provide the best support that money can buy, I also have last years slider, because my feet swell so they stretched enough to get them on. They are the best sandals that I ever bought.

These shoes are very comfortable and lightweight. They fit well and are true to size. I would purchase them again.

These shoes in my opinion are one of the most comfortable I've had. They are worn almost daily for hours at a time. I'm on my feet a fair amount, plus I walk about a mile or so every morning for exercise. These shoes have proved very, very comfortable for both. A lot of times I've needed to wear a Dr. prescribed orthodic in my shoes, but so far, with these, I'm good just as they are - which is great! I like the style, they are light, and very breathable - great for hot summer weather. My only very slight criticism, is that the laces are a tad too long - but that is so minor! The over-all fit is just great - couldn't ask for better. I am a 50-something woman, and I would highly recommend these shoes - I will plan to order another pair when I have worn this pair out - great shoe!

These are the most comfortable walking shoes that I've ever had -- and they require no break-in period. I wanted a shoe that slips on and off for walking my dog. I also gave them as a birthday gift to my best friend a few months ago, and she absolutely loves them too.

I must agree with one of the other comments. The shoe "bites" into the little toe area. I think this would be a problem to break in. Otherwise a nice shoe. I think a wide width might be a little too wide. I have returned this shoe and will consider ordering the wider width. Keen has always been my go to shoe, so I need to re-evaluate brands and figure out what will work for me. Merrell might not be the one. Zappo's is STELLAR when it comes to service. I will always order from them. Makes my shopping so easy and with their great return shipping policy (unlike other online companies - hint hint) there is no reason NOT to shop ZAPPO"S...

I have never before had exercise shoes that actually felt good! I wear these for elliptical, rowing machine, stair master, walking--and I'm always comfortable. I was having trouble with plantar fasciitis when I got them, and now I have no trouble. I was able to return to my normal exercise routine. They're roomy enough that I was able to replace the inner sole with inserts, and they provide all the support I need. They're also really light weight, and very cute. I love them!

My husband loves his Merrell shoes and talked me into ordering these after I had foot surgery. I have not found another shoe this comfortable with the support I need in a wide shoe, Guess I,ll listen to my husband more often.

I've got some muscle weakness shoes and after reading the stellar reviews these got, decided to try them. After making the decision that I would wear them with socks such as Wigwam's wool trekkers, I chose a half size up from what works with my cotton Hanes crew socks. When I tried them on, I really did feel more secure on my feet. I've been wearing them all week now, on gravel, around the garden and out in the woods and I love 'em! I got the first pair in "Elephant/Pink" and I will order a second pair probably in either the black/plum or the 'gull gray'. I can't say enough good things for these shoes - or Zappos' service.

Oh my goodness! These are heavenly right out of the box! I bought the black/perfect plum, and the plum is a nice, pretty muted shade. These have the great support that Merrell is known for. My foot is wider through the toes, but more narrow at the heel and these fit great. For me, they run true to size. The Merrell Siren Sport did not disappoint!

Great shoe and great service from Zappos as usual. I did have an issue with the first pair sent out - it kept rubbing my pinkie toe. Thought it would go away but even after a long break-in period, this did not seem to resolve itself as I had expected. Zappos sent a 2nd pair after I explained the situation and I am happy as a clam. These shoes are comfortable and stylish at the same time. I hate white sneakers and am always looking for something that is a bit more stylish and muted in coloration. This fits the bill. I use them for walking, elliptical machine, general everyday use and am very happy with them. This is my first pair of Merrell shoes and I would most definitely try them again.

Great shoe - I've had trouble finding a good fit in this style (narrow foot). I needed something I could wear every day with jeans at a new job. I wear a size 10 and it was perfect with the smartwool light weight hiking sock. Nice arch support but not too high. Lightweight but sturdy. And the laces stay tied! I plan to get a darker color for the winter months.

This is an extremely comfortable and supportive hiking show. Great for trail walking over rocks and tree roots etc. I already had the Siren Sport GTX-waterproof model and this one fits much better and was more comfortable, especially for my wide feet. The GTX model is too narrow for me and runs smaller than this model.

Definitely your go to travel shoe. I have been all over Europe twice in these very shoes. This is my second pair and probably the best hike/ walk and general use shoe I have had to date. Think of cement, dirt, gravel, hiking trail, cobble stone and a little mud. But no mud puddles, people, they are not waterproof. They are comfortable and supportive to my wide and virtually arch-less feet. The sizing is pretty good, for the in-between half size people like me (I am between an 8.5 and a 9, really on the larger size of an 8.5). I got an 8.5 and it fit pretty nicely. I did try the 9 and sent it back because it was noticeably too large for me. Really people if you need a general go to travel all purpose shoe you need this one. Stop looking and start buying. Now if I could only get Merrell to make it with touches of hot pink.
